Abstract

This research was motivated by the use of red beans in the community isstill small. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of substitution of red beanflour as much as 15%, 30%, 45% of the amount of flour used to the quality ofshape, color, aroma, flavor, and texture of the roll cake. Type of research waspure experiment (true experiment) by the method of completely randomized designwith three replications and the number of panellists 30 people. The results showedthat F count> F table so that substitution of red bean flour on the quality of aneffect on the quality of fresh rolls neat shape and form circular, yellow, fragrantflavor, sweetness and flavor of red beans, creamy texture, but has no effect on thequality of the uniform shape of the sponge the rolls and the best value found onthe substitution of 15% (X1).Keywords: Red Bean Flour, Roll Cake, Quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode Problem Based Intruction (PBI) terhadap ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi SPLTV di kelas X. Dengan penggunaan metode Problem Based Intruction (PBI) di harapkan di jadikan inovasi yang baru. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara tes, observasi, dan angket. Data yang di peroleh kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Problem Based Intruction (PBI) pada materi SPLTV kelas XTKJ di SMK NU Rogojampi dapat di laksanakan dengan baik. Bahwa hasil tes siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 92% yang artinya dalam kriteria sangat baik dan hasil observasi siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 66,75% yang artinya masuk dalam kriteria baik. Artinya penggunaan metode Problem Based Intruction (PBI) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi SPLTV kelas XTKJ di SMK NU Rogojampi.

Abstract

This research and analysis aims to obtain an empirical evidence regarding the effect of leverage, liquidity, total asset turnover, and firm size on profitability. This study uses secondary data that is quantitative. The technique used in this study is a sampling technique, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using the R Studio application. The research sample used in this study is 9 sharia stock companies in the advertising printing media sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2021 period. The study’s results by testing the  hypothesis using the t statistical test showed that the Solvency Ratio significantly positively  affected profitability. In contrast, liquidity, activity ratio (total asset turnover) and firm size (Firm Size) had no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal merupakan salah satu instrumen penting untuk memberikan kepastian jaminan keamanan dan kehalalan suatu produk kepada masyarakat. Hubungan antara harga dengan keputusan pembelian yaitu harga mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sertifikasi halal dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Mixue di Kota Jambi secara parsial dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sertifikasi halal dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Mixue di Kota Jambi secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, uji t dan uji f. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 sampel konsumen Mixue di Kota Jambi, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sertifikasi halal (X1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Mixue di Kota Jambi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung < t tabel (6,814 > 1,986) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 > 0,05, yang artinya bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Variabel harga (X2) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan signifikansi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Mixue di Jambi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung < t tabel (9,142 < 1,986) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 > 0,05, yang artinya bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sertifikasi halal dan harga secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap keputusan konsumen Mixue di Kota Jambi. Hal tersebut diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk sertifikai halal (X1) dan harga (X2) secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada konsumen Mixue di Kota Jambi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (94,006 > 3,943). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel tersebut valid dan reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi norma, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mencoba memberikan pengetahuan betapa pentingnya pemahaman mengenai produk-produk yang ada di dalam pasar modal syariah sebagai salah satu pilihan untuk berinvestasi kepada masyarakat terutama yang memiliki usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Tahap penyusunan artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur berbagai referensi yang mendukung proses pengabdian pada UMKM Sukses Bersama Mantap. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui secara nyata keadaan di lapangan, maka penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada beberapa para pelaku UMKM. Pengabdian ini berkaitan dengan pasar modal syariah dan cara berinvestasi  secara legal dan aman serta dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mampu menganalisa saham syariah yang baik, salah satunya dengan cara menganalisa laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the significant role of productive waqf fund benefits distributed by micro waqf banks to SMEs, with the goal of improving well-being, and to assess the impact of productive waqf funds in micro waqf banks in developing the businesses of SMEs. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods, the researcher collected data from various sources, including in-depth interviews with relevant parties such as the Micro Waqf Bank Management and recipients of productive waqf funds in the hope of explaining the facts and conditions needed for the research. The informants in this study consisted of 20 individuals who met the criteria of understanding and being able to argue when the researcher explored and delved into questions and statements, as well as individuals who received and used productive waqf funds, thus experiencing the impact and benefits of these funds for the sustainability of their businesses and the improvement of their quality of life. The research results indicate that the role of Micro Waqf Banks for SMEs and the impact of productive waqf fund assistance are significant. These banks play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of SMEs. Micro Waqf Banks provide access to capital for SMEs who often face difficulties in obtaining loans from other financial institutions, thus helping them expand their businesses, create job opportunities, and enhance economic well-being. The bank's role also includes community economic empowerment through training and mentoring. The impact of productive waqf fund assistance on the development of SMEs' businesses is also highly significant. This assistance helps SMEs in business development, improving competitiveness, and overcoming capital constraints. In addition to the economic impact, productive waqf fund assistance also builds self-confidence, motivation, and the overall quality of life for SMEs.

Abstract

The results of initial observations that the author found are that what is happening now is that the financing distributed by Sharia Banks is not on target by providing financing to customers not for business development. This is reinforced by financing data which increases every year, but the number of micro and small businesses (UMK) in Jambi City has decreased. This is the problem that researchers want to study. With this Sharia Bank, it really helps customers in starting their business or vice versa. This research aims to determine the role of micro and small enterprises (UMK) in the existence of Bank BSI KCP Dr. Sutomo Jambi. This type of research is field research. This research collects data through interviews and documentation. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and functions as a source of information about the role of Sharia Banks in improving micro and small enterprises (UMK). Based on the findings of interviews conducted with customers and the Head of BSI KCP Bank Sub-Branch, Dr. Sutomo Jambi, researchers can analyze how the existence of banks provides results and impacts on micro and small enterprises (UMK) in Jambi City. This can be seen from the increase in customer business after obtaining financing at the bank. Apart from that, customers also felt an increase in income, an increase in sales volume, and the addition of new employees to their business after financing at Bank BSI KCP Dr. Sutomo Jambi.

Abstract

This article explains the strategy for improving the quality of sharia services to customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area KCP Hayam Wuruk. This study is based on the fact that banks as service providers need to implement ways to improve the quality of their services in order to use available resources effectively. Real competitive advantage comes from providing quality services. This is due to the bank's ability to keep its customers happy and focused on their business. The purpose of this research is to determine the strategies and efforts of Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area in improving the quality of sharia services to customers. The research method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study, Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area is AKHLAK (Trusted, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptable, Physical, Human Resources, Business Services, Business realizes the value of collaboration through the ultimate business acceleration concept to increase contributions to and obstacles faced by BSI is to always achieve excellent service by providing excellent service to customers and convenient solutions for the work of its employees, so that the service is optimal and hassle-free.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how customers perceive BSI Mobile Services at BSI KC Jambi and to find out their opinions regarding the marketing strategies implemented in providing BSI Mobile Services at BSI KC Jambi. This research uses a qualitative approach with interviews and documentation of 10 BSI KC Jambi customers. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that customer perceptions of the services provided by mobile banking are relatively good and the BSI mobile application is also very useful for customers. In this case, BSI Mobile emphasizes that the promotional strategy for the BSI Mobile application is setting prices for BSI Mobile Banking products based on customer perceptions, namely that the prices/costs offered by BSI Mobile remain according to standards.
