Abstract

Pesawat terbang merupakan suatu kemajuan teknologi dunia yang saat ini perkembangannya semakin pesat, sejak ditemukannya teknologi dalam bidang penerbangan kemajuan teknologi pesawat dunia semakin pesat pula hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya pesawat terbang sehingga koneksi hubungan antara daerah dengan daerah lain di dunia semakin mudah. Perkembangan teknologi robot terbang di Indonesia, terbilang sangat pesat karena dorongan dan dukungan permerintah. Sebagai barometernya adalah suksesnya penyelenggaraan Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia (KRTI) yang diselenggarakan setiap tahunnya. Dalam kontes tersebut tidak kurang 40 perguruan tinggi besar di Indonesia turut ambil bagian. Namun perkembangan robot tersebut baru sebatas pada kontes dan belum dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang lebih riil terutama dalam dunia industri. Permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam penentuan konsep desain pesawat tanpa awak untuk memenuhi kriteria dari panitia kontes robot terbang Indonesia. Dalam hal ini akan dicoba untuk menentukan konsep desain pesawat tanpa awak menggunakan metode QFD ( Quality Function Deployment).

Abstract

PT. Kharisma Sejahtera adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menjual mobil hasil produksi Daihatsu dan dikenal sebagai dealer favorit dan terpercaya, khususnya di daerah Bojonegoro yang melayani calon pembelidan dan service. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk memuaskan calon pembeli dengan integrasi metode Servqual, Kano, dan Quality Function Deployment. Hasil penelitian Servqual menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diberikan belum mampu memenuhi harapan mahasiswa, karena semua atribut memiliki nilai Gap negatif. Untuk hasil penelitian Kano diperoleh 4 atribut Must-be, 14 atribut One-dimensional, 1 atribut Attractive, dan 1 atribut Indifferent. Sedangkan dari hasil penelitian Quality Function Deployment diperoleh 12 Technical Requirements yang perlu diprioritaskan dalam meningkatan kualitas layanan, dengan 5 kontribusi tertinggi Technical Requirements adalah membuat SOP dalam menanggapi keluhan calon pembeli dan pelanggan 18.77%, memberikan pelatihan dan training secara berkala pada semua karyawan dan staff 17.06%, melakukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan dan staff secara rutin 15.46%, membuat sistem informasi untuk membantu memberikan informasi secara umum 10.58%, dan melakuan check up produk secara berkala 10.43%.

Abstract

Pos Pelayanan Teknologi Tepat Guna (Posyantek) di Kabupaten Bojonegoro bertugas memberikan pelayanan teknis, informasi, promosi, dan orientasi TTG kepada masyarakak di wilayah atau desa yang sudah terbentuk organisasi tersebut. Posyantek di tuntuk untuk selalu inovatif dalam penangan masalah di wilayah mereka. Kendala yang sering terjadi adalah petani merasa kesulitan dalam pengeringan tanamannya missal padi, jagung, Oleh karena itu, alat pengering padi ini hadir sebagai alternatif metode pengeringan yang sederhana dan mempunyai efisiensi yang tinggi sehingga mampu di tiru dan terapkan kepada kalayak umum petani. Metode pelaksanaan yan digunakan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi program dan pelaporan. Hasil dari PKM ini secara umum dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berlokasi di aula kantor PMD Bojonegoro ini berjalan dengan baik dan Program yang direncanakan juga dapat terealisasi dengan optimal. Program yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu tahap identifikasi kebutuhan teknologi pertanian dan pembuatan alat penunjang atau teknologi pertanian untuk di buat contoh kepada posyantek di kabupaten Bojonegoro , tahap pembuatan materi dan Bimtek alat pengering padi, tahap dan tahap evaluasi hasil dari penerapan teknolgi pengering padi.

Abstract

The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of the City of Surabaya is a company that produces clean water in Surabaya so that there are often problems with the production system, including damage to a device such as a pump. Pump is a tool or machine used to move liquids from one place to another. If the maintenance is appropriate and planned, the obstacles and problems that arise are not getting more and the budget is getting smaller. The purpose of this study is to find out the types of water pumps in IPAM NGAGEL 1 PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, find out how to repair the water pump at IPAM NGAGEL 1 PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya, and know the maintenance and maintenance of water pumps at IPAM NGAGEL 1 PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The power collection method used is the direct participation of researchers on the object of research, observations and interviews with the field responsible for managing the maintenance of the pump in IPAM NGAGEL 1 PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that in IPAM Ngagel 1 PDAM Surya Sembada itself the pumps are divided into 2 types of pumps, namely raw water pumps (PS) and distribution pumps (PK). On the one hand, the recommended maintenance in order to extend the life of the pump is a scheduled monitor once a week covering electrical and mechanical, scheduled maintenance once a week includes cleanliness, bolt tightness, religment, and greasing, the last is the need for a personal complaint procedure in the form of application complaints (personal assistance) and asset management applications (Asset Management).

Abstract

Potential hazards that can cause work accidents can come from various work activities carried out in work operations and can also come from outside the scope of work. Therefore, the implementation of an occupational safety and health program is in the form of implementing an OHS management system, including through identification of hazards and recommendations for effective control measures, so as to create a safe, healthy and prosperous work environment. PT. Pertamina asset 4 Sukowati Field is an energy company, which is engaged in the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production, which is located in Bojonegoro, East Java province. In the oil and gas production process, there are many potential hazards in various work activities. Within a company, there are potential hazards in the operation and repair of equipment. Some of these hazards are high pressure, high temperature, falling objects, automatic systems that can cause pinching, mechanical, high electrical voltage, noise from loud engine sounds, chemicals, exposure to toxic H2S gas. The purpose of this research is to know the occupational health and safety control system, to know the process of B3 waste treatment, and to know how to maintain fire fighting equipment. The data collection method used is participation where the author is directly involved in internship activities regarding occupational health and safety control programs, field observations where researchers monitor or direct observations in the field, in order to know firsthand about safety at work, and interviews by asking direct questions. to the staff of the department on the science of occupational safety and health in the workplace. the results of the research conducted, it was found that in order to maintain the safety and health of its employees, the company provides work safety facilities, all workers must care and be aware of work safety, in order to maintain health in the form of free treatment, sports facilities and adequate food and nutrition allowances. So the risk of work accidents will be smaller. Actions to manage waste or B3 materials used in the production operation process will be handled in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The processing of B3 waste begins with temporary storage in a special storage room that has a permit from the KLHK/DLH/Governor/Regent to be sent to a B3 waste collection/processing company that has a permit from the KLHK, or also known as a third party. Periodic maintenance is required according to standard maintenance procedures.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk is a cement producing company in Tuban, so problems often occur in theproduction system including damage to the finish mill machine components. The machine components that are oftendamaged are Grinding tables, Tires, Reducer separators, Rockerarms, Bucket Chains, Seals, Shafts. The finish millmachine is the last area in the cement production process. The result of the final grinding in the form of cement isstored in cement storage silos. If maintenance is carried out on a scheduled basis, damage and production failurescan be minimized. The purpose of this industrial practical work is to schedule maintenance for finish mill machinesusing the FMEA method. The data collection method used was direct observation and interviews with theresponsible department in the finish mill machine area. From the results of industrial practical work carried out, itis known that machine maintenance is carried out with an overhaul system every few years. It is recommended toschedule maintenance for finish mill machines such as cleaning, replacement, lubrication so that components do notoften fail and damage during the production process.

Abstract

Packaging design and digital advertising are an important part of product marketing. Unique product design, will be an added value for consumers to consider buying a product and digital markets provide information for consumers that cannot be reached by traditional markets so that producers are able to expand market share, therefore the focus of the PKM that the author will do is provide training to the industry the household industry (IRT) Urnika Snacks Rengginang in Prambontergayang Village, Soko District, Tuban Regency, IRT Urnika Snacks Rengginang is widely known in the environment around the sub-district, but the sales that IRT do are still in the traditional way and the IRT packaging is still wrapped in plastic. The method of implementing PKM was carried out using a participatory approach (participatory action research/PAR). We carry out this service program to provide training on the importance of digital advertising supported by unique packaging designs to increase IRT marketing. Service activities regarding packaging design and digital advertising are expected to be able to help Rengginang IRT Prambontergayang Village in marketing snack products so that they can increase the income of the IKM Rengginang.

Abstract

HSE is a system that must be owned by every company to ensure that operational activities carried out do not harm anyone. HSE is also known as K3, namely occupational health and safety. HSE itself stands for health, safety and environment. In order to achieve the objectives of the K3 program, various elements and resources need to be used, so that in the application of K3 it needs to be organized, and regulated into a K3 management system (SMK3). This study uses the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) Method is a series of hazard identification processes in routine and non-routine activities. HIRARC is an effort to prevent and reduce the potential for work accidents, avoiding and minimizing risks that occur appropriately by avoiding and minimizing the risk of work accidents and controlling them in order to carry out the process of activities so that the process becomes safe. Hazard identification, risk assessment and control are part of the risk management system which is the basis of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), which consists of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

Abstract

In this modern and sophisticated era, the manufacturing industry is developing both service industries and those that produce products with a variety of shapes and models to attract customers. For example, adjustable welding tables, motorbikes, cars, and others. Companies compete with each other in terms of price, product excellence, product innovation, and product convenience in order to find the right consumer market. DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) is a method of making products that aims to facilitate the manufacturing and assembly process where existing designs can be simplified and adapted to the capabilities of the manufacturing facility by considering technical aspects. The scope of design and ergonomics activities includes problems related to human needs, including interior design, furniture design, environmental equipment design, transportation equipment design, textile design, graphic design, etc. (Setiawan, M. S. 2022). At this stage, data collection is carried out, and the author needs to design an adjustable welding table. However, first recompose the table components and determine which are assembly parts and subassembly parts. Then identify each component. Final Design Refinement. 1) In the previous product development, design 3 was completed with a design that is certainly more ergonomic than design 1, because design 3 has been adjusted to body size using ergonomic standards. 2) Based on the results of the development of this adjustable welding table product, option 3 is the one with the lowest cost because it has a smaller number of components and total assembly steps compared to options 1 and 2. The cost of option 1 is around Rp. 1,780,000; option 2 is around Rp. 1,515,000; and option 3 is around Rp. 870,000. The total assembly steps for option 1 are 40; option 2 is 34; and option 3 is 25. The number of components in options 1 and 2 is 10, while option 3 is only 9.
