Abstract

The Influence of Health Education on Women's Age Behavior in IVA Examinations in Early Detection of Cervical Cancer at Community Health Centers in Makassar. Currently, the coverage of early detection of cervical cancer is still very low, this is due to a lack of public knowledge and awareness to participate in early detection programs for cervical cancer. IVA examination is an early detection program for cervical cancer implemented by the government. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of health education on the behavior of women of childbearing age in early detection of cervical cancer at the IVA examination at the Community Health Center in Makassar. The research design used was a quasi-experimental pre-post design with a comparison group that attempted to reveal the effectiveness of the independent variable on the dependent variable by stretching the control group in addition to the experimental group with a sample size of 66 women of childbearing age. The results of the research show that health education influences the knowledge, attitudes and actions of women of childbearing age in IVA examinations at early detection of cervical cancer at Community Health Centers in Makassar, from the T-Test statistical test p sig = 0.000 < 0.05. Health education in IVA examinations in early detection of cervical cancer has the effect of increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions to be more positive, it is hoped that the authorized agencies can carry it out with a wider reach and better quality.

Abstract

As the number of elderly increases, there are many problems experienced by the elderly, including not being educated, not having access to health care, not having old age security, not having social support from family or friends to care for them. Life changes in the elderly cause various problems, including dependence on other people, health problems and poverty. Reduced ability to respond to stress, repeated losses and physical changes place elderly people at risk of disease and functional disorders. In general, elderly people experience limitations, so that the quality of life of the elderly decreases. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the quality of life of the elderly in the Lapadde Community Health Center working area. This research method is quantitative research using a cross sectional method taken using a purposive sampling technique. The chi square test results obtained a value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ < α = 0.05). This means that there is a relationship between the role of the family and the quality of life of the elderly in the Posyandu for the Elderly in the working area of the Lapadde Community Health Center . The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the role of the family in the quality of life of the elderly in the Posyandu for the Elderly in the work area of the Lapadde Community Health Center. It is recommended that families maintain good support for the elderly to maintain their quality of life by exercising regularly.

Abstract

In Islamic legal analysis regarding the use of contraception, the majority of ulama allow the use of contraceptives as long as they are not installed permanently, and for permanent contraceptives (vasectomies / tubectomies) the majority of ulama prohibit it. Sexual satisfaction is a form of sexual closeness felt by husband and wife couples in the interpersonal area, namely in the quality of sexual communication, attitudes towards sexual relations and balance in sexual relations. This research design uses a cross sectional study design which aims to analyze the comparative level of sexual satisfaction of women who accept tubectomy and hormonal contraception. The results of this study show that knowledge is related to the level of sexual satisfaction in women with tubectomy acceptors, while there are 2 variables that are related to the level of sexual satisfaction in women with hormonal contraception, namely knowledge with and duration of use.
