Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi massa optimum koagulan terhadap pH dan kekeruhan pada pengolahan air sungai Cisangkuy menjadi air domestik nonkonsumsi serta menganalisis karakteristiknya sebelum dan sesudah pengolahan menjadi air domestik nonkonsumsi dengan menggunakan adsorben dari kulit pisang raja bulu (Musa paradica). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian, tahap pertama adalah menganalisis air sungai sebelum perlakuan apapun dengan paramater pH, bau, kekeruhan, kesadahan, kadar besi, mangan dan kadmium. Tahap kedua adalah menentukan optimasi koagulan dari kulit pisang raja bulu (Musa paradica) dan tahap ketiga adalah melakukan penyaringan air sungai melalui media filtrasi. Analisa karakteristik air sungai Cisangkuy dengan parameter bau, pH, kekeruhan, kesadahan, mangan, besi, dan kadmium setelah dibandingkan hasilnya dengan analisa air sungai sebelum pengolahan, semua hasilnya menunjukan penurunan, dan memenuhi baku mutu yang berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 82 Th. 2001. Adapun persen penurunan dari setiap parameter, yaitu kekeruhan 87.50%, pH 25.4%, kesadahan 24.28%, Fe 95.55%, Mn 70.51%, dan Cd 98.50%. Kata kunci: air sungai, absorben, Musa paradica.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten teks konsep senyawa karbon berdasarkan struktur makro dan representasi kimia gambar. Dilakukan terhadap buku teks kimia SMA/MA menggunakan kriteria struktur makro Siregar dan kriteria keterhubungan representasi kimia GKitzia. Hasil analisis konten pada buku A dan buku B menunjukkan penyajian konten dan cakupannya tidak seluas dan sedalam konten pada buku teks standar. Namun konsep-konsep yang disajikan sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum. Berdasarkan struktur makro, alur penyajian konten pada buku teks standar sebagian besar menggunakan alur induktif, sedangkan pada buku A dan buku B menggunakan alur deduktif. Representasi teks dari ketiga buku lebih dominan simbolik. Hasil analisis representasi gambar yang disajikan pada buku teks standar sudah memenuhi kriteria, namun pada buku A dan buku B belum memenuhi kriteria standar. Dari ketiga buku, lebih banyak menampilkan gambar dengan representasi simbolik. Makna yang terkandung dalam representasi dari ketiga buku sebagian besar bersifat implisit. Keterhubungan representasi dari buku teks standar dan buku B hampir sepenuhnya terkait dan terhubung dengan teks, sedangkan pada buku A hampir sepenuhnya terkait tetapi tidak terhubung. Ketiga buku lebih dominan tidak memiliki keterangan atau caption dari setiap gambar. Hanya buku standar yang memiliki representasi multipel, dengan keterhubungan yang ditunjukan dengan jelas tetapi kurang terhubung.

Abstract

The existence of halal and good food is a basic requirement for Muslims. Maintaining the quality of food from the integrity of nutrients and keep it away from the source of disease is one effort to create good quality food. This will be more valuable if it can be done with natural materials that exist around the community itself. Growing environmental awareness and social sensitivity on the young generation of Muslims is something that can not be separated from education in college. This research is aimed to develop bio-plastic making device based on ganyong (Canna edulis) with the utilization of used and cheap goods. The method used in the research is Research and Development (R & D). Develop Spin Coating devices to suit the needs of edible printing. The effectiveness of measurable measurements of physical bio-plastic factor measurements resulted in strength, thickness and durability. The results of this study show that the results are quite optimal, especially on the thickness factor. The thickness of bio-plastics produced using modified spin coating is <0.5 mm with rotation at a certain speed, ie at 12 volts and 60o - 80oC. The result of bio-plastic obtained can be used as food wrapper which in this research is applied as dodol wrapping. So the quality of nutrition dodol can be more durable.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the application results of the developed digital book oriented to multiple chemical representations. The method employed in this research was the Design-Based Research (DBR) method with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development Model consisted of five stages to analyze, design, and develop a product. These stages covered the analysis of terpenoid material, the analysis of multiple representations of terpenoid material, and digital book design and development. The instrument used was a validation test questionnaire filled out by three validators. The result of this research is an Android-based digital book oriented to chemistry's multiple representations. The obtained robserved value was 0.83. Therefore, the developed digital book was declared valid and can be used as teaching material in the Natural Product Chemistry course.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of TPACKs understanding physics teachers in using learning media. This study aims to determine the use of learning media used by physics teachers in the learning process. This research method is qualitative with research instruments in the form of questionnaires, document analysis and interviews. The study sample consisted of 60 physics teachers in West Java. The results of the study show that the majority of physics teachers still use Power Point media as the main media, then use electronic references, and interactive multimedia. Based on the media compilation process, almost most of them directly use existing media. The main reason is the lack of training gained by teachers in developing learning media. The conclusion of this study is that physics teachers still need technology and pedagogic knowledge in learning.Keywords content knowledge, ICT, pedagogical knowledge.Abstrak Analisis pemahaman TPACK guru fisika dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penggunaan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 guru fisika di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan mayoritas penggunaan teknologi untuk media pembelajaran adalah menggunakan power point sebagai media utama, dilanjutkan penggunaan referensi yang bersifat elektronik, dan multimedia interaktif. Alasan utama guru belum maksimal dalam mengembangkan media berbasis teknologi adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang diikuti guru dalam mengembangkan media terintegrasi yang dihubungkan dengan kompetensi pedagogic. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa guru fisika sangat memerlukan teknologi dan pengetahuan pedagogic dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci pengetahuan konten, TIK, pengetahuan pedagogik.DOI http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v10.i1.202014.

Abstract

In this study, two lignan compounds were isolated from acetone extract of Phyllanthus niruri L. nirtetralin B (1) and phyllanthin (2) using several chromatographic methods followed by molecular structure elucidation mainly based on 1D and 2D of 1H and 13C NMR spectrum. The isolated compounds were tested for their antimicrobial properties against the plant pathogenic fungus, Fusarium oxysporum, using the agar plate well diffusion method. The microdilution method determined the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum fungicide concentration (MFC). In addition, the microconidia germination inhibition test was carried out using the agar diffusion method. As a result, compound 1 had MIC and MFC values of 4 and 16 μg/mL, respectively. While compound 2 showed the same MIC and MFC values of 16 μg/mL. Further testing on the inhibition of germination of F. oxysporum microconidia showed that compound 2 inhibited microconidia germination 100% at a concentration of 2 × MIC. In comparison, compound 1 at the same concentration was only able to inhibit germination by 29%. This study revealed that compound 2 is a potential new fungicide derived from local medicinal plants. However, further research is needed to identify the interaction mechanism between the test compound and the fungal pathogen F. oxysporum to develop new antifungal agents.
