Abstract

One of the steps taken by Indonesia based on the government's strategic plan to deal with MEA is to strengthen the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. But in reality the knowledge of batik entrepreneurs is still low about the importance of financial management for the continuity of the business he initiated to be able to participate in free trade between countries in the Southeast Asian region to be a problem that must be resolved, so that Indonesia has a good opportunity to show product quality and quantity and Human Resources (HR) to other countries openly. In MSME management skills are very necessary, especially Financial Management. Financial management is all company activities related to businesses obtaining company funds with low costs and efforts to use and allocate these funds efficiently (Sutrisno: 3, 2009). For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of financial management in Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in filling the MEA (Asean Economic Community. This research included quantitative descriptive research carried out in Batik Satrio Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Manah Bangoan Village, Kedungwaru Subdistrict, Tulungagung District, is said to be because in this study only describes financial management in the Satrio Manah Batik Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) .The respondents in this study were all 50 Satrio Manah Batik employees Data in this study are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation Data analysis is done by processing the scores of observations on financial statements and questionnaires.The results obtained by the researchers are management of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Batik Satrio Manah has not met the standard keu management good dreams, and there still needs to be improvement in accordance with financial management standards

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam praktiknya, pendidikan karakter yang diberikan melalui mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPS) baru  menyentuh  pada  tingkatan  pengenalan  norma  atau  nilai-nilai,  dan belum pada tingkatan integrasi dan tindakan nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.  Hal  ini  merupakan  tugas  besar  guru  mata  pelajaran  IPS yang harus bisa menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada  peserta didik. Dalam kegiatan ini pengetahuan guru tentang pengintegrasian nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS, meningkatkan ketrampilan guru dalam menyususun RPP yang mengintegrasian nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS diharapkan meningkat, memberikan pengetahuan guru bagaimana menerapkan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Yang menjadi sasaran dalam kegiatan PPM ini adalah guru-guru Sd Kristen Petra Tulungagung yang berjumlah 15 orang. Pelatihan pembelajaran ips terpadu dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran dilakukan adalah sebagia berikut (1) metode ceramah, (2) metode demonstrasi, (3) metode latihan, dan (4) metode tanya jawab. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah para guru memiliki hanya sedikit pengetahuan awal penyusunan perangkat yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dan keterbatasan waktu untuk pelatihan.  Kata kunci: pengintegrasian, nilai-nilai karakter, pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

Kopma Amana In this study using quantitative research, the population was 59 students. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire method that has been tested with a validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test & F test. In this study the independent variables X1 (perception of cooperatives), X2 (Cooperative Knowledge) and for the dependent variable Y (Interest of students of economic education study programs become Kopma members). The results of this study indicate that partially Perception about cooperatives (X1) affects the interest of economic education study program students becoming members of Kopma (Y) with a tcount of 6.359> ttable 2.004 while Cooperative Knowledge (X2) influences the interests of economic education study program students becoming Kopma members ( Y) with a value of 2.033 <t table 2.004. Simultaneously there is the Influence of Perception about cooperatives and Cooperative Knowledge on the interests of students of economic education study programs becoming Kopma members with a value of Fcount 32.403> Ftable 3.18. The correlation coefficient R of 0.745 and the determinant value in the Adjusted R Square column of 0.538 or 43.8% change in the variable Y is influenced by changes in variable X1 and variable X2. While the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to develop a model of economic learning with national character with a design-based research (DBR) approach. This research used the Design Based Research approach in developing Economic Learning with Nationality Characteristics Through the Economic Cooperative Learning Model. The data analysis technique used is quantitative with descriptive and qualitative statistical techniques. Based on the results of research and development shows the results of responses of students at the time of trial at Blitar Muhammadiyah High School and in Rejotangan 1 Public High School at 91% and 95.3%. This means that the Cooperative Learning Economics model can make students understand about economic concepts that are in accordance with the ideology of the Indonesian Nation, especially able to instill national character values including love of Indonesian products, upholding togetherness, respecting other people's opinions, saving, wise and deliberative to reach agreement. Keyword: Nationality Characteristics, Economics Cooperative Learning Model Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran ekonomi berkarakter kebangsaan dengan pendekatan design based research (DBR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model Design Based Research dalam pengembangan Pembelajaran Ekonomi Berkarakter Kebangsaaan Melalui Model Economic Cooperative Learning. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik statistika deskriptif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan hasil tanggapan peserta didik pada saat uji coba di SMA Muhammadiyah Blitar dan di SMA Negeri 1 Rejotangan sebesar 91% dan 95,3%. Hal ini berarti bahwa model pembelajaran Economics Cooperative Learning dapat memahamkan peserta didik tentang konsep ekonomi yang sesuai dengan idiologi Bangsa Indonesia terutama dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kebangsaan diantaranya, cinta produk Indonesia, menjunjung tinggi kebersamaan, menghargai pendapat orang lain, hemat, bijak dan musyawarah untuk mufakat. Kata kunci: Berkarakter Kebangsaan, Model Economics Cooperative Learning

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar pada dasarnya peran guru dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah menciptakan suasana lingkungan yang efektif sehingga kegiatan belajar dapat berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang di harap kan dan hasil belajar juga akan memuaaskan. Pembentukan suasana lingkungan belajar yang mendukung sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan gairah belajar siswa.Dari berbagai fenomena dan hasil analisis peneliti menemukan beberapa kendala dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada kelas X SMA Jawaahirul hikmah dan juga fenomena khalayak umum dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengembangkan suatu metode yang bernama “Rounding Post Material”.Dimana dalam metode ini siswa di beri kebebasan dan kemandirian dalam belajar dengan suasana  aktiv bergerak,interaktif dan komunikatif tetapi tetap dalam pengawsan dan kontroling guru.Sehingga di harpakan bisa meningkatkan gairah belajar siswa. Dalam mengembangkan metode  pembelajaran,tentunya membutuhkan validasi agar bisa mengetahui seberapa layak produk suatu metode yang di kembangkan bisa di pakai khalayak umum .Penliaian Produk Validasi di lakukan Oleh Ahli Metode, Ahli Desain dan Praktisi Pembelajaran.Produk yang akan dibuat dalam penelitian ini berupa RPP,Sintaks dan buku pedoman metode pembelajaran.Penelitian Pengembangan ini mengadaptasi dari penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE(Analysys,Design,Development,Implementation,Evaluation).Tetapi hanya sampai pada tahap Analysys(analisis),Design(Desain),dan Development(pengembangan) saja.Metode belum di uji cobakan kepada peserta didik di karenakan adanya berbagai pembatasan dari pemerintah dan lembaga sekolah terkait  pandemi Covid-19.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan validasi produk dari para ahli  menunjukan bahwa metode Rounding Post Material ini layak untuk di pergunakan tetapi perlu revisi kecil untuk menjadikan metode ini lebih baik. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i12022p046

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha, 2) Pengaruh Kreativitas terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha, 3) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Kreativitas terhadap  Intensi Berwirausaha.Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 281 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah 69 siswa yang diambil dengan metode propotional random sampling. Variabel penelitian yaitu Efikasi Diri (X1), Kreativitas (X2), dan Intensi Berwirausaha (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode angket (kuisioner).Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Secara parsial nilai thitung (2,217) > ttabel (1,996) dan tingkat signifikasi 0,030 <  0,050, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. (2) Secara parsial thitung (2,128) > ttabel (1,996) dan tingkat signifikasi 0,037 < 0,050, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan. (3) Secara simultan bahwa Fhitung (11,374) > Ftabel 3,14 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,050, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Secara keseluruhan efikasi diri dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 23,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Education is the most important part in human life, because education is the determining factor for the progress of a nation.  Learning in schools should be done with innovative, varied, and can encourage students to be active and interactive.  But the fact is not as expected, because today there are still many who use conventional methods.  The aim of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of Games Book Accounting for Basic Accounting subjects in the Accounting Cycle material for grade X Accounting students of SMKN 2 Trenggalek, and to determine the feasibility of the product based on the validation assessment of material experts, media experts, accounting learning practitioners.  This research is a research and development (R&D) that was adapted from the ADDIE model.  Which has 5 Stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation, but only carried out until the third stage, namely Development.  This media has not been tried out to students because of time constraints as well as situations and conditions that are not possible, considering this research was made during the covid-pandemic conditions.  The results showed that the level of eligibility of Games Book Accounting teaching materials based on the assessment of validation was in the category of suitable for use with a very good predicate in accordance with the eligibility criteria and product revisions. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v14i12020p15

Abstract

Research this discuss about use social media influence WhatsApp to activity students in learning economy the business. Study this on the background backwards by the amount students who use social media WhatsApp on their smartphones and always bring it everywhere they go including in the environment school. The research aims to find out whether or not the influence of social media WhatsApp to the activity students in economy the business learning. This is experiment research with pre-experimental method and uses pre-test post-test research design. The subject research is students in X-class banking 2 SMKN 2 Boyolangu this sample taken based on the cluster sample. The research uses the instrument of observation. In class, this data taken before and after treatment where the materials given at learning to use the application WhatsApp. Technique analysis hypothesis use a sign test obtained results p 0,021 ≤ α 0,025 and Zcount amount to 2,309 > Ztable amount to 1.96, so H0 is rejected and Wilcoxon matched pairs with obtained results p = 0,021 ≤ α = 0,025 and Zcount amount to 2.827 > Ztable amount to 1.96, then H0 is rejected. Thus in this research stated there is the influence of social media WhatsApp use to activity learn students X-class banking 2 on the learning of economics the business.
