Abstract

The existence of cabin crew is very much needed in a flight to serve airplane passengers, including Garuda Indonesia as one of the state-owned airlines that tries to provide flight safety in the field of air transportation. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement on the cabin crew of Garuda Indonesia homebase Denpasar and to find out the legal protection for flight attendants in the Fixed Time Work Agreement on the cabin crew of Garuda Indonesia homebase Denpasar. This type of research is empirical research. Empirical research is carried out on the real situation in the community or the surrounding environment with the aim of finding facts or existing legal problems. The results showed that the implementation of the Fixed Time Work Agreement on the cabin crew of PT Garuda Indonesia homebase Denpasar is closely related to employment between workers and companies. Fixed Term Work Agreement at PT Garuda Indonesia is regulated in Company Regulations. In general, the protection of workers has been regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The attitude of open wages to cabin crew will definitely have a positive impact on the welfare of employees in the morning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui praktik pengembangan kurikulum dan model-model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Metode riset menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan kurikulum yang di lakukan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran menggabungkan beberapa kurikulum diantaranya kurikulum Kementerian Agama, kurikulum merdeka, kurikulum 2013, dan kurikulum ISMUBA. Kurikulum tersebut ditunjang dengan kegiatan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an. Adapun model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yang digunakan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran adalah model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yaitu meliputi mengamati, menanya, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil diskusi. Adapun penerapannya pada pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yaitu siswa mengamati penjelasanan dari guru, melakukan pertanyaan pada pelajaran yang tidak dipahami, mengeksplorasi materi dari berbagai sumber baik buku maupun internet, melakukan diskusi dengan teman sebaya, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil belajar di depan kelas dan dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. The purpose of the study is to determine the practice of curriculum development and learning models of the Qur'an Hadith in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Research methods use qualitative research methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the curriculum development carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran combined several curricula including the Ministry of Religion curriculum, independent curriculum, 2013 curriculum, and ISMUBA curriculum. The curriculum is supported by Qur'an Literacy activities. The Qur'an Hadith learning model used in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran is a contextual learning model by relating learning to daily life. And using a scientific approach that includes observing, questioning, exploring, associating, and communicating the results of discussions. As for its application to the learning of the Qur'an Hadith, students observe explanations from the teacher, do questions on lessons that are not understood, explore material from various sources, both books and the internet, conduct discussions with peers, and communicate learning outcomes in front of the class and are associated with daily life.

Abstract

In this world, there are various problems, one of which is the problem of gender equality. Gender has recently become a hot phenomenon to be discussed. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many people who think that men are better and have a higher degree than women. So the purpose of this study is to describe the existence of gender equality in an Islamic perspective and gender equality in education in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study with careful repeated observation analysis techniques and then concluded qualitatively descriptively. The results of the study show that gender equality is highly respected in Islam and Indonesian education where from an Islamic perspective it has the same position between men and women starting from getting rewards, being servants of Allah and caliphs, achieving achievements to carrying out their obligations. Meanwhile, gender equality in the perspective of education in Indonesia is contained in Article 27 paragraphs 1 and 2 and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 1994 concerning the elimination of discrimination, and Law No 20 of 2003 on the National Education System.

Abstract

Anastasia (2086206042). Analysis of the Role of the School Library in Increasing Reading Interest of MI Raudlatul Ulum Students in Tangerang Regency. This study discusses how the role of the school library in increasing reading interest and what factors influence reading interest. So this study aims to analyze the role of the school library in increasing the reading interest of MI Raudlatul Ulum students in Tangerang Regency. This research is a qualitative research with research subjects, namely: school library manager as well as V grade teacher, IV grade teacher, 2 representatives of IV and V grade. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews of library managers, intervies of class teachers, and interviews of representatives of class IV and V students of 2 people each as well as documentation studies. Data triangulation used is triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. So it can be concluded that this research shows that the analysis of the role of the school library in increasing the interest in reading of MI Raudlatul Ulum students is good enough with the ease of visiting and borrowing books gicen to students and reading habits that have been carried out. However, there are indicators that have not been implemented, such as the desire to read students who are still not maximized in grade IV students an grade V students. In this case, the school library at MI Raudlatul Ulum Tangerang Regency needs renewal in utilizing the role of the shool library to maximize the increase in students interest in reading.
