Abstract

Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk telah di ikuti juga dengan pertambahan jumlah kendaraan dan bangunan, sehingga secara langsung  mengurangi luas wilayah hijau pepohonan yang berfungsi sebagai penyaring udara kotor. Untuk menjaga udara tetap bersih dan segar, maka di beberapa lingkungan telah ditanam pepohonan, sedangkan untuk didalam ruangan menggunakan telah di pergunakan Air Conditioning yang menggunakan tenaga listrik cukup besar. Dari hasil observasi langsung bersama siswa, telah ditemukan sebuah masalah di sekolah yaitu udara kotor. Oleh sebab itu didalam penelitian ini di usulkan sebuah solusi sederhana berupa purwarupa alat penyaring udara kotor berbasis arduino untuk  menghasilkan  ruangan yang bersih dari udara kotor dan nyaman ditempati oleh siswa di SDN 003 Binaan,Tanjungpinang Kota. Perangkat lunak yang dipergunakan untuk perancangan purwarupa virtual pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Autodesk Inventor. Selanjutnya mempergunakan  Mikrokontroler Arduino pada pembuatan purwarupa sederhana yang akan dipergunakan untuk mengetahui fungsi dapat bekerja benar dan mendapatkan evaluasi dari calon pengguna. Dari hasil pengujian kegunaan bersama calon pengguna, didapatkan bahwa hasil inovasi baik dan mudah dipergunakan di sekolah

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate where there are only two seasons namely summer and rainy season. During the summer, the biggest source of energy used to dry clothes is sunlight. Whereas during the rainy season there are a lot of problems that arise or obstacles experienced by some people to dry clothes, especially for school children ... Often when on the way to the workplace or place where the school is caught in the rain so the clothes used are a little moist or even wet. From these problems, a prototype was designed, namely a clothes dryer using wind produced through a fan. This prototype is called LEBANO (Arduino Uno based clothes dryer cabinet). Lebano uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and Dht11 temperature sensor as a detector for the humidity temperature of an object. When the object's humidity is still below a certain limit, the fan will still rotate. The process of this research begins with a social approach by carrying out activities with prospective users of innovation, which is integrated with the approach to design thinking to be able to produce technology-based innovations that are beneficial to these prospective users. From the results of testing with prospective users, satisfactory results were obtained in terms of ease of use of technology, benefits of innovation and function in prototypes.

Abstract

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution made technology a necessity. Therefore, higher education in the field of research and community service strives to disseminate research results with the aim of strengthening the community and providing smart solutions to problems that can hinder the acceleration of the people's economy, it is hoped that the community will not only be users but as technopreneur who can take advantage of technology to improve the regional economy. From the results of observations at school, found a problem of students in calculating quickly to complete schoolwork. Therefore, a smart solution called Smart Book Calculator is proposed, which is an Arduino-based calculation tool using a keypad. This innovation, in addition to aiming at completing calculations, also introduces the use of the Arduino Uno microcontroller which in the future can be applied to all intelligent equipment used in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Fishermen poverty is a problem that must be overcome, as well as difficulties in improving the welfare of fishermen in coastal areas due to internal weaknesses and the influence of external factors. Fishermen do not feel the limited education or opportunities to access and master technology. This factor is due to not having sufficient capital, such as the condition of the fishermen's economic difficulties. On the other hand, external factors are increasingly intense competition, market mechanisms and the bargaining position of fishermen to sell fish they have caught. FISH SMART is an daring trading application based on android, and acts as a capital market broker for fish products. The way it works is by interacting directly through a communication system between fishermen and consumers. This application system is easy to operate so that fishermen will be able to offer fish prices according to quality. Through this interaction and cooperation, sustainability will be established as a booster for the fishermen's economy and educate fishermen on the mastery of technology. In the end, it will improve Indonesia's maritime economy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Kunci sukses pengajaran STEM adalah integrasi sains, matematika, dan teknologi. Dalam karir STEM, ilmuwan tidak melakukan sains dan ahli matematika terapan tidak hanya matematika, tetapi mereka bekerja lintas disiplin ilmu. Jadi, untuk mencerminkan pekerjaan profesional STEM dan meningkatkan kesiapan generasi masa depan yang unggul, penting bagi siswa untuk mengalami proyek terintegrasi di dunia nyata melalui pelatihan STEM di kelas. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, maka perlu mempersiapkan anak-anak zaman sekarang untuk menjadi inovator masa depan yang dimulai dengan memperkenalkan  STEM melalui pelatihan Tech for Kids (TFK). Pelatihan TFK adalah satu bentuk pengabdian yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk menjembatani semua disiplin ilmu STEM melalui Engineering Design Process (EDP) yang memberikan siswa kesempatan untuk berpikir dan bertindak seperti insinyur dan ilmuwan.
