Abstract

Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s school of arts education: A study of philosophy on arts education based on Habermas’ critical method. There are six steps of critical methods: the empirical analysis of historical philosophy, language analysis, hermeneutics analysis, analysis of ideology criticism, functional analysis, and construction of historical materialism. The research results and discussion show that in this study: (1) Dewantaras art education is defined as an education that is oriented on a system that liberates and instills moral values through arts. (2) The results of the critical analysis: the philosophy of empirical history, language, ideological criticism, functionalism, and historical materialism, in the field of arts education, contain the meaning of selecting the philosophy of applied arts education based on the consciousness of its own cultural basis. (3) In response to the development of human resources, arts education is capable of directing the nation to be superior in the world of science, technology, and arts, based on the fundamental capital of human creativity and cultural manifestations as a source of knowledge. The scientific contributions of this research are as the following. Firstly, in the form of explanatory and ideological analysis and national education and arts education systems through political-socio-cultural explanations. Secondly, the explanation of the ideology of arts education is based on historical, social, political, and cultural bases as a critical study of national and art education practices. Thirdly, the findings of this study are the implications of arts education based on the concept of Dewantaras arts education.

Abstract

Jidor Sentulan merupakan kesenian tradisional asli Jombang yang keberadaannya terancam di era modernisasi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan rekonstruksi kesejarahan dan kandungan nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam pertunjukan Jidor Sentulan. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Bongkot, Kecamatan Peterongan, Kabupaten Jombang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah pertunjukan dan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesenian ini muncul pada kisaran 1830-1840 di bawa oleh seorang prajurit Pangeran Diponegoro. Pertunjukan ini berbentuk drama yang mementaskan sebuah lakon dalam pertunjukannya. Cerita yang dipentaskan dalam pertunjukan memiliki nilai budaya, yaitu mengenai hakikat hidup manusia, hakikat karya manusia, dan hakikat hubungan antarmanusia.

Penelitian pengembangan media video pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada matakuliah metode penelitian teater menggunakan model R&D ini merupakan penelitian yang menghasilkan sebuah oroduk berupa video pembelajaran. Adapun sistematika pengembangan mengunkan metode penelitian pengembangan R&D. Abstract

Abstrak: Pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara menjadi dasar perumusan pada sistem pendidikan nasional hingga saat ini yang disemayamkan dalam jargon “Tut Wuri Handayani”. Namun sosok bapak pendidikan nasional kini telah dilupakan dan termarjinalkan karena insan pendidikan mulai berpaling dari konsep yang dibuat olehnya, yang lebih memilukan adalah sistem pendidikan nasional kini menggunakan pola pembelajaran berbasis sistem barat. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pokok masalah, yaitu konsep sandiwara Ki Hadjar Dewantara dan Implikasinya pada Pembelajaran Seni Teater. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan kontruksi pemikiran sandiwara Ki Hadjar Dewantara dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran teater. Hal ini merupakan langkah untuk melestarikan pemikiran teoretis sandiwara Ki Hadjar Dewantara sebagai upaya mengenalkan kembali pemikiran bapak pendidikan nasional untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran teater. Kesadaran atas konsep dan teori sandiwara untuk meminimalisir pergerakan teoretis teater yang selama ini memang timpang dan lebih banyak mengadaptasi istilah asing dalam segi teknis baik keaktoran maupun konsep pemanggungan. Pembelajaran teater sandiwara oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara yang akan dikembangkan di sini adalah konsep Nonton, Niteni, Nirokake dan ditambah konsep yakni Nemokake. Kata kunci: pendidikan kesenian, sandiwara, pembelajaran teater Abstract: Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts have become the basis for the formulation of the national education system to date which is embedded in the jargon "Tut Wuri Handayani". However, the figure of the father of national education has now been forgotten and marginalized because education people have started to turn away from the concepts created by him, what is even sadder is that the national education system is now using a western system-based learning pattern. This research departs from the main problem, namely the concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's play and its implications for learning theater arts. This study aims to explain the construction of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's theatrical thinking and its implications for theater learning. This is a step to preserve Ki Hadjar Dewantara's theatrical theoretical thinking as an effort to reintroduce the thoughts of the father of national education to be applied to theater learning. Awareness of theatrical concepts and theories to minimize theatrical theoretical movements which have been lame and have mostly adapted foreign terms in technical terms, both acting and staging concepts. The theatrical learning by Ki Hadjar Dewantara that will be developed here is the concept of Nonton, Niteni, Nirokake and added the concept of Nemokake. Keywords: art education, plays, theater learning

Abstract

Paper ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang Pengaruh Metode Resitasi Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode resitasi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantititatif jenis penelitian Pre Experimental Design, dengan bentuk one-grup pretest-postest Design. Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan desain factorial dengan taraf 1 x 1 dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variable, dengan rincian satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat data yang peroleh perhitungan uji normalitas dengan menggunakkan Kolmogrof-Smirnof dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata -rata berdistribusi normal karena memiliki signifikansi > 0,05, dari hasil belajar pada nilai pre-test memiliki sig sebesar 0,089 dan pada post-test memiliki sig sebesar 0,249. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakkan uji t dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari signifikansi 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka hipotesis H1 dalam penelitian ini diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam metode pembelajaran disekolah karena proses pembelajarannya yang mudah, dapat memberikan hasil belajar yang baik dan juga dapat memotivasi siswa sekolah dasar untuk bersaing mendapatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal.

Abstract

The Wiyu village's traditional arts have not developed or made much progress in the last two years since the outbreak began. As one of the reinforcements of the village, this traditional art must be revived so that the tourist village can be re-run with more varied programs. For instance, in the form of incentive tourism locations where the village potential is fully developed to support the success of the existing tourist destinations. One of the bantengan arts groups that requires special attention in order to compete is Turangga Jaya, which is located in Wiyu Village, Pacet Subdistrict, and Mojokerto Regency. In this case, researchers packaged the performances for welcoming and also created a Youtube channel as a means of promotion and documentation to increase marketing success. It is necessary to use promotional materials as part of a marketing strategy to connect with art enthusiasts so that the younger generation knows about it. This art will have viewers among the younger generation if it can use social media as a promotional tool. Thus, to assist the survival of the Turangga Jaya bantengan art, this community service strategy was implemented.

Abstract

This research focuses on the performance structure contained in the Jheren Kencak traditional art that developed in Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the structure of the traditional Jheren Kencak performing arts that developed in Probolinggo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation, and literature study. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the Jheren Kencak traditional art that developed in Probolinggo Regency has a performance structure consisting of the following elements: (1) giro ketipungan, (2) jheren kember, (3) jheren tonggel, (4) tapel-napel (5) lawakan, (6) rak-arakan, and (7) mang-temang
