Abstract

One of the financial successes can be achieved through family financial planning. The purpose of this study is to see how the views of the priyayi Muslim community groups on property. The results of the study show that the views of the household on the priyayi Muslim family in the city of Batu concerning the property are something that is entrusted by Allah SWT. The process of earning an income is that he will strive to make a halal income in terms of the essence, the way to obtain it, and the aspects of His utilization how to determine the priority scale of needs, which is based on the principle of demand and establish themselves from the concept of tabzir or spree on various kinds of needs that they need during their lives. The way to do financial planning is based on a budget management system that applies the concept of Falah in every financial allocation, which is not only focused on the world but also based on the hereafter as well

Abstract

SMEs hope that their relationship with banks will provide them with ease in accessing capital and financing accordingly, with reasonable costs and conditions, where they expect a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship in the future. The loyalty of SMEs in using banking services, the length of their relationship and reciprocal relationship shows that SMEs benefit from this relationship. One key element in their relationship is mutual trust. The results of the research show that trust affects effective commitment (affective commitment). Social bonding to affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive impact on behavioral intention. Attractive alternatives in their role of affective commitment and behavioral intention show that the variable attractive of alternative can strengthen the relationship of affective commitment and behavioral intention.

Abstract

The to'-oto’ a tradition is an event held by the community to return bhubuwan's money (money given at weddings). Each implemented certainly has different perceptions of to’-oto’ that have been entrenched. This is the main problem that researchers want to know. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenal research model to look deeper into the psychological meaning of an individual’s experience of the to’-oto’ tradition. The results showed that the tradition of to’-oto’ was perceived as a means of returning savings due to the necessities of life, a means of tightening the silaturrahim rope of both the head of the family in the village or outside the village, one form of “tasyakuran” (salvation) and as a form of tradition that the community runs.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i2.4149

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

Abstract

In making a decision to buy shares in the stock market, an investor must know the analytical methods involved in stock investing. One of the methods used is technical analysis. This study aims to determine the comparison of stock returns generated using the Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator indicators. This type of research is a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain 14 companies. The results show that the indicators of Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator can be used as guidelines in determining the buying and selling of stocks to get optimal returns.
