Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, Indonesia and Aceh Province has impacted various sectors. Not only the economic sector, the teaching and learning process is also disrupted. The teaching and learning process cannot be done face-to-face, to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Anticipating the transmission of the virus, the government has issued various policies, such as isolation, social and physical distancing to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The purpose of the study was to identify whether the influence of online and offline learning models on the psychological impact of STIKes Medika Nurul Islam students. The type of research used is quantitative with a one-sample quasi-experimental design. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 160 students with sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. In this study researchers assessed the psychological impact of students with 3 aspects, anxiety, stress and depression using a watershed questionnaire. The results of this study showed there was an influence of online and offline learning on the psychological impact of students with a value of < 0.05. student anxiety was obtained p value 0.010, student stress was obtained p value 0.023, and student depression was obtained p value 0.001. From the results of this study that there is an influence of online and offline learning methods on the psychological impact of students. Abstract

Post Operasi merupakan dimana setelah dilakukan pembedahan penanganan secara medis untuk mengobati penyakit yang mecederai jaringan atau organ di mulai saat pasien dipindahkan ke ruangan operasi dan berakhir ke ruangan pemulihan. Berdasarkan dari survey pasien memiliki perasaan cemas untuk bergerak dikarenakan Nyeri pada luka pembedahan yang mengakibatkan sulit beristiahat. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Nyeri dan kecemasan Terhadap Pola Istirahat Tidur pasien Post Operasi di Ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Tengku Chik Ditiro. Jenis penelitian bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional yang di laksanakan di Ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Tengku Chik Ditiro pada tanggal 28 Agustus s/d 07 September 2019 dengan tehnik porposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuisioner selanjutya dilakukan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian statistic menunjukan bahwa ada Hubungan Nyeri dan kecemasan dengan P value 0,002, Hubungan kecemasan dan pola istirahat post operasi dengan P value 0,005 di Ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Tgk Chik Ditiro tahun 2019. Kesimpulan menunjukan Hubungan Nyeri dan kecemasan Terhadap Pola Istirahat Tidur pasien Post Operasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan di Ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Tengku Chik Ditiro. Kata Kunci: Nyeri dan kecemasan, Pola istirahatABSTRACTPostoperative where the surgical treatment is performed medically to treat diseases that can injure the patient's tissue or organs after being transferred to the recovery room. Based on the survey, the patient has an anxious feeling to move due to pain in the surgical wound which results in difficulty resting. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of the night – time, pain, anxiety, and sleep for the postoperative patients at the surgery department in Tengku Chik Ditiro hospital 2019. This research is analytical through cross-sectional. The purposive sampling technique was used to conduct this research. There were 60 respondents. The data collection was got by distributing questionnaires. The result showed that there is a relationship between pain and anxiety. P-value 0.005 at the surgery department in Tengku Chik Ditiro 2019. The conclusion, there is a significant relationship between pain, and anxiety for postoperative patients. Abstract

Background: The speed and accuracy of a nurse's initial assessment can determine the success of care in emergency patients. Patient emergencies can occur not only outside the Hospital, but also during the patient's hospitalization Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between policy and supervision with nurses' compliance with the implementation of the Early Warning Score (EWS) in inpatient patients Method: The design of this study  uses a colleration analytical design with a crossecsional approach, the population in this study is all nurses in the room  The inpatient rawap at RSUD Tgk Abdullah Syafi'I totaled 254 nurses. The sampling technique in this study used a simple technique Random Side of 110 nurses. Result and Discussion: the results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between policy and nurses' compliance with the application of early warning score (EWS) with a p-value of 0.020<0.05. There is a significant relationship between supervision and nurse compliance with the application of the Early Warning Score (EWS) with a p-value of 0.013<0.05. Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between policy and supervision and nurses' adherence to the application of early warning score (EWS) in inpatients

Abstract

Background: Patient safety standards are a global issue and a top priority for hospital health services. Every health service needs to strive for patient safety Various previous studies on the application of patient safety standards have been carried out only explaining external factors such as education, training, infrastructure and leadership with apassion for compliance behavior in the application of patient safety standards, while internal factor sare still very few, in this study what will be studied is internal factors in nurses, one of the internal factors that cannot be explained is the perception factor. Objective: The purpose of this study is to Analysis of Nurse Perception Factors on Compliance Implementing Patient Safety Standards in Emergency Installations and Intensive Care Units Tgk Abdullah Syafi' Hospital. Method: The type of research used is quantitative correlative with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at Tgk Abdullah Syafi'i Hospital. The subjects in this study were all nurses working in the emergency room (ER) and the intensive care unit (ICU) as many as 63 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of independent variables and a dependent variable questionnaire. Result and Discussion: The most dominant factor influencing the application of patient application standards is the action cue with an OR value of 4,702. this means that the higher the actioncue, the better the implementation of patient safety standards by 4,702 times compared to the action cues that low. Value B = natural logarithm of 4.702 = 1.584 because the value of B is positive, the action cue has a positive relationship with the application of patient safety standards. Conclusions: There is an influence between perceptions of benefits, perceptions of obstacles and cues for action on the application of patient safety standards

Abstract

Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi murottal Al-Qur’an salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dan respirasi pada pasien pre operasi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra eksperimen dengan desain pre-test and post-test with control group desain, metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik penetapan sampel dengan cara memilih sampel diantara populasi sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki peneliti dengan mendapatkan responden sebanyak 60 pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tekanan darah dan respirasi berdasarkan analisis Wilcoxon test pada kelompok intervensi rata-rata terjadi pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dengan nilai p value sistol 0,000, diastol 0,033 dan respirasi 0,000 artinya data tersebut signifikan p value 0,05. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol nilai p value untuk sistol 0,139, diastol 0,065 dan respirasi 0,893 data pada kelompok kontrol menunjukkan p value 0,05 artinya tidak terjadi pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah penelitian. Kesimpulan Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi murottal Al-Qur’an ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tekanan darah dan respirasi pada pasien pre operasi.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder in which a person loses his mind and is unable to interact with other people. Therefore, family support is very important in the healing process of schizophrenic patients. Family support is an important factor in medication adherence in schizophrenic patients and therefore can have a positive impact on mental health. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between family support and factors that influence the recurrence of schizophrenic patients. The type of research method used is correlational using a cross sectional design. sampling using the Incidental Sampling technique, namely as many as 90 respondents. The results of the study showed that the majority of schizophrenia patients relapsed frequently, namely 50 respondents (55.5%), family support based on low majority ratings, namely 46 respondents (52.3%), family support based on informational majority, low, namely 60 respondents (66.7%), family support based on emotional majority is high, namely 52 respondents (57.8%), family support based on instrumental is high, namely 51 respondents (56.7%), the results of cross-tabulation between family support and the incidence of relapse in schizophrenia patients, the results obtained are p -value of 0.001 with a significant level of p <0.05, the family support variable that influences relapse in schizophrenia patients is the category of emotional support with the highest Old Ratio (OR) value of 1.734.
