Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kerjasama tim, kemampuan kerja dan disiplin kerja bagi karyawan dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerjanya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada perusahaan PT. CIMB Niaga Finance di Cabang Renon Denpasar dengan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap seluruh karyawannya dengan menggunakan skala Likert (1-5) yang kemudian diuji menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kerjasama tim terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 0,454 dengan nilai sig. 0,004 < 0,05 (taraf signifikan), (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 0,653 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (taraf signifikan), (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 0,503 dengan nilai sig.0,001< 0,05 (taraf signifikan), (4) ada pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kerjasama tim, kemampuan kerja dan disiplin kerja “berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan” terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, nilai Fhitung sebesar 56.671 > Ftabel 2.87, dengan nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Dimana, variabel kemampuan kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prestasi kerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kerjasama tim, kemampuan kerja dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of social media marketing, tourist facilities and destination image on tourist interest in visiting Bali Zoo. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire to tourists who had visited Bali Zoo at least once, with a sample size of 120 respondents. The data collected was then tested for validity, reliability, and analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the better the implementation of social media marketing, the higher the interest in visiting Bali Zoo. Likewise, the facilities provided and the image of the tourist destination, both of which have a positive influence on interest in visiting. Overall, social media marketing, tourist facilities, and tourist destination image simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in visiting Bali Zoo. This research provides better understanding of the factors that influence tourist interest in visiting, as well as the importance of effective management and promotion in increasing the attractiveness of tourist attractions such as the Bali Zoo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Bali. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner yang disebar kepada 57 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (t = 5,943, p = 0,000) terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara iklim organisasi, meskipun berkaitan positif, tidak menunjukkan signifikansi individual (t = 1,200, p = 0,235). Secara simultan, kedua variabel secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai (F = 20,183, p = 0,000). Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, serta memberikan wawasan bagi praktik manajemen kepemimpinan dan organisasi.   This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the Bali Province Education Quality Assurance Institute. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaire surveys distributed to 57 respondents, and analyzed using SPSS. The results reveal a significant positive impact of transformational leadership style (t = 5.943, p = 0.000) on employee performance, while organizational climate, though positively related, does not exhibit individual significance (t = 1.200, p = 0.235). Simultaneously, both variables significantly contribute to employee performance (F = 20.183, p = 0.000). This study sheds light on the importance of transformational leadership and organizational climate in enhancing employee performance, offering insights for leadership and organizational management practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami hubungan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di LPD Desa Adat Iseh Karangasem. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data dari 20 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif, terutama dalam memotivasi karyawan, memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu pula dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi, yang juga berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis regresi menegaskan hubungan positif antara kedua variabel tersebut dan kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 32,3% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, yang dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik mereka.   This study aims to explore the relationship between leadership, work motivation, and employee performance at the LPD Desa Adat Iseh Karangasem. A quantitative method was employed, collecting data from 20 respondents using questionnaires. The results indicate that effective leadership, particularly in motivating employees, has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Similarly, high work motivation also contributes positively to employee performance. Regression analysis confirms the positive relationship between these variables and employee performance, with the coefficient of determination indicating that approximately 32.3% of the variance in employee performance can be explained by leadership and work motivation. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of a leader's role in creating a supportive work environment that motivates employees to achieve their best performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the role of Balinese culture, strategy and impact on improving human resources for craftsmen in Tenganan Pegringsingan Village. The data analysis technique used is a non-statistical analysis technique because the data in this research is qualitative data which prioritizes descriptions and arguments from researchers and sources. The results of the research state that Balinese culture, especially gringsing woven cloth, has an important role for the world, namely being a cultural asset and can be used as a means of improving the regional economy. Balinese culture, especially gringsing woven cloth, has a big impact on improving human resources for gringsing woven cloth craftsmen. Based on this research, it is necessary to preserve culture, increase human resources and utilize large events such as the G20 Presidency. In order to be able to provide reference contributions in the field of management economics and be able to provide suggestions and criticism to Gringsing woven fabric entrepreneurs to always maintain and improve product quality.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the credit restructuring program and the implementation of credit restructuring for MSMEs affected by Covid-19. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, with data sources obtained from observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that demand for banking credit during the COVID-19 pandemic at LPD Sibetan has decreased. This study also explains the results of implementing government policies to combat the impact of Covid-19 with the MSME Debtor Restructuring Program at the Sibetan Village Credit Institution (LPD), Uangdem District, Karangasem Regency. Implementation of credit restructuring at LPD Sibetan, Burdendem District, Karangasem Regency, namely: reducing interest rates, extending the term, reducing principal, reducing debt interest, adding capital/credit facilities and converting credit/funding into temporary capital participation. As a result of the implementation of the restructuring plan, the LPD debtor of Sibetan Village issued a restructuring policy or relief given based on data which researchers describe as a 12 month extension which is expected to end in 2026 to 2027 as a countercyclical policy to the impact of the spread of the 2019 corona virus disease.
