Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of forming the 1945 NRI Constitution from several perspectives, including the political, economic and social historical background, the role of figures in the process, as well as the process of drafting and ratifying the 1945 NRI Constitution. At that time, before the proclamation of independence in 17 August 1945, Indonesia experienced political resistance from figures such as Sukarno and Mohammad Hatta, as well as social and economic dissatisfaction from the Dutch colonial system. In the 1945 Draft Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD NRI), nationalists played an important role in formulating the vision of the country through the Research Institute for Preparatory Efforts for Indonesian Independence (BPUPKI) and the Preparatory Committee for Indonesian Independence (PPKI). The BPUPKI and PPKI conferences became the main forum for the ratification and promulgation of the 1945 Constitution on 18 August 1945 and became the starting point for the newly independent country. This research method uses a historical approach which involves analysis of various relevant primary and secondary sources. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how the process of forming the 1945 NRI Constitution took place, which focuses on the background to its formation, the roles of the figures involved in its formulation, as well as the drafting process until the 1945 NRI Constitution was ratified. In addition to understanding the process the formation of the 1945 NRI Constitution. This research also looks at the contribution of figures to the development of the political and legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the strengthening of tolerance values through peace camp activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature study and interviews with participants of the peace camp held in Salatiga city in March 2024. This study found that there are five values of religious tolerance contained in this activity, including respect for differences, the existence of open interfaith dialog, the emergence of cooperation in diversity, the existence of empathy and concern between religious communities, and peace education. These values can create an inclusive environment where religious people can practice their beliefs freely, but social harmony is maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pemahaman peran Whatsapp sebagai Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang menjadi sarana komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik selama pengajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur review, Sebanyak 25 artikel dipilih sebagai referensi, berdasarkan tahun publikasi dari 2020 hingga 2023, yang terdaftar dalam basis data nasional dan internasional. Dari perspektif jurnal nasional, artikel yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga jurnal yang terdaftar di Indeks Sinta peringkat 2 (S2), dua jurnal di Indeks S3, delapan jurnal di Indeks S4, lima jurnal di Indeks S5, dan satu jurnal di indeks S6. Sementara itu, enam jurnal internasional juga diikutsertakan dalam analisis. Studi ini mengeksplorasi peran Whatsapp dalam meningkatkan komunikasi antara kedua pihak dan model penggunaan TIK untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar artikel menyatakan manfaat positif dalam pemanfaatan WhatsApp sebagai alat komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Antara lain, penggunaan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, memotivasi mereka, menciptakan hubungan yang baik antara pendidik dan peserta didik, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari Studi Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam konteks pendidikan saat ini, menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran saat dikelas harus diimbangi dengan penggunaan alat yang sesuai dan nyaman bagi semua pihak tanpa mengorbankan kualitas pengajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and depict the perspectives of students from the Islamic Education Program (PAI) Class of 2022 regarding the utilization of Canva as a multimedia presentation-based learning tool. In this study, a narrative inquiry method is employed as a qualitative approach to delve into the stories and experiences of students using Canva. The data collection process involves discussions and interviews, which are then analyzed through a narrative analysis approach. The research findings provide significant insights into how students perceive Canva as a multimedia presentation learning tool and to what extent this can enhance the quality of learning in the PAI environment. The implications of the findings support the use of Canva as a potential tool to improve the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. It is expected that this research will make a positive contribution to the development of innovative and engaging learning strategies for students in the PAI Class of 2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran keadaban pengguna internet di dunia maya dengan menggunakan teori tindak tutur Searle. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai jenis tindak tutur seperti vokalisasi, ujaran, dan implikasinya terhadap tindak tutur dalam interaksi sosial. Searle menekankan pentingnya memahami tujuan komunikatif individu ketika berbicara, termasuk mengekspresikan sikap psikologis melalui tuturan ekspresif. Fenomena ini juga dieksplorasi dalam konteks media sosial, dimana tindak tutur ekspresif sering digunakan untuk menyatakan dukungan atau kecaman terhadap suatu isu atau individu. Namun penggunaan bahasa yang tidak sopan dan kasar juga menjadi masalah serius, terutama di Indonesia, negara yang terkenal dengan tingkat kesopanan online yang rendah. Pendekatan meliputi integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam kurikulum pendidikan, pelatihan keterampilan berpartisipasi aktif di ruang digital, serta penguatan peran keluarga dan sekolah dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang baik. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini menguraikan upaya untuk memperbaiki perilaku online dan membangun integrasi nasional melalui keadaban dalam komunikasi dunia maya.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Explain about how the transformation of PAI learning in the digital era, 2) Describe the modalities of PAI learning in the development of digital technology and 3) Explain various problems of PAI learning in the digital era. The qualitative method of literature study was used in this research. Books, articles, journals, and others, which are relevant to the topic of the study, were used as references in data collection. This study shows the importance of changing learning models that follow technological advances to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education, applying the three learning modalities of visual, audio, and kinesthetic with PAI learning in technological developments, and the challenges of PAI learning in the digital era in the form of poor education and resulting poor human resources.  This study can be used as a reference in developing insights about PAI learning. Readers are expected to know the transformation of Islamic Religious Education learning in the digital era along with the challenges faced.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of E-Learning in general as a learning medium in the digital era which includes: 1) definition; 2) characteristics and benefits; 3) advantages, disadvantages, constraints and effectiveness of application; 4) analysis and development design; 5) the function of the e-learning system; 6) development of "Search Engines"; and 7) learning sites or e-learning websites. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method through a literature study approach. Data is collected through various relevant literacy sources such as books, articles, journals, and others. This study shows the importance of appropriate learning media to help achieve learning objectives. This study is expected to add insight for readers related to one of the learning media innovations in the digital era, namely e-learning. This study has implications in the field of education, especially in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Through e-learning one can access a wider range of knowledge that can help in the learning process.

Abstract

Times are getting more advanced as well as more and more social media available as information and communication services. The social media application TikTok is in great demand by all groups, especially teenagers or students. The social media application TikTok can be used in various fields. In the TikTok application, everything has been presented in audio-visual form. With TikTok, students can carry out learning. Not only for learning, but TikTok is a tool or means of self-actualization where students can express and develop their potential in cyberspace to achieve their desires. The purpose of this writing is to find out how students use and utilize social media TikTok as a means of self-actualization. The method used in this research is a case study. Where data collection is carried out by observing an account on the TikTok application. Namely the tiktok account from @Zulkar_na which has 168.7 thousand followers, and 8.5 million likes, and the video with the most viewers, namely 17.6 million viewers. From the results of this study, it can be obtained that students use TikTok social media to express themselves in cyberspace as well as to obtain and share various information because TikTok social media is a comfort zone for all people to make it easier to get everything they want.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions around the world to switch to online learning as an alternative to learning. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has ended, it is possible for some institutions to take advantage of online learning as an alternative to learning. This article uses a qualitative approach with a library study method to dig deeper into the challenges and opportunities of Online Learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. The main challenges of online learning after the Covid-19 pandemic are the limitations of adequate internet and device access, as well as the difficulties of schools and universities in preparing the necessary infrastructure to support effective online learning. There are also several challenges from the psychological aspect. Such as a lack of social and emotional support and an increased risk of social media addiction. However, online learning also opens up great opportunities for more effective and efficient learning development in the future. Technology can be utilized to improve learning quality and provide a more interactive and interesting learning experience.

Abstract

Technology is evidence of the times. Technology is a tool to facilitate all access to human life, one of which is in the field of education. With the development of technology, E-learning emerged as one of the innovations of technology products. E-learning is a learning media that utilizes information and communication technology that we can access anywhere and anytime by students. E-learning is also one of the learning media for compulsory civic education courses at the university level. This study aims to find out how the use of e-learning Walisongo in civic education courses, especially at UIN Walisongo Semarang. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are obtained from two sources, namely primary data in the form of interviews and documentation and secondary data taken from various sources as supporting data from the interview results. The result of this research is that the use of E-learning Waliaongo in civic education courses has gone quite well and is able to have a positive effect on learning even though there are still several obstacles faced by students as seen from the results of interviews and documentation of students of the class of 2021. The advice given by students for E-learning Walisongo is a reinforcement in the process of developing more quality E-learning.
