Abstract

Teknologi komunikasi dan informasi merupakan aplikasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang digunakan dalam memberikan akses informasi dan perpesanan dengan tujuan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan manusia agar tercapai tujuan komunikasi. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, ujaran kebencian melalui berita palsu (hoax) semakin meningkat intensitasnya. Kasus yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari menyebarnya hoax dan ujaran kebencian seharusnya dapat menjadi pelajaran berharga oleh pemerintah dalam menentukan regulasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Aktivitas Gunung Agung menyebabkan penurunan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang datang ke Pulau Bali. Dampak yang ditimbulkan berupa penurunan wisatawan mancanegara yang masuk melalui Bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai pada periode Agustus 2018 sebanyak 5,02% dibandingkan jumlah wisatawan pada Agustus Tahun 2017. Pada tahun 2017, jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang masuk ke Pulau Bali mencapai 601.553 wisatawan, namun pasca erupsi Gunung Agung jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Bali menurun menjadi 571.379 wisatawan. Pemerintah Indonesia mencoba mengubah kondisi ini, terutama menjelang Tahun Baru 2018, dimana pemerintah membuat beberapa kampanye untuk menyatakan Bali aman.

Abstract

This article discusses one of the government's efforts in handling the Papuan separatist movement. The Separatism Movement is a movement to gain sovereignty and separate from a territory or group of people from each other (or another country). In Papua, there is a group of people who want to be sovereign and break away from the Republic of Indonesia. A group of people called themselves Free Papua Organization (OPM). Papua de facto and de jure is one of the regions of Indonesia, so the Indonesian government prohibits anyone or any group that seeks to secede from the Republic of Indonesia (The Unitary State of The Republic of Indonesia). In Papua until now, there are still frequent conflicts related to political, economic, or socio-cultural issues. This research aims to find out how the government overcomes the separatist movement so that a group of people who call the OPM movement (Free Papua Organization) aware and return to the lap of the NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia)

Abstract

This study is aimed to identified of important managerial competencies of middle managers as chairperson of the policy drafter through integrity, cooperation, communication, and goal orientation. This research was conducted qualitatively using the phenomenology method approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interviews from selected respondents. The result shows a level of mastery, and most respondents agreed upon integrity (50%), cooperation (45%), communication (50%), and goal orientation (50%) are important managerial competencies as chairperson. The result of this study is useful for public service middle managers

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly tight. This is also felt by businessman in the banking sector who are required to have a better quality of service so as to satisfy customers satisfaction. Bank XYZ is a private bank with branch offices in Tajurhalang Cianjur, West Java. This research aims to analyze Service Quality Bank XYZ Branch of Tajurhalang Cianjur, West Java, with Service Quality dimension, Tangible, Emphaty, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Layout using the Fishbone Diagram method. Abstract

Radicalism and terrorism have become a world problem including in Indonesia and become a serious threat to the country's defense system, there are need are global cooperation in the handling of radicalism and terrorism. Indonesia based on Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 37 paragraphs (1) and (2) on the National Education System mentions that Citizenship Education must be contained in the basic education curriculum, secondary education, and higher education. This research aims to find out, how is the prevention and handling of radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia and how is the management strategy of Pancasila, and Citizenship Education in the prevention and handling  radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia.  This study uses a combination research method, of digging data with questionnaires distributed through a google form, and links shared through email messaging facilities and WhatsApp in a chain. The survey was conducted to see how Pancasila and Citizenship Education play on radicalism and terrorism and to explore data from various sources, documents, and journals related to the research focus. The results of the study showed that Pancasila and Citizenship Education played a significant role in the prevention and countermeasures of radicalism, terrorism reached 99%.   The results of this study are expected to be one of the input materials for the relevant parties in taking policies on strategies to prevent and deal with radicalism and terrorism. It also encourages the involvement of the world of education and society towards Pancasila and Citizenship education and implements it in the life of the nation and state.
