Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of third-party funds and inflation on the profitability of Commercial Bank Sharia. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are the financial statements of Commercial Bank Sharia. Based on the analysis that inflation and Third Party Fund showed a significant effect on profitability.Limitations of this study are only discussing how much influence Third parties funds and inflation on the profitability of Commercial Bank Shariah, as well as the number of samples and the population studied only Commercial Bank Shariah thus opening opportunities for new researchers with the same theme. The implications of this study are expected to be able to add to their repertoire of knowledge relating to the influence Third parties funds and inflation on the profitability of Commercial Bank Sharia.

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is how to implement the Iqro’ Method carried out at Junior High School TMI Al-Amien Prenduan improving the ability to read the holy qur’an in an effort to overcome female students who are not fluent in reading the Al-Qur’an according to the correct rules. Which is described in two focuses,namely : 1. How to implement the iqro’ method in improving the holy qur’an reading skills of tmi Al-Amien Prenduan in 2022-2023.2. How does implemening the iqro’ method contribute to improving the holy qur’an reading ability of Al-Amien Prenduan students in 2022-2023.

Abstract

In the era of digital marketing that continues to grow, the role of social media as an effective marketing platform is increasingly important, especially for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. To achieve success in doing business on social media, the development of human resources (HR) in accordance with the needs of the digital era is crucial. This research reviews the importance of human resource development in the context of digital marketing, especially in advancing the MSME sector on social media. The focus of this research is to consider the knowledge and skills needed by MSME employees in utilizing social media as an effective marketing tool. By implementing the right HR development strategy, MSMEs can get significant benefits, such as increased creativity, adaptation to changing trends, and the ability to compete in the digital marketing era . In the context of human resource development in the era of digital marketing to advance the MSME sector, special training , and access to the latest information and resources are important strategies that need to be implemented
