Abstract

This research was conducted on 17-25 April 2016 in KM. INKAMINA. The purpose of this study to collate the information of pukat teri construction. The method used was a survey method. Results from this research showed that the pukat teri construction has 355m length and 40m depth. The net using materials PA (Polyamide) multifilament. Buoy, ris, sinker and wrinkles rope using the same materials was PE (polyethylene). 1350 floats materials styrofoam, 1550 sinker materials lead, 173 rings materials iron. In terms of construction, pukat teri gear same with purse seine, reinforced by a wrinkles and rings rope in to The characteristics of the purse seine.Keywords :Pukat teri, construction, Tanjung Tiram

Abstract

This study was conducted in April 2015 in the material and fishing laboratory, Depatmane of agulatic resources wtilizatian. The aim fo the research is to giwe information abrut the lest composition of sugar cane dregs as a canpenal wite polyuretahane for buoy. The methad used is experimental suger cane dregt mixedinte polyurethane and descriptkehy analyzed. The results chaws that compointoin of compaud will raedi the bertresult if the ratius of polyurethane and suger cane dregt 3 : 1 (75 : 25 gr). Reaveage theyang is 151 gr at 100 %, meauwlile accordy to calculati pe bouyaucy 198373 m2.kgf, density 0,71 gr/m3, its volume 203,38 cm3 and Density value based reduction for 24 hours 923.25 kg/m3.Keywords: Cane Dregs (Saccharum officinarum). Abstract

This study was conducted on 09-23 May 2016 is located in Sibolga Fishing Port. The purpose of this study to know on type and purse seine construction for sized vessels 30 GT. The method used was survey and observation. Observed object is purse seine used on vessels 30 GT. Data collection was performed by means of measurements on sample. It known that purse seine for sized vessels 30 GT in Sibolga Fishing Port include into purse seine American type, it known from the construction that shaped four rectangular. Abstract

This study was conducted on 09-23 May 2016 is located in Sibolga Fishing Port. The purpose of this study to collect information on the construction of boat lift net. The method used was survey and observation. Observed object is boat lift net used on vessels 30 GT. Data collection was performed by means of measurements on sample.The results of the research indicated that the construction of boat lift net used in PPN Sibolga consists of importants components of boat, frame lift net, house boat lift net, pole line, wire, webbing, rope, lamp and instrumentation. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted on 15 September to 20 October 2014 Capture Device Materials Laboratoryof Water Resource Utilization Department of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Scieces, University of Riau. The method used in this research is the method ofobservation and experimental methods. This study aims to assess the utilization of water hyacinth as a basic ingredient of fishing gear through histological studies, testing water absorption, breaking strength and elongation of the fiber.Based on theresearch of water hyacinth (E. crassipes) with a length of 25 cm, the average value obtained rupture strength was 14.6 kgf, elongation value is equal to 37.4 mm and the average value of water absorption of the sample hyacinth is 2.05103 grams or by 61.923%.Keywords:Naturalfibers, Breakingstrength, Elongation, Water absorption

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on September-October 2014 at the waters of the Rupat Utara Bengkalis district Riau Province, using survey method. Data taken consisted of waters environment parameters area of the physical and chemical include the water temperature, salinity, current speed, brightness, depth, and the degree of acidity (PH). Measurements were performed for ten days along with decision gill net. During the 10 days of observation obtained catches up to 94.5 kg, catches the highest number of 16 kg and the lowest catch is 7 kg, with the physical and chemical conditions. 270-300 C temperature, salinity 25-29 ‰, current speed from 0.10 to 0.33 m / sec, the brightness of 0.57 m - 1.22 m, depth of 18-30 m, and the degree of acidity (pH) 6- 8. Multiple linear regression analysis showed a very strong correlation between the catch with the environmental parameters with regression coefficient 0.948 and turns physical and chemical parameters waters have contributed to the variation 89.9% on the results of fishing.Keywords: waters Rupat Utara, gill net, environment parameters, multiple linear regression

Abstract

ABSTRACTvuji.pujiono@yahoo.comThis research was conducted on Agustus 2014, which is held in the Laboratory Fishing Gear Materials, The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of stow nets fishing gear in the water, therefore it can infer the ideal flow velocity for this fishing gear. This study used an experimental method to determine the performance of stow nets fishing gear which is tested in the flume tank by using an impeller rotation speed was 5-50 Hz and the flow velocity was 2.7-246.1 cm/sec. The results were obtained that flow velocity made the effect on the position, the movement and the shift of stow nets fishing gear too. The ideal flow velocity for stow nets fishing gear was 44.3 cm /sec, while the flow velocity was 2.7 cm /sec it made the mouth of filter nets fishing gear started to open in the flume tank on the right time.Keyword : Flow velocity, performance, stow nets, flume tank.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHusband of research has been done in December 2014 gear Materials Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau Pekanbaru. Early studies aimed to determine the effect of guava leaf extract preservatives, papaya leaf, betel leaf and Against Speed sink (sink rate) Yarn PE. Initial studies using experimental methods with object using research is preserved Threads tested in the laboratory. Value Speed sink Yarn PE can be seen on Speed drowned in the sea Yarn berisih air tube. Speed maximum sink is necessary to look at the things that affect Extracts Against Speed heart sank sautu Yarn Material Test time is usually determined by the liver seconds. Abstract

For purpose to collect information  on construction of the fishing gear which was operated  by fishermen at Pasar Lama Village, Labuhanhaji district, South Aceh regency, Aceh province. A series survey activity was conducted for observation of fishing gear characteristic data. The data was compared by literature study. The result show that the fishermen was operated four types of fishing gear such as, gillnet, purse seine, hand line and lift net. They have small and large types, according to the main target species. The small type gillnet is called as” salam” and large type is called “tanjap”. The both of gill net have different mesh  size and mesh knot, namely single and double English knot. The construction of purse seine consists of webbing, upper line, buoy line, sell ledge, lower line, sinker line, purse line, buoy, sinker, and ring. The construction of lift net consists of fishing, webbing, frame, upper line, towing rope nets and sinker line. The construction of hand line consists of roller, main line, branch line, bait, sinker and hook. Key words :  Fishing gear, gillnet, hand line, lift net, purse seine

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the position of fishing gear ambai good. If the goal is reached, this research study is expected to provide benefits for fishermen in the field of the arrest. To determine the shifting and movement ambai good fishing gear, miniature fishing gear ambai in 1:50 scale test into the flume tank with current unit cm / sec. At the current speed of 44.3 cm / sec ambai stable fishing gear, if the current speed exceeds 246.1 cm / sec, ambai fishing gear could be damaged.Keywords: Ambai, current, flum tank
