Abstract

Indigenous microorganisms effectively accelerate the decomposition of agricultural waste and agricultural waste that has been decomposed properly can be an organic fertilizer containing macro and microelements. The aim of the study was to determine the potential of indigenous cellulolytic fungi in the palm oil stems after replanting. The research was conducted at the Cikabayan Experimental Field Bogor Agricultural University, Dramaga, West Java. The experiment was conducted in October 2018 until January 2019, using a randomized complete block design consisting of four decomposition methods treatment: control, added with decomposer, chopping, and chopping+decomposer. The results showed that four isolates and isolate A were chosen to calculate the number of fungi at a dilution rate of 10-6 because they had the largest diameter. The identification results of isolate A were Trichoderma harzianum fungi and it was concluded that Trichoderma sp. in the palm oil stem after replanting, it has the potential as an indigenous cellulolytic fungus of oil palm trunks. The chopping+decomposer treatment can accelerate the weathering of the oil palm stem with a significant influence between the treatments that have met the requirements of compost maturity as specified in SNI 19-7030-2004 with ratio C/N 16.11 at 3 months after treatment. Abstract

Utilization of yards is one way to support the food security program launched by the Ministry of Agriculture. The Ministry of Agriculture developed the concept of intensive use of yards with the term "Sustainable Food Home Areas (KRPL)". The development of horticultural commodity types of vegetables is considered important both in terms of nutrition and economic value, especially in Selaparang Village, Suela District, East Lombok Regency. Selaparang Village is one of the villages whose livelihoods are mostly from the agricultural sector. This village is known for its commodities such as rice, tobacco, and secondary crops. This socialization activity is designed to provide information and education to the community to utilize the yard of the house as a supply area for commodities outside of the main commodities of Selaparang village such as vegetable plants to meet nutritional needs on a household scale. The people of Selaparang Village were given knowledge about how to plant plants in their yards and what plants can be planted. This socialization was held on January 5, 2023, held in the Selaparang Village Office Hall. The socialization method used was an interactive discussion with resource persons from the UPT Agriculture, Suela District. This socialization can optimize residents' knowledge about the use of yards as a land for planting Horticultural crops of vegetable types, so that they can be used as household scale food security.

Abstract

Kompresor mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting di atas kapal dalam menunjang pengoperasian kapal. Dalam pengoperasiannya kompresor sering mengalami gangguan yang menyebabkan menurunnya produksi udara pada kompresor udara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di atas kapal SPOB. Cintiana Pratama Milik perusahaan PT. Cindara Pratama Lines selama satu tahun sumber data diperoleh langsung dengan metode observasi, kepustakaan dan dokumen yang berkaitan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kerusakan pada ring piston akibat adanya partikel lain yang terhisap bersama udara sehingga terbentuk kerak pada katup tekanan rendah dan tekanan tinggi dan terjadinya kebocoran pada sistim perpipaan akibat kurangnya pemeliharaan yang Menyebabkan Menurunnya produksi udara bertekanan pada kompresor.
