Abstract

Land problems can give rise to a legal dispute which originated from a complaint something parties (persons/entities) contain objections or demands for land rights, be it the status of land or rights of ownership with the hope of obtaining administrative resolution in accordance with the applicable provisions. The case or the conflict over land occurring almost throughout Indonesia. The observations indicate that there is a land dispute shows almost the same pattern, different cases of land disputes concerning the fate of the people was almost entirely takes a fairly long and long process complete.The methods used in this study i.e., qualitative descriptive. Methods of qualitative research procedures that produce as data in the form of descriptive words written or spoken of people and behavior that can be observed.The problem of land disputes in the village of Tatapaan Sub-district of Sulu became protracted because of the inability of the Government to resolve problems due to lack of mastery of the Government and community leaders on the issue of the right of land ownership According to the custom of the land changed hands frequently and by way of the purchases under the hands, not the full data of the soil that is on the register of the land Office at book village of Sulu Tatapaan Sub Regency of Minahasa in the South. Keywords: land disputes, settlement, Government

Abstract

Tourism development is one of the alternatives to addressing the local economy as well as efforts in supporting government policies. From social angles, tourism activities will expand the opportunity of labor both from the development activities of facilities and infrastructure and from various business sectors that are directly or indirectly related to tourism. Tourism activities in economic life can have a positive impact on creating jobs (business opportunities) that are wide enough.Batu Pinagut Beach is more visitors because of the growing tourism activities in the area of Batu Pinagut Beach tourism object that can provide good and broad activities or influences both positive impact and negative impact on Environmental conditions, economic, social and cultural conditions for the surrounding communities in the tourist areas, particularly North Boroko residents. Regardless of the form of tourism developments please keep in mind that the surrounding community is not for tourism, but instead must be on the foundation of the principle of "tourism for the community" principle of this kind of precedence the public interest than on Community needs.With the development of the Community tourism feeling the increase and income that began to change, among them the home form that was once made of wooden planks, now began to form permanently with wall walls, and home facilities More complete. Abstract

Creates an environment comfortable, orderly, clean and also in accordance with rules and regulation in the community needs to be an awareness and care any member of the peoples of the situation and the condition the environment around them because of the landscape is a man to run various activity and the interaction with another.One of phenomenon interesting that the care and public awareness Tuabatu of environment cleanliness is weak. Even though the government had worked counselor, coaching and briefing about awareness and concern for the environment around them.Clean environment is imaging all of, but is not easy to create environments our look clean and tidy so that would be comfortable seen. Often because bustle and various another reason, so that we less aware of cleanliness of the environment in around us.Tuabatu village there were a habit people who throw garbage in public places this is very relating to the level of public awareness. The habit is very difficult to overcome that it deals with a tradition. Abstract

Organization or Forum as container where people get together, work together in a rational and systematic, in utilizing the resources of the Organization efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives that have been determined. Cooperation was generally done by following the pattern of interactions between any individual or group to interact within and outside the organization. Interaction patterns are aligned with different rules, norms, beliefs, certain values as set forth the Organization's interaction patterns within a specified time will form a habit or form joint cultural organization always control the members of the organization. Student Forum of Tidore Islands City (FOMAKATI) is also a social organization of the region is the city of Manado. This organization is students of Tidore Islands City origin study in Manado City founded an organization of associations. This Forum was created to be shared between interaction containers among the students of Tidore Islands City during a study in Manado. FOMAKATI is an organization that consists of various individuals who have diverse backgrounds. This then makes the contradiction or conflict fought fellow members. The conflicts that occur in the FOMAKATI seen in the miscommunication and the separation of certain positions based on the difference in views and interests when the process of deliberation the turn of Chairman. The separation of the strongholds as mentioned by stewards and members due to ego-ego Group organization incorporated in Cipayung returning compete to snatch an important position in FOMAKATI. Abstract

The characteristics of Indonesia as an agrarian country that mostly earn a living in agriculture. The majority of the population lives in rural areas and depends on the primary sector, especially agriculture. Agriculture is one source of income and economy for humans, by having fertile soil and plants can make a person meet their daily needs. Therefore, the results issued from the agricultural land are required to have a certain amount of assets, namely the amount of agricultural assets.In Maliku Satu village, it is seen from the potential of natural resources that are still abundant so that this village is also a mainstay of productivity in agriculture, by relying on commodity crops, horticulture and annual crops such as copra and rice. At first glance, if you see some of the results of these commodities will actually promise the future for the farming community in the village of Maliku Satu. However, when seen from the improvement of the lives of the Coconut Farmers in Maliku Satu Village, they have not yet fully enjoyed the potential reliable results. Abstract

The increasement internet development causes the changes that influences the society’s life, mainly for the big cities society, such as Manado, North Sulawesi Province, one of the changes is the shopping place especially for the students. They go shopping to the conventional shop and online shop either. It makes the conventional markets promote their goods through the online shops. The changes of consumers mainly the students causes one of the supporting changes. They no longer consumes the goods and services at the conventional market but using online shops. Unfortunately, the students go shopping not because of their needs but only for their desire and lifestyle so it causes the consumerism life style which is known as wasteful. This research uses the qualitative method with the descriptive approach that useful for giving the the facts and datas about the students shopping online activity, then the datas will be critically analyzed by the theory of society's consume by Jean Baudrillard and the theory of needs by Abraham Maslow therefore the deeper analization about the purpose of students online shopping activity will be created. Based on the researches result, it is found that there are three categories of the students online shopping activity: 1. Based on their needs 2. Get influenced by other things such as: promotions of discounts, cashback, giveaway, bonus, or the certain gifts from the seller or the advertisements in electronics media or the social media, the recommendation from others also, and 3. Abstract

Lifestyle can be recognized by looking at how people spend their time (activity), what is important people consider on the environment (interests), and what people think of themselves and the world around (Opinion). Lifestyle is the behavior of a person shown in activities, interests and opinions, especially those related to self-image to reflect on his or her social status. In the community structure, college student are an intellectual generation that is expected to behave in accordance with good norms and values, have moral and knowledge, is also expected to be a development innovator in all aspects, so as to cleanse the inequality that exists in the community. The function that the college student has as Agent of change is an agent that can make changes and as Agent of social control is as an agent in charge of monitoring and control of the Government, to the policies and to other matters undertaken by the Government, all of which are done is none other than and not merely to keep the interests of the people and avoid the people of the wrongdoers committed by the government. Boarding house is a service that offers a room or a place to be settled with a certain amount of payment for each specific period (generally payment per month). So the college student lifestyle is influenced by certain values of religion, culture and social life. Sociolgy Fispol Unsrat college student choose to stay in strategic boarding house and close to campus, living with one campus friends, and close to educational facilities such as Internet café, computer rental, photocopy. Positive lifestyle, responsible, principles, self-reliant, such as doing college activities while having a side job, buying goods as needed, using technology for college needs, using simple room facilities, simple appearance, not easily affected by the outside environment and does not follow the lifestyle of hedonism and consumerism. Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global problem and has a huge impact on all sectors of life around the world. Starting from the economic sector, health, education, social, tourism and so on. The steps taken by the government in reducing the number of spread of the Covid-19 virus are social distancing. Social distancing is an attempt by a person not to interact at close range or avoid crowds, wash their hands, and wear masks. This policy is considere effective in reducing the spread of COVID-19.North Toraja Regency is an area famous for the term "Tondok Lilina Lepongan Bulan Tana Matari Allo", which stores a variety of riches, both natural wealth and cultural and customs that always fill every space in traditional activities contained in the lives of local people. North Toraja Regency is also one of the most famous tourist destinations in Indonesia.During the Covid-19 pandemic Lolai tourist destinations or the Land above the Clouds and several other tourist attractions in North Toraja were temporarily closed to assist the government in preventing the spread of covid-19 for almost two months, thus impacting the weakening of tourism services and economic actors, weakening tourist visits, weakening the handling and processing of tourism destination objects, and weakening the support capacity of tourism facilities and accommodation. Keywords: pandemic, corona, tourism
