Abstract

Land problems can give rise to a legal dispute which originated from a complaint something parties (persons/entities) contain objections or demands for land rights, be it the status of land or rights of ownership with the hope of obtaining administrative resolution in accordance with the applicable provisions. The case or the conflict over land occurring almost throughout Indonesia. The observations indicate that there is a land dispute shows almost the same pattern, different cases of land disputes concerning the fate of the people was almost entirely takes a fairly long and long process complete.The methods used in this study i.e., qualitative descriptive. Methods of qualitative research procedures that produce as data in the form of descriptive words written or spoken of people and behavior that can be observed.The problem of land disputes in the village of Tatapaan Sub-district of Sulu became protracted because of the inability of the Government to resolve problems due to lack of mastery of the Government and community leaders on the issue of the right of land ownership According to the custom of the land changed hands frequently and by way of the purchases under the hands, not the full data of the soil that is on the register of the land Office at book village of Sulu Tatapaan Sub Regency of Minahasa in the South. Keywords: land disputes, settlement, Government

Abstract

Indonesian society is plural society in every aspect of life, such as culture diversity, nature and geography. The local Indonesian culture is very diverse which is considered as a pride also can be a challenge to maintain and preserve to the next generation.In the village society which still have traditional life and culture, ?gotong-royong? or mutual cooperation is one of the characteristic inherited from generation to the generation. This culture have different form and different implementation whether based on mutual relation or just to fulfill their duty as the part of the society.?Mapalus? in Minahasa Utara especially in Desa Talawaan Atas is still preserved and inherited from generation to generation with the result that can help the farmers to increase their business in agriculture.  Keyword: Mapalus Culture, Farmers activity

Abstract

Education provides the advancement of human thought, so that their level of life increases. Nowadays the development of the era has brought the impact of change in various aspects. The impact of changes that occur so quickly and easily observed is the social aspect. The social change is not just heading towards progress, but it can also lead to setbacks. It has been happening since ancient times. There are times when the changes occurred so rapidly, that it confuses the human being to deal with it. Any change occurring in the community always raises the risk of social life or social uncertainty.The function of education in social change in order to improve the ability of learners that critical analysis plays a role to instill new beliefs and values on the way people think. Education in the modern century has succeeded in creating a new generation with the power of creativity and the ability of critical thinking, attitudes are not easy to give in to the situation and replaced with attitudes that are willing to change. These ways of thinking and attitudes will escape dependence on the help of others. Thus learners besides as understanding the changes in social life can also as agents change themselves. In fact, the community of educated Tumaluntung village is still less involved in government and family drive.Keywords: education, change, social
