Abstract

Optimization of transportation and distribution costs is one of the important issues in the supply chain management area. It is caused by their large contribution to the logistics costs that can reach up to 40%. Thus, choosing the right route is one of the efforts that can be done to resolve the issue. This study aims to optimize the capacitated vehicle routing problem with time windows (CVRPTW) for mineral water company distributor with pick-up and delivery problem. To achieve the aim, this study used hybrid algorithm, Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Tabu Search Algorithm (TS). The selection of this hybrid algorithm is due to its capability in minimizing travel distance. The result of this study shows that not only the algorithm has successfully reduced the existing route but also predicted the optimum number of homogenous fleet. By running the algorithm, this study concludes that the number of the optimum routes for this study can be reduced for up to 15.99% than the existing route.

Abstract

ABC Company is an agent of network construction, operation, and maintenance. ABC Company is currently implementing the STTF (Shit to the Front) project, which is the project to add FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks in areas that can have high customer demand. One of the STTF project construction sites is the Indra Prahasta II housing location. However, the project is currently experiencing work delays due to the Covid-19 disaster in Indonesia. Delays in project execution can result in potential prospects choosing another company that provides similar services. The project schedule can be accelerated using the crashing method and TCTO (Time Cost Trade-Off) analysis to solve this problem. This research's acceleration will be carried out with alternatives for adding 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, and an alternative to increasing workers' number. This project has an average duration of 55 working days with a total cost of Rp 604,124,460. The results obtained from data processing, on the alternative of adding 1 hour of overtime work, the total duration becomes 54 working days with total project cost is Rp 605,734,138. In addition to 2 hours of overtime work, the project's total duration can be reduced to 54 days with a total project cost Rp 606,803,619. And for the addition of 3 hours overtime, the total duration can be shortened to 54 days with a total cost of Rp 606,803,619. As for increasing the number of workers, project work duration can be shortened to 54 working days with a total project cost Rp 604,556,748

Abstract

Pada saat ini kesadaran manusia akan kondisi lingkungan semakin meningkat, selain meningkatnya kesadaran akan lingkungan terdapat perundang-undangan yang mengatur yaitu UU No.3 Tahun 2014 pasal 30. Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan kondisi lingkugan maka akan berdampak pada produk yang dipasarkan oleh perusahaan, hal ini mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menerapkan konsep lingkungan padaSupply Chain perusahaan. Green Supply Chain Management adalah menggabungkan faktor lingkungan dengan rantai pasok mulai dari design produk, raw material, proses produk, proses pembuatan, pengiriman kepada costumer, dan end of life produk. Salah satu proses tercapainya green supply chain adalah proses Procurement atau Supplier, agar terlaksananya green supply chain adalah dibuatnya Key Performance Index (KPI) berbasisgreen dengan memperhatikan green objective yang ditentukan. KPI bertujuan untuk menerapkan target kinerja dan penilaian kinerja yang dimana informasi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengontrolan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan model SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) untuk mencari KPI terpilih, diperlukan pemetaan proses bisnis pada perusahaan yaitu bagian pengadaan dengan menggunakan metode SCOR. Metode SCOR mengharuskan mengidentifikasi level 1 perusahaan yaitu tujuan perushaan yang dimana pada penelitian ini yaitu capaian aspek lingkungan pada supply chain dan proses utama terdapat 5 proses utama yaiut plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Level 2 yaitu identifikasi proses aktivitas pada bagian procurement, dan level 3 yaitu mengidentifikasi atribut tiap proses pada level 2 dan KPI berbasis Green dari tiap attribut. Setelah didapatkannya Atribut dan KPI dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk mencari atribut dan KPI dengan bobot Green tertinggi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat 18 KPI yang dapat digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja Procurement berbasis Green. Dengan adana KPI membantu perusahaan dalam menerapkan dan menilai kinerja perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan Green.

Abstract

Pembentukan industri yang berkelanjutan menjadi hal krusial bagi perusahaan penyamakan kulit di Indonesia, hal tersebut dikarenakan industri penyamakan kulit di Indonesia mengalami ke-naikan pada indeks limbah produksi di tahun 2016 dan 2017. Peraturan pemerintah menyatakan bahwa industri harus memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan cara yang berkelanjutan,peraturan tersebut mengharuskan perusahaan meningkatkan pencapaian dalam menerapkan aspek sus-tainability didalam proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pengukuran nilai kinerja sustainable production di PT. ELCO dengan menggunakansupply chain operations reference (SCOR) sebagai media untuk memilih key performance indicators (KPI) sustainable production. KPI terpilih diverifikasi oleh perusahaandan dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP), kemudian dinormalisasi nilai kinerjanya menggunakan Snorm De Boer normalization. Nilai KPI yang telah diukur didapatkan sebesar 48,63 yang mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja dari penerapan sustainable production oleh perusahaan, dalam posisi marginal performance. Hasil pengukuran nilai KPI, ditampilkan pada suatu aplikasi sistem monitoring berbasis web untuk memfasilitasi perusahaan dalam melakukan identifikasi, pemantauan, dan evaluasi dari kinerja perusahaan dalam menerapkan sistem sustainable production.

Abstract

Shift to The Front II Komplek Sukamukti Banjaran Project is one of the projects implemented by one of the companies engaged in telecommunications. In its implementation, each project including Shift to The Front II Komplek Sukamukti Banjaran has a time limit specified in the contract. Project scheduling is an important role in predicting both the cost and time in a project. Every project should be able to complete the project before or just in the time specified in the contract. Delay in a project can be anticipated by accelerating the duration of completion by using the crashing method with the application of linear programming. Linear programming will help iteration in the calculation of crashing because if linear programming not used, iteration will be repeated. The objective function in this scheduling is to minimize the cost. This study aims to find a trade-off between the costs and the minimum time expected to complete this project. The acceleration of the duration of this study was carried out using the addition of 4 hours of overtime work, 3 hours of overtime work, 2 hours of overtime work, and 1 hour of overtime work. The normal time for this project is 35 days with a service fee of Rp. 52,335,690. From the results of the crashing analysis, the alternative chosen is to add 1 hour of overtime to 34 days with a total service cost of Rp. 52,375,492. This acceleration will affect the entire project because there are 33 different locations worked on Shift to The Front II and if all these locations can be accelerated then the duration of completion of the entire project will be effective

Abstract

Abstrak Industri penyamakan kulit dikategorikan sebagai Industri Besar dan Sedang di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Kementrian Perindustrian, industri penyamakan kulit memiliki trend peningkatan 25.89% tahun 2010-2013. Data tersebut mengindikasikan industri penyamakan kulit memiliki potensi besar dibidang perindustrian Indonesia. Aktivitas-aktivitas rantai pasok seperti distribusi pada industri penyamakan kulit mempengaruhi peningkatan potensi tersebut. Untuk mewujudkan potensi tersebut perlu diperhatikan aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial yang merupakan dasar rantai pasok berkelanjutan (sustainable supply chain). Namun, industri penyamakan kulit sampai saat ini belum menerapkan rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Kondisi tersebut salah satunya diakibatkan oleh tidak ada sistem yang menyimpan data perusahaan yang menjadi dasar untuk pengukuran kinerja distribusi pada rantai pasok dan improvement dalam mewujudkan rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada sistem untuk memonitor proses distribusi kulit secara lebih akurat untuk menerapkan rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem monitoring distribusi kulit pada salah satu industri di Garut, Jawa Barat. Sistem dibangun dengan basis model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), kemudian dipilih Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan dengan objektif reliability, responsiveness, dan cost, menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) tingkat kepentingan dari 8 KPI terverifikasi ditentukan. Monitoring system menyajikan performansi 8 KPI terverifikasi untuk membantu evaluasi KPI demi menerapkan sustainable distribution. Kata Kunci: Sustainable Supply Chain, SCOR, KPI, AHP, Distribusi Abstract Leather tanning industry categorized as Large and Medium Industry in Indonesia. Based on data from Ministry of Industry, leather tanning industry has an increasing trend 25.89% in 2010-2013. This indicate that leather tanning industry has great potential. Supply chain activities such as distribution this potential increase. To realize this potential, it is important to consider the environmental, economic, and social aspects, the basis of sustainable supply chain. However, leather industry has not yet implemented sustainable supply chain. This condition caused by no system that records the company data which become the basis for the measurement of distribution performance and improvement to become sustainable supply chain. Therefore, a monitoring system is needed to monitor distribution process more accurately to implement sustainable supply chain. This study aims to develop distribution monitoring system in one industry in Garut, West Java. The system built based on Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, and then Key Performance Indicator (KPI) selected in accordance with the business processes with objective reliability, responsiveness, and cost, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) determined the importance weight from 8 verifed KPI. Abstract

Abstrak Strategi dynamic pricing adalah strategi penentuan harga yang sering diterapkan oleh hotel untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan kebijakan penentuan harga sesuai dengan model dynamic pricing. Penelitian ini menyediakan model dynamic pricing yang telah disesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang ada di hotel dengan berbagai jenis kamar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, tahap pertama adalah kami meramalkan demand untuk masa yang akan datang. Tahap kedua adalah kami menerapkan revenue management tools yaitu dynamic pricing untuk memodelkan pengaruh harga terhadap permintaan. Harga berubah secara dinamis berdasarkan jumlah permintaan yang ada. Tahap ketiga adalah kami menggunakan pendekatan nonlinear programming untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan. Parameter peramalan dan model dynamic pricing diestimasi menggunakan data penjualan historis salah satu hotel di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Hasil kami mengusulkan kebijakan penetapan harga jenis kamar superior dan deluxe yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan 27% lebih besar dari kebijakan harga eksisting. Kebijakan penentuan harga yang diusulkan mampu melengkapi kekosongan metode dalam menentukan harga. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan tarif kamar yang optimal setiap harinya sepanjang horizon perancanaan. Kata kunci : dynamic pricing, revenue management, penentuan harga kamar hotel Abstract Dynamic pricing strategy is a pricing strategy that is often applied by hotels to maximize their income. The purpose of this study is to provide a pricing policy proposal in accordance with dynamic pricing models. This study provides a dynamic pricing model that has been adapted to the problems that exist in hotels with various types of rooms. This research consists of three stages, the first phase is that we predict future demand. The second stage is that we apply revenue management tools, namely dynamic pricing, to model the effect of prices on demand. Prices change dynamically based on the number of requests available. The third stage is that we use a nonlinear programming approach to maximize revenue. Forecast parameters and dynamic pricing models are estimated using historical sales data for one of the hotels in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Our results suggest a pricing policy for superior and deluxe room types that can increase revenue by 27% more than the existing pricing policy. The proposed pricing policy is able to complete the method void in determining prices. In addition, the results of this study provide optimal room rates every day along the planning horizon. Abstract

To maintain the company's position in the aviation industry, each airline has its strategy to overcome losses due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. One strategy that is often applied by airlines is the dynamic pricing strategy. The ever-changing flight ticket prices serve to maximize the company's revenue. The puIDRose of this study is to propose the optimum pricing with a dynamic pricing model which in this model will produce an optimum pricing policy based on historical sales. This final project uses dynamic pricing to maximize revenue by modeling the effect of price on demand. The method used in this research is Multiple Regression with the help of Jupyter Notebook software in Python in the data processing. Furthermore, the author uses cross-validation which serves to evaluate the demand model and price prediction used. This final project using data from PT. Trigana Air with flights from Wamena-Jayapura on 01 February 2021 to 28 February 2021. The demand model used produces an accuracy of 61.24% with a standard deviation of 28,6%. Meanwhile, the ticket price prediction model used produces an accuracy of 55,4% with a standard deviation of 22,5%. Based on the dynamic pricing model that has been applied by optimizing sales profits based on the optimal price variable, there is an increase in revenue on March 12, 2021 with a profit of IDR38.220.644 or an increase of 22,6%.
