Abstract

Pesantren is a very unique educational institution owned by Indonesia, therefore a multidimensional perspective is needed to discuss it. This is important to create a richer and more diverse discussion about pesantren. This research tries to examine the dormitory element as an important part of the pesantren, knowing how the system of applying rules in the pesantren dormitory in the perspective of Michael Foucault's body discipline theory. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in various sources, direct observation, and interviews, trying to explore various data both primary and secondary data. The focus of this research is to see how the application of rules in Al-Munawwir Krapyak Yogyakarta boarding school for its students in order to form a disciplined character seen from the body discipline approach. The results of this study show that there are many things that are relevant in the application of the rules in Al-Munawwir Krapyak Yogyakarta boarding school with the study of body discipline from Michael Foucault

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak terhadap aktivitas masyarakat, baik pada tingkat regional, nasional, maupun global. Implikasi tersebut antara lain ditandai dengan perubahan paradigma dan mentalitas masyarakat, dari yang awalnya reaktif menjadi proaktif dalam mencari sumber informasi sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan. Akan tetapi dengan perkembangan itu juga dapat menimbulkan kejahatan berupa pembajakan video yang bisa merugikan banyak pihak dan juga terkena pelanggaran hak atas kekayaan intelektual yang diatur dalam pasal yang berlaku saat ini.

Abstract

UMKM menjadi salah satu cara masyarakat untuk bisa memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. UMKM juga memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian daerah maupun perekonomian suatu negara. Namun dengan seiring perkembangan zaman UMKM semakin sulit mendapatkan pangsa pasar karena kalah bersaing dengan Perusahaan besar. Maka dari itu pemerintah menegaskan perlindungan hukum bagi UMKM untuk menghadapi persaingan pasar yang kian berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 on Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is the foundation for the implementation of the program that supports the growth of the Micro, small, and Medium Enterprises(UMKM) sector. With the dominance of UMKM in the economic structure, the KUR program was initiated based on presidential instruction No. 6 of 2007, followed by an MoU between the government, guarantee institutions, and banks. KUR, run by certain banks, such as BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, gets unbankable UMKM. PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 stipulates a maximum interest rate of 6%, a loan period of up to 7 years, and allows multiple loans subject to collectibility requirements. With a focus on UMKM that have difficulty accessing capital, the KUR program has succeeded in achieving effectiveness with the realization of reaching IDR 175,73 trillion as of September 2023. Although obstacles remain, such as the assumption of urbanicity and the unpreparedness of Micro business, KUR provides easier access to financing at low-interest rates, accelerating the economic growth of UMKM.

Abstract

In the face of fierce competition to enter college, students often seek support from tutoring institutions to strengthen their learning abilities. However, LBB has limitations in providing learning programs. To understand students' preferences in choosing subjects, data mining methods can be used, which is the process of gathering information from large databases with statistical, mathematical, and artificial intelligence techniques. This research uses data from 40 students as samples that will be analyzed using the Apriori Association method. The search for support values is limited to three sets of elements because no combination meets the minimum support value requirement, so the procedure is stopped. The search for confidence values is carried out using a combination of two sets of potential items (L2). There are three association rules that can be useful for understanding students' preferences in choosing subjects. The first rule is "If you choose Math, you will choose English" with a confidence of 0.6, the second rule is "If you choose English, you will choose Math" with a confidence of 0.6, and the third rule is "If you choose Biology, you will choose Mathematics" with a confidence of 0.70. The results of the analysis in this study can be applied by Tutoring Institution "A" in the future to develop programs that are suitable for deepening the understanding of certain subjects.

Abstract

Pembangkitan energi harus dapat direncanakan dan disesuaikan. Rencana produksi ditentukan berdasarkan prediksi kebutuhan energi masa depan dan ketersediaan energi baru dan terbarukan. Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya dan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Angin adalah Pembangkit Energi Baru Terbarukan dengan sistem tenaga mandiri, yang memiliki kondisi sumber daya terbaik, dan memiliki prospek aplikasi yang baik. Sehingga perlu adanya penelitian yang mendalam tentang peramalan potensi energi tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian adalah melakukan peramalan potensi energi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) dan pembangkit listrik tenaga angin (PLTB) dengan menggunakan model Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) Multi Layer Perceptrons (MLP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan potensi energi PLTS dan PLTB Jawa Tengah tahun 2025, PLTS 0,0093% konsumsi energi di Jawa Tengah dan PLTB 0,407% konsumsi energi di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

In order to use advances in information and technology in the world of justice, the Supreme Court issued Perma Number 7 of 2022. Before this regulation came into force, summons for court proceedings and notification of decisions were carried out by court officials called bailiffs, but with the enactment of Perma Number 7 of 2022, summons for court and notification of the decision or decision is made via electronic domicile or by the post office, in which case the Supreme Court has collaborated with PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) to use a document delivery service to the intended case party. The principles of justice that are simple, fast and low cost have not been achieved properly because after the summons document or decision notification has been made by the bailiff then the summons is carried out through the intermediary of the post office officer, here the post office in the delivery process has not been on target, so it is returned to Court. The post is actually fast, but many letters are returned for reasons such as the house in question is empty, the address is not known and the person in question has moved, so the judge will deliberate to make a general summons. Thus, the principles of justice that are simple, fast and low cost are not achieved.
