Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of lesson model Teams Games Turnament (TGT) by using Leaflet on the lesson Monera for grade X in SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh. The research method was Quasi Experimental Design with research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Technique of data collecting used was intact group whether grade X MIA 3 as the experiment class and grade X MIA 2 as control class. The instrument was 25 numbers of multiple choice test. Based on the data analysis, it has been gained the average of students’ study result which have been taught by using Teams Games Turnament (TGT) using Leaflet was 20,39, meanwhile the students’ which have been taught by using conventional learning was 17,78. From the U Mann Whitney test, it has been gain  Zhitung < Ztabel was -2,75 < -1,96 which meant there was significant differences between students’ study result which have been taught by using Teams Games Turnament (TGT) using Leaflet and students’ which have been taught by using conventional learning. The effect size number that has been gained was 0,69 and has been categorized as moderate and given influences 25,49%.Keywords: influence, model Team Games Turnament (TGT) using Leaflet, Monera lesson

Abstract

In order to preserve jelutung plants, the Regional Government of Singkawang City has planted 38 trees in the Pasir Panjang area of Singkawang City. The purpose of this study: (1) to study the association of jelutung plants (Dyera spp) on those planted in Pasir Panjang Singkawang, (2) to determine the number of spores and their correlation with tree diameter, (3) to determine the FMA genus contained in the rhizosphere, and (4) percentage of root colonization to determine the level of association of AMF with jelutung plants. The study was conducted by survey method for sampling soil and roots of jelutung plants. Data were collected and analyzed in the form of the average number of spores, genus AMF and the percentage of infections in the roots of jelutung plants. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that jelutung plants (Dyera spp) that grow in sandy habitats in the Pasir Panjang area of Singkawang City are associated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (FMA). The results of spore calculations found in jelutung rhizosphere in sandy soil habitats are quite abundant with amounts ranging from 436 1279,67/100g of soil. The results of correlation analysis with the coefficient of determination r2 = 0,0169 showed no close relationship between diameter size and the number of spores in the jelutung rhizosphere of sandy soils. From the results of spore calculations, the genus Glomus sp found in the jelutung (Dyera spp) rhizosphere was 874,33 / 100 g of soil (96,8%), while the genus Gigaspora sp was only 23,97 / 100 g of land (2,6%), and Scutellospora sp only 5,50 / 100 g of soil (0,6%). Based on the calculation of the percentage of infections that occur at the root, it turns out that jelutung plants are included as a high level association with the percentage of infections ranging from 8,7 - 100% or being in grade 5.Keywords: Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), Jelutung Plants, Number of Spores, Percentage of Root Infection.

Abstract

Proses terjadinya lompatan hidrolik dalam bidang pertanian dapat terjadi di saluran irigasi. Aliran air yang mengalir dari daerah hulu pintu air akan menabrak air yang ada di daerah hilir pintu air. Ketika pintu air tersebut dibuka maka akan terjadi lompatan hidrolik. Fenomena lompatan hidrolik dalam sebuah kanal terbuka dapat dipelajari menggunakan pendekatan komputasi dinamika fluida. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun simulasi numerik lompatan hidrolik menggunakan perangkat lunak open source OpenFOAM dengan menerapkan model turbulen LES Smagorinsky. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan profil kecepatan pada Bilangan Froude (Fr) yang berbeda, serta menganalisis bentuk tipologi lompatan hidrolik berdasarkan nilai Fr. Berdasarkan uji grid hasil yang mendekati data acuan terdapat pada Tipe I. Nilai korelasi tertinggi dan error terendah terdapat pada Tipe II. Profil kecepatan dekat dasar saluran akan meningkat seiring dengan nilai Fr yang semakin besar. Pada zona yang berada pada kolom air atau pada kedalaman sekitar 0,01 m, kecepatan perlahan-lahan akan mulai menurun yang disertai dengan terjadinya kenaikan elevasi pada permukaan air. Pada zona yang semakin dekat ke permukaan, profil kecepatan mulai meningkat dan ini terjadi pada lima Fr yang berbeda. Nilai Fr = 1,3 merupakan tipe lompatan berombak. Lompatan lemah terjadi pada saat nilai Fr = 1,8. Nilai Fr = 2,8 merupakan lompatan berosilasi. Nilai Fr = 6,8 merupakan lompatan tetap, dan nilai Fr = 9,8 merupakan lompatan kuat.Kata kunci: : Lompatan hidrolik, Bilangan Froude, komputasi dinamika fluida, profil kecepatan, OpenFOAM
