AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana akad rahn pada pegadaian syariah di Indonesia karena sangat banyak pendapat orang yang berkata bahwa pegadaian syariah itu sama saja dengan pegadaian konvensional dalam hal penerapan akad gadai emas dari situlah penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai hal tersebut. Pokok permasalahan skripsi ini yaitu bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap akad rahn pada pegadaian syariah di Indonesia. Adapun sub bab masalah yang akan dikaji, yakni: 1) Bagaimana akad rahn di pegadaian syariah di Indonesia? 2) Bagaimana konsep akad rahn dalam Islam? Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dan analisis yang bersifat kajian kepustakaan, dengan menempatkan pendekatan normatif syar’i yaitu dimana dengan mengarah kepada pendekatan al-Qur’an dan hadits dan sumber Islam lainnya. Pada penerapan akad rahn di pegadaian syariah masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, mulai dari denda keterlambatan, penggabungan 2 akad yang bertentangan dengan hadis Rasulullah saw. dan biaya ongkos penyimpanan pada pegadaian syariah.Kata Kunci : Hukum Islam, Pegadaian Syariah, Rahn AbstractThis research discusses how the rahn contract is at sharia pawnshops in Indonesia because there are so many people's opinions who say that Sharia pawnshops are the same as conventional pawnshops in terms of applying the gold pawn contract, that's where the author conducted research on this matter. The main problem of this thesis is how to review Islamic law on rahn contracts at sharia pawnshops in Indonesia. The sub-chapters of the problems that will be studied are: 1.) How is the rahn contract in sharia pawnshops in Indonesia? 2.) What is the concept of rahn contract in Islam? By placing a syar'i normative approach, namely where by leading to the approach of the Qur'an and hadith and other Islamic sources. In the implementation of the rahn contract at the sharia pawnshop, there are still several things that need to be considered, ranging from late fees, merging 2 contracts that contradict the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad and the cost of storage fees at sharia pawnshops.Keywords: Islamic Law, Rahn, Sharia Pawnshop

Pelaku usaha atau wirausaha memerlukan sistem tata kelola perusahaan yang matang dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian lingkungan dan kompetisi pasar. Penguatan tata kelola perusahaan dapat didasarkan pada perencananaan strategi perusahaan. Proses perencanaan strategi digunakan untuk untuk menentukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis dengan resiko persaingan pasar ketat seperti halnya pada industri bisnis kucing ras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal secara mendalam pada perusahaan Samoir cattery yang bergerak pada industri peternakan kucing ras. Penelitian ini akan memberikan usulan alternatif strategi serta pemilihan strategi yang layak digunakan oleh Samoir Cattery. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Matriks SWOT (Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman), Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFAS), Matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFAS), dan Matriks Perencanaan Kuantitatif atau QSPM. Pemilihan alat analisis didasarkan pada kesesuaian dengan kondisi objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kekuatan Samoir Cattery adalah memiliki bloodline terbaik yang berasal dari dalam dan luar negeri. Samoir juga masih memiliki kelemahan yang harus diatasi yaitu pola waktu breeding yang masih belum optimum serta pencatatan keuangan yang belum dilakukan secara baik. Berdasarkan evaluasi faktor eksternal peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan Samoir cattery diantaranya tingginya barrier dalam memasuki pasar. Strategi yang cocok diterapkan berdasarkan matriks perencanaan kuantitatif adalah melakukan pengembangan pasar dengan mengadakan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan brand awareness Samoir Cattery di Jawa Timur.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Strategi, Peternak Kucing, Matriks IFAS, Matriks EFAS, Analisis SWOT, Matriks QSPM

This research was aimed to describe the effect of pre lecture quiz in improving creative thinking skill and student concept mastery. The research method used was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling, and XI IPA 3 is obtained as experimental class and XI IPA 1 as control class. The chemical material taught in this research is Arrhenius acid base. The effect of pre lecture quiz was measured based on a simple regression test. The results of a simple regression test at a significance level of 0.05 showed a positive linear influence of the pre lecture quiz on creative thinking skill and student concept mastery, with a contribution of 16.9% influenced by the pre lecture quiz.Keywords: Arrhenius acid base, creative thinking, pre lecture quiz Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pre lecture quiz dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dan diperoleh kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen serta kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Materi kimia yang diajarkan pada penelitian ini adalah asam basa Arrhenius. Pengaruh pre lecture quiz diukur berdasarkan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil uji regresi sederhana pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh linier positif dari pre lecture quiz terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep siswa, dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,9% dipengaruhi oleh pre lecture quiz. This research was aimed to describe the effect of pre lecture quiz in improving communication skill and students’ concept mastery. The material used in this study is Arrhenius acid base. The purposive sampling technique was used for the selection of samples, obtained XI IPA 2 as experimental class and XI IPA 4 as control class. The method is quasi-experimental design with a pretest posttest control group design. In the experimental class using the pre-lecture quiz and the control class without using the pre-lecture quiz. The results of a simple linear regression test show pre-lecture quiz that there is a linear positive effect and a significant on the level 0.05 in improving communication skill and mastery of student concepts, and has a determination value of 31.3%. Based on these results it can be concluded that learning with influential pre lecture quiz in improving communication skill and mastery of student concepts.Keywords: pre lecture quiz, communication, Arrhenius acid-base Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pre lecture quiz dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan konsep siswa. Materi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu asam basa Arrhenius. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk pemilihan sampel, diperoleh kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest posttest control group design. Pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan pre lecture quiz dan pada kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan pre lecture quiz. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana ditunjukkan bahwa pre lecture quiz terdapat pengaruh positif yang linier dan signifikan pada taraf 0,05 dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan konsep siswa, serta memiliki nilai determinasi sebesar 31,3%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pre lecture quiz berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan konsep siswa.Kata kunci: pre lecture quiz, komunikasi, asam basa Arrhenius

Twitter is a social media that allows users to send and read messages called tweets (chirp), the tweets are text messages are limited to 140 characters displayed on the user profile page. Due to its extensive use and fast, becoming a social media to spread the ideas and thoughts concerning the political and social issues lately. Twitter now has developed also as a means of political campaigns and self-image, on political campaigns conducted by the political elite in social media is a form of political communication as a political activity. This study aims to (1) To determine how the image-building efforts Bakrie as candidates President on Twitter (2) to determine how student opinion of Communication Studies at the imaging Fisipol Unri Bakrie at Twitter.In this research authors used qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques based on observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were 8 people taken by purposive technique. This study uses a model of image formation and Ardianto Soemirat, by using a technique that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate Bakrie use Twitter as a medium of spreading information on the activities done during January and February 2014. Bakrie regularly informed about the activities themselves in activities visit and provide assistance to flood victims in Jakarta also social events and roadshow in a number of cities in Indonesia. Through tweets related to flooding in Jakarta and roadshow, it appears that the Bakrie seeks to provide information about the activities and concerns. Bakrie tweets activity seeks to build its image, Bakrie tried to explain to the audience that he was concerned with the victims of the floods that hit Jakarta, Bakrie wants to show that he took to the location to be able to directly provide assistance. Journalists in areas of international armed conflict play an important role, namely to convey information to the world about events that occur in conflict directly from the scene.But in carrying out their work, journalists and media workers conducting coverage in areas of international armed conflict often face a variety of dangerous risks.They can be victims in military attacks or other acts of violence.This thesis will discuss the protection given to journalists in international armed conflicts based on International Humanitarian Law and its application.Journalists who are in the area of international armed conflict obtain protection as civilians as stipulated in Article 4 (A) paragraph (4) Geneva Convention III 1949 and Article 79 Additional Protocol I 1977.This research is normative juridical research.Namely the research carried out on the principles of law starting from certain fields of legal governance, by first identifying the rules of law that have been formulated in certain laws.In this study, the data sources used were secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials carried out by means of library research.From the results of the study it was found that journalists who were in areas of armed conflict were considered as civilians and enjoyed protection that was generally accepted by civilians, as stated in article 4 (A) paragraph (4) III Geneva Conventions 1949 and Article 79 Additional Protocol I 1977. Protection of safety for journalists who carry out their duties at home and abroad, is the responsibility of the country where the journalist originates and the country where the journalist is located.Keywords: Journalists, International Armed Conflict, State Responsibility

COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory system from no symptoms to death. Because more and more individuals are infected with COVID-19 who are asymptomatic, wearing a mask is one of the ways to prevent it. The purpose of this community service activity is to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 and increase public awareness to always use masks when leaving the house. The target of this activity is the traders who sell at the Pekanbaru Dupa Market. The method of implementing this activity is in the form of social service by distributing cloth masks for free and providing information about the use of cloth masks with the target of changing the behavior of traders by always wearing masks when selling. The output of this service activity is publication in a community service journal. The result of this activity was the distribution of 100 cloth masks for free to traders. However, when the evaluation was carried out a week later, it turned out that there were still many traders who did not wear masks when selling. It is hoped that traders will increase awareness of wearing masks as a way to prevent transmission of COVID-19.

Telah dilakukan penelitian dirumah sakit umum Malingping tentang ketersediaan infrastruktur pelayanan kesehatan, seperti pusat kesehatan masyarakat dan rumah sakit yang terjangkau dari sisi jarak tempuh dan biaya ekonomis yang masih sangat terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai Pendistribusian Obat dan Alat Kesehatan serta mempelajari gambaran mengenai terjadinya masalah yang dikaitkan dengan obat dan alat kesehatan bagaimana cara pengiriman dan cara penerimaan obat secara merata. Dengan menggunakan metode survey dan wawancara, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mekanisme pendistribusian obat dan alat kesehatan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Malingping pada umumnya sudah efektif karena obat dan alat kesehatan di distribusikan secara merata untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para pasien yang membutuhkan, hal ini terbukti dengan pengiriman dan penerimaan obat yang selalu tepat waktu, tepat jenis dan jumlah yang tepat. Pap Smear examination is doing to detect of pre-cancer alteration which possible occurs in cervix. One of the factors of fertile aged women did not do the pap smear examination is not allowed by their husband and embarrassed feeling when examined by male doctors. The family support is very influential to ward the motivation of fertile aged woman to do the pap smear examination. This study aims to determine the relationship between perception and motivation of fertile aged women to do pap smear examination. This was a quantitative study with correlation and cross sectional design. The samples were 100 participants which taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analyzed were used univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The results showed a part of participants were in 22-35 years old, the education level were senior high school, they are the housewives. There was no relationship between perception and motivasion of fertile aged women to do pap smear examination at region of Harapan Raya public health center in pekanbaru (Pvalue 0,124 > 0,05). It is recommended to Harapan Raya Public Health center to increase the health education about pap smear examination. New psychoanalytic factors I am very idolized and very love my father as much as51 responden (57,30%) biological factor is I feel have character like woman feminim counted 51 respondent.
