Abstract

Four tropical fish species, Thunnus albacares (Yellowfin tuna), Ephinephelus striatus (Nassau Grouper), Cyprinus carpio (Carp), and Osphronemus gourami (Gouramy), were assayed for oxidation reduction potental (Eh) and pH in different temperature,i.e.  ambient and chilled temperature.  Every species has different pattern of Eh and pH values. Eh values of tropical freshwater fish were higher than tropical marine fish, however pH values  four tropical fish have same trend. The rates of the Eh and pH changing in four tropical fish were faster at ambient storage and they were slower at chilled storage. The present study also demonstrated the relationship between Eh and pH.

Abstract

AbstrakPelaksanaan mengenai perwakafan sebelum diberlakukan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 1977 adalah banyak tersebar isu bahwa banyak tanah wakaf yang tidak sesuai dengan peruntukannya semula.Sehingga untuk mendapatkan suatu keabsahan tanah wakaf yang sudah bersertifikat, maka semua tanah wakaf yang sudah bersertifikat itu harus didaftarkan kepada Kantor Pertanahan Wilayah Kabupaten/Kotamadya setempat, khususnya Kotamadya Samarinda.        Apabila terjadi adanya perselisihan atau sengketa dalam praktek perwakafan, agar diupayakan pihak kelurahan atau desa untuk dapat menyelesaikan sengketa tersebut secara kekeluargaan, sehingga tidak sampai membawa sengketa itu ke Pengadilan.

Abstract

Sumedang Regency is a natural, historical and cultural tourist destination. There are still many tourism potentials that have not been built and developed optimally. The natural resources of the Sumedang regency in rivers can be used as unique interest tourism resources, namely rafting. These resources can support the vision and mission of tourism in Sumedang regency who want to build their territory as a natural, historical and cultural tourism destination and special interests that are well known both nationally and internationally. To find out the potential of research conducted with the title Of Analysis of Tourism Product Potential in Sumedang Regency. The method of research conducted is qualitative. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, documentation and library studies. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive. The results showed that, especially in the Cipeles river, Citepok village could develop rafting tourism products. The unique attraction of the Cipeles river is that the river flow is in grade 2 rafting path and a line flanked by beautiful rock cliffs. Tourist facilities such as inns and restaurants are adequate. Additional services such as financial, security, health and rafting services are available around Citepok village.

Abstract

Analysis of the effect Return On Asset, Financial to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio on Rate Of Return Deposits in Mandiri Islamic Banking Mudharabah, In Data Collection, This Research use secondary data obtained from statistic Mandiri Islamic Bank 2012-2015 and issued by the bank of Indonesia. he type of research used in this research is quantitative research, research which emphasizes on testing theories through the variables research in numbers and performing data analysis with statistical procedures or mathematical capital. The object of the research used in this study is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri by using secondary data in the form of a Keuanagan publication reports on everything from January 2012 to December 2015. So it can be inferred that the variable ROA, FDR, and CAR together or simultaneous has significant effects against a Rate of Return of deposits Mudharabah 1 month. Thus the ROA, the FDR, and the CAR partially have significant influence and effect on Rate of Return (ROR) Mudharabah Deposits. Keywords; ROR Deposito Mudharabah, ROA, FDR, and CAR.

Abstract

Ikan kaya akan senyawa-senyawa fungsional yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan manusia. Senyawa fungsional dari ikan yang telah dimanfaatkan dalam produk pangan fungsional antara lain ω-3 PUFA, protein dan peptida, vitamin, mineral, karotennoid dan taurin. Pada review ini menjelaskan secara detail senyawa  fungsional dari ikan, aktivitas senyawa fungsional, penggunaannya sebagai bahan pada produk pangan fungsional serta tren pengembangannya di masa depan.

Abstract

Karotenoid, fukosantin dan fenol merupakan senyawa yang terkandung pada rumput laut Sargassum duplicatum. Senyawa-senyawa ini berperan dalam menghambat radikal bebas. Namun, kemampuan penghambatan radikal bebas senyawa ini mempunyai kestabilan yang rendah, terutama terhadap perlakuan suhu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pre-treatment suhu tinggi (blanching) dan suhu rendah (pembekuan) serta perlakuan terbaik yang dapat mempertahankan stabilitas senyawa aktif pada ekstrak metanol rumput laut selama penyimpanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental laboratories menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial 2x5 yaitu pola terbagi menjadi faktor suhu pengolahan (suhu tinggi dan suhu rendah) dan lama penyimpanan (0, 2, 4, 6, dan 8 hari). Blanching dilakukan pada suhu 95 oC sedangkan pembekuan pada suhu -27 oC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karotenoid, fukosantin, dan senyawa fenol dengan perlakuan blanching lebih stabil dibandingkan perlakuan pembekuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya interaksi antara pre-treatments dan lama penyimpanan yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai total karotenoid, kandungan fukosantin, total kandungan fenol, dan nilai perubahan warna (ΔE).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of risk-related information on risk perception; (2) the effect of risk perception on travel anxiety; (3) the effect of travel anxiety on travel intentions; (4) the effect of related information on travel intentions. The research used is descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach and assisted by the SmartPLS program. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with google form. The population in this study were all domestic tourists in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The sample is 403 respondents. The results showed that: (1) Information related to risk affects the perception of risk; (2) Perceived risk has a significant effect on travel anxiety; (3) Travel anxiety has a significant effect on travel intentions; (4) Information related to risk has a significant effect on travel intentions. Overall, risk-related information has an important role in influencing tourists' travel intentions. Thus, the role of risk-related information as an external factor becomes important in influencing the psychological factors of tourists during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is hoped that the government can make considerations in rebuilding tourism activities in Indonesia through policies that can support business people and protect the health of tourists and their communities. Abstract

Some traditional fish products in Indonesia have potential opportunity for global market, such as fish crackers, dried fish, ikan kayu (‘katsuobushi’) and dried pempek (traditional fish product from Palembang). Study on such products based on its glass transition temperature is still rare. On the other hand, glass transition phases of dried product play an important role in determining food stability because it can give an overview of physicochemical properties of the products. Using its glass transition temperature, dried fish product can be estimated for its shelf life. The purposes of this research are to observe the relation between some physicochemical properties of glass transition temperature of some dried fish products and its water content/water activity to the self life of the products. Dried fish products used were: fish cracker, dried-salted fish, ikan kayu (katsuobushi), fufu (very dried-smoked fish) and dried pempek. The samples were taken from different area in Indonesia (Cilacap, Palembang, and Sulawesi). The sample were taken using purposive sampling method. The method used for analysis of glass transition temperature was DSC method (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), and for water content and water activity were analysed using Aw meter and Moisture analyzer. All samples were analyzed in duplo. Research method used was experimental laboratory with research design of Completely Randomised Design. The experiment was conducted from August 2008 to December 2008 at Fish Product Processing Laboratory, Fisheries Department, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science – Diponegoro University, Food Engineering Laboratory – SQU, Oman. The results showed that different sample with different characteristics on physicochemical properties give different in water activity and also water content. The lowest water activity was performed by dried pempek. Glass transition temperature (Tg) of the products was very depend on the water content. The Tg of samples was ranged between 38.4oC – 76.4oC. The water content of the products ranged between 8.28%-37.28%. The Aw of the product was ranged between 0.57 – 0.87.
