Abstract

Banyaknya peminat program lintas minat ekonomi di Sekolah Menengah Atas membuktikan bahwa ilmu ekonomi dewasa ini semakin digemari. Hal ini menarik untuk dibahas, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat, motivasi, keluarga, guru dan teman sebaya terhadap keputusan siswa jurusan IPA memilih program lintas minat ekonomi di SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA yang memprogram lintas minat ekonomi dengan jumlah 80 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel minat, motivasi, keluarga, guru dan teman sebaya secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih program lintas minat ekonomi. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara minat, guru dan teman sebaya terhadap keputusan memilih program lintas minat ekonomi. Motivasi dan keluarga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih program lintas minat ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of applying video-assisted flipped classroom learning models in integral calculus courses. The effectiveness of learning in this study was measured based on the achievement of learning outcomes, student activities during learning, and student responses. This study was a pre-experimental study with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used two tests, observation sheets, and two questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using statistical and inferential descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis showed: (1) The score of student learning outcomes has increased reaching a minimum completeness score of 70 with an average score of student learning outcomes in posttest 1 and posttest 2 of 75.28 and 78.09, (2) The average student activity is in the very active category, and (3) The average percentage of student response questionnaires on two response questionnaires, namely student response to the implementation of mathematics learning is amounted to 88%, and student response to instructional video media is amounted to84%. In general, it can be concluded that the video-assisted flipped classroom learning model is effective to be applied in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This is elementary school teacher training to solve mathematics olympiad problems in Bulukumba district. The purpose of this training is to (1) provide information about mathematics olympiad in Indonesia (2) training teacher to solve mathematics olympiad problems, and (3) motivate primary teachers to conduct olympiad class in their school. The method is divided into two, namely the presentation and the independent tasks. The presentation focuses on the types of math competitions and the types of Olympic problems. Independent task aims to create and solve mathematics Olympiad problems for elementary school level. In addition, motivation was also being concerned in this training. The teachers were expected to use the problems in their mathematics class and also to identify students who potentially have ability join in mathematics competition. Abstrak Pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan olimpiade matematika tingkat Sekolah Dasar yang diperuntukkan bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk (1) memberikan pengetahuan terkait pelaksanaan olimpiade matematika di Indonesia (2) memberikan pemahaman terkait soal-soal olimpiade matematika, dan (3) memberikan motivasi kepada guru untuk melakukan pembimbingan olimpiade. Metode pelaksanaan terbagi atas dua yakni metode ceramah dan metode kerja mandiri. Metode ceramah berfokus kepada materi tentang jenis jenis kompetisi matematika dan jenis jenis soal olimpiade. Kerja mandiri bertujuan untuk membuat dan menyelesaikan soal olimpiade matematika tingkat SD. Selain itu, motivasi juga diberikan agar guru dapat mengadopsi soal tersbeut dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta mencari bibit unggul yang dapat diikutkan untuk berkompetisi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing communications and price discounts on the purchasing decisions of economic education students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University for oriflame products. The population of this research is economic education students, Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar, 2015-2021, and a sample of 61 students who are consumers of Oriflame. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) marketing communication had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products, (2) price discounts had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products, (3) marketing communications and price discounts together had a positive and significant effect on Oriflame product purchasing decisions.
