Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence on the business strategy variables and the Job Creation Law variable on the MSMEs Performance in the culinary sector which is mediated by the Digital Technology variable. The research method used is a quantitative method using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program in analyzing the data, so that it can identify the relationship between variables. The research population is MSMEs in the culinary sector in Prajurit Kulon sub-district. By using the Slovin formula, a sample result of 83 was obtained. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using outer model test, innerl model test, and hypothesis test.The results of the study are suspected to have a direct influence on the variables of business strategy and the Job Creation Law on the Performance of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector mediated by digital technology. This research is expected to help improve the performance of MSMEs in the culinary sector in the Prajurit Kulon district, Mojokerto City, and can be a reference and study for research on digital technology that mediates business strategies and the Job Creation Law on MSME performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the direct relationship between goals, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, and knowing the indirect relationship between goals, work environment and employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Rizky Anugrah Sejahtera. The data collection method uses a questionnaire on 75 respondents who are all employees of PT. Rizky Anugrah Sejahtera with saturated sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results show that the owner has a direct relationship to job satisfaction, the work environment has a direct relationship to job satisfaction, the owner has a direct relationship to employee performance, the work environment has a direct relationship to employee performance, job satisfaction has a direct relationship to performance employees, employees indirectly have a relationship to employee performance through job satisfaction and the work environment indirectly has a relationship to employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui sajauh mana varibael motivasi kirja dalam memoderasi dapat meningkatkan atau melemahkan hubungan antara variable Perceived Organizational Support dengan variable kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Dwi Tunggal Abadi yang beberapa bulan terakhir megalami penurunan kinerja karyawanny. Populasi daan sampel dalam peneliian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 32 orang. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Untuk pengujian menggunakan program Statistical Program for Social Science SPSS versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangakan motivasi kerja bukan variabel moderasi antara variable Perceived Organizational Support dan variable kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kecerdasan emosional dan tekanan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UTD PMI Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UTD PMI Kota Mojokerto dengan jumlah 44 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji intrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda uji t serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kecerdasan Emosional, Tekanan Kerja, mempunyai pengaruh secara partial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan di UTD PMI Mojokerto.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana Ketahanan Ekonomi Nasional di Indonesia bertahan dalam menghadapi resesi ekonomi dan krisis global tahun 2023. Berawal dari pengalaman beberapa negara di belahan dunia dalam mengatasi dampak yang diakibatkan oleh resesi global di masa lalu yang menimpa tidak hanya bidang ekonomi dan moneter, tapi juga segala aspek kehidupan seperti sosial, kesehatan, pendidikan dan budaya. Resesi global ini tidak hanya berdampak pada negara miskin dan berkembang, akan tetapi negara maju dan kaya pun juga terkena dampak dan imbas resesi yang mampu memporak porandakan segala sendi kehidupan. Beberapa kebijakan dan program pemerintah telah diimplementasikan dan diaplikasikan untuk mencegah atau setidaknya mampu meminimalisir kerugian akibat resesi yang terjadi. Artikel ini mencoba memberi sumbangsih saran dan pemikiran kepada pemerintah dan pemangku kebijakan publik serta aparat yang berwenang tentang bagaimana upaya kita semua agar Ketahanan Ekonomi Nasional mampu bertahan di tengah gempuran resesi ekonomi dan krisis global.

Abstract

Companies face many problems related to employee performance, so many researchers are interested in studying and conducting research. This research aims to determine the direct influence between self-efficacy and education level on job satisfaction. They also know the direct influence of self-efficacy, level of education, and job satisfaction on employee performance. It also shows the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between self-efficacy and education level on employee performance. The method in this research is research with a quantitative approach; the population used is all employees of P.T. Gansar Jaya, with a sample of 63 employees; for data analysis, using Structural Equation Modeling (S.E.M.) and Smart P.L.S. version 3.0 software. The results of this research show that self-efficacy and education level directly influence job satisfaction. Self-efficacy, education level, and job satisfaction directly influence employee performance. Meanwhile, self-efficacy has an indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. The indirect effect of education level is that it influences performance through job satisfaction. Keywords: Self-Efficacy; Educational Level;, Job Satisfaction; Employee performance
