Abstract. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a severe impact on the economic sector of the community. The implementation of PSBB and WFH makes it difficult for people to fulfill their daily needs, however technological developments have created new opportunities in business, one of which is E-Commerce, which is used by online business people.The purpose of this research is to what extent E-Commerce is in the revival of the community economy after COVID-19. The method used in this study uses the System Literature Review (SLR), by examining several sources used as material in finding and obtaining literature including books, articles, electronic media and the web.Based on the results of data analysis, E-Commerce is one of the sectors driving the Indonesian economy after COVID-19, but it must be accompanied by high optimism for all business actors, stakeholders and society so that national economic conditions can rise after COVID -19.Keyword. e-commerce; community economic resurgence; post-COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix (7P) secara parsial terhadap pengambilan keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah berbasis Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, baik dilakukan secara parsial maupun simultan pada orang tua siswa SMP Al-Qur’an An-Nawawiy Mojokerto. Manfaat penelitian tersebut yaitu bisa dijadikan referensi perbaikan strategi marketing mix pada SMPQ Al-Qur’an An-Nawawiy. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 57 orang, serta metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel terhadap pengambilan keputusan, hal itu dibuktikan dengan adanya nilai F hitung yang lebih besar dari F tabel. Variabel product, price, promotion, people, dan process juga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kemajuan organisasi yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dengan t tabel. Serta pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3, X5 dan X6 terhadap Y sebesar 48,2 %, dan 51,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

ABSTRAKKota Mojokerto sebagai daerah otonom yang terletak tidak jauh dari Surabaya Ibukota Provinsi Jawa Timur menyimpan berbagai berbagai potensi wisata diantaranya adalah wisata sejarah, wisata edukasi, wisata alam, wisata kuliner, dan masih banyak lagi potensi lainnya yang masih tersimpan. Potensi ini masih membutuhkan peran serta dari pemerintah daerah dengan dukungan masyarakat agar dapat menjadi destinasi wisata yang layak jual guna memberikan kesejahteran bagi masyarakat Kota Mojokerto. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini kepada lembaga atau komunitas untuk mengidentifikasi potensi destinasi wisata yang disesuaikan dengan indikator agar layak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal Mojokerto ataupun dari berbagai kota di Jawa Timur. Pelaksana dari kegiatan ini adalah tim dosen dari Universitas Mayjen Sungkono bekerjasama denga Disporabudpar Kota Mojokerto. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 08-17 September 2020. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan berbagai temuan dilapangan bahwa masih banyak potensi wisata yang harus digarap secara bersama oleh Pemerintah Kota Mojokerto dengan didukung oleh masyarakat sekitar. Beberapa potensi destinasi tersebut telah dapat diidentifikasi dengan beberapa indikator seperti kelembagaan, perijinan, visi dan misi, profil wisata, grand design destinasi wisata, desain promosi, penegakan protokol kesehatan COVID-19, kampanye sapta pesona, manajemen administrasi, dan dukungan aksesibilitas. Hasil identifikasi dari dengan beberapa indikator tersebut telah mampu menyajikan data tentang potensi wisata di Kota Mojokerto yang layak dan siap untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal Kata kunci: identifikasi potensi wisata; pemerintah; destinasi wisata. The purpose of this activity is to carry out this activity for the community in this case to the institution or community to identify the tourism potential they have, so that they are worthy of being visited by local tourists from Mojokerto or from various cities in East Java. The results of these indicators are able to present initial data on tourism potential in Mojokerto are feasible and ready to be visited by local tourists. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Balongmojo Kecamatan Puri Kabupaten Mojokerto. Tujuannya yaitu mengetahui ada ataunya pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan dukungan aparat desa terhadap kemajuan sebuah organisasi yang bernama Fatayat NU di desa tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan sampel sebanyak 30 orang, dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi untuk penelitian berikutnya dan dapat dijadikan referensi juga oleh Desa untuk mendukung kemajuan organisasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, dinyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan atau pengaruh secara simultan yang dihasil hitungan yaitu adanya pengaruh sebesar 96,7% dari X1 dan X2 terhadap YY. Ini berarti 3,3% kemajuan organisasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lainnya.

Tertib administrasi merupakan kunci pokok keberhasilan pengelolaan suatu organisasi. Kelompok Sadar Wisata “Sejahtera” Kranggan (Pokdarwis) merupakan salah satu organisasi wisata di Kota Mojokerto yang peduli terhadap administrasinya. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan anggota tentang administrasi ini tentunya perlu adanya pendampingan khusus untuk penertiban. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Pokdarwis “Sejahtera” Kranggan. Tertib administrasi yang dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi 10 standart administrasi pokok organisasi yang dibutuhkan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui sajauh mana varibael motivasi kirja dalam memoderasi dapat meningkatkan atau melemahkan hubungan antara variable Perceived Organizational Support dengan variable kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Dwi Tunggal Abadi yang beberapa bulan terakhir megalami penurunan kinerja karyawanny. Populasi daan sampel dalam peneliian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 32 orang. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Untuk pengujian menggunakan program Statistical Program for Social Science SPSS versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangakan motivasi kerja bukan variabel moderasi antara variable Perceived Organizational Support dan variable kinerja karyawan.

Leaflet merupakan salah satu bentuk promosi yang sangat diperlukan dalam bidang pariwisata. Cara promosi ini di pandang perlu dilakukan agar kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara menuju objek-objek pariwisata khususnya dipokdarwis pulorejo bisa meningkat.metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara memberikan arahan teknis serta mendampingi dalam pembuatan leaflet. Untuk icon destinasi yang di angkat di kelurahan pulorejo adalah kampung buah , kampung kelor, kampung cor, kesenian budaya bantengan , yang kemudian di ambil dokumntasi dan di olah untuk pembuatan leaflet ddengan aplikasi canva.

The Corona outbreak has hit various joints of the economy. The spread of the virus, which requires human activities to be carried out through social distancing (social distancing) and at an extreme level, taking lockdown steps will have an impact on slowing economic activity (supply and demand) This study aims to identify the economic subsector that can survive and even increase amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses the System Literature Review (SLR), by examining several sources used as material in searching and obtaining literature including articles, electronic media and the web. These sources are used as the basis for analyzing and drawing conclusions in making the results of the study. The results of the research on the identification of economic subsectors that can increase in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic show that the economic sectors that are able to survive and actually experience an increase in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic are the agriculture , plantation, livestock, forestry and fisheries sectors. In terms of the subsector, the increase occurred in plantation crops driven by harvests in strategic plantation commodities including oil palm, cocoa and cloves. Then, the fisheries subsector is also projected to increase in line with decreasing rainfall that affects catches. Other economic sectors that are projected to survive are the electricity, gas and clean water sectors, as they are the basic needs of the community on a daily basis.

The teacher's job is to educate and teach students. Teaching and learning activities are certainly not easy. Unachieved learning is caused by many factors including less than optimal teacher delivery, unacceptable learning methods, less fun learning models, so students become bored and learning motivation decreases. Of course there is a special way for teachers to deal with this problem which is better known as Classroom Action Research (CAR), but the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing and compiling this PTK so that teachers rarely use PTK on the grounds that it is difficult and cannot do it. For this reason, the purpose of this community service is to assist teachers in writing PTK using the Mendeley application, which teachers generally do not know, for Middle and High School Al-Qur'an an-Nawawiy Sooko Mojokerto teachers. The method used in this activity is in the form of training through lectures, question and answer and discussion as well as direct practice. The expected result of this service is that teachers for each subject can submit PTK articles in National Journals with ISSNs, with a maximum target time of 1 (one) month from carrying out the service and mentoring.
