Abstract

Financial distress merupakan suatu kondisi dimana perusahaan berada dalam keadaan tidak sehat. Financial distress ini terjadi karena ada beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu jumlah kewajiban yang terlalu besar dan aktivitas sehingga perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi financial distress pada perusahaan sektor utama menggunakan Altman Z-Score. Populasi yang digunakan sebagai bahan penelitian adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor utama yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 (lima puluh) perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi logistik dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap 5 (lima) hipotesis yang dilakukan, disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Working Capital to Total Asset, Retained Earning to total asset, Earning before interest and tax to total asset, Market value of equity to book value of debt, Sales to total asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

The impact of capital structure, good corporate governance, and intellectual capital on financial performance and firm value is examined in this study. The impact of financial performance on the value of a company. Examine the impact of capital structure, corporate governance, and intellectual capital on a company's financial performance. There were 193 financial reports in this study, with a sample size of 62 financial reports. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. SEM-PLS is the analysis method used. The findings show that capital structure, good corporate governance, and intellectual capital have a positive and significant impact on financial performance and firm value. Firm value is influenced by financial performance in a positive and significant way. Good corporate governance and intellectual capital have a small but significant impact on firm value through financial performance. Through financial performance, capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value

Abstract

Humans who are fragmented in their souls or (split personality) are easily infested with mental poisons, so we need detolks in the form of alms. We investigate the influence of religiosity, attitudes and subjective norms on alms awareness and impact on corporate age through the role of the hormone serotonin. Because the characteristics of PT Haji La Tunrung's ownership are family ownership and are currently directed by second generation family members, it is interesting to be chosen as the object of research. We believe that owners, managers and employees can provide accurate and quality information (purposive sampling) and analyze data using WarpPLS 7.0. We find that the better religiosity, attitudes and subjective norms the higher the awareness of charity and the age of corporations increases. Sadaqah awareness can increase the hormone serotonin. Therefore, the hormone serotonin can increase self-confidence for individuals and corporations and performance is good so that the age of corporations increases. We also find that higher levels of formal education are not the only determinant of alms awareness.

Abstract

The theme of this research is organizational performance: job motivation, job satisfaction and productivity. A sample of 64 employees uses random sampling to collect data. This study uses questionnaires to collect data and provides direct questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technology in this study uses SmartPLS 3 analysis tools for path analysis. The results show that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational performance, and there is also a positive correlation between job satisfaction and productivity. Path analysis found that motivation and job satisfaction had no effect on organizational performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that productivity is not an intervention variable between job satisfaction motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on banking performance, (2) the effect of TQM practices on banking performance, (3) the influence of leadership and TQM on the performance of Islamic banking in Makassar City. This research is quantitative. The population of this research is all permanent employees in Islamic banks as many as 265 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique was simple random sampling, while the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.234, sig 0.044. 2) TQM has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.455, a sig value 0.000. 3) Leadership and TQM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks in Makassar City where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.264 or 26.40%.

Abstract

Research This aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style variables on employee job satisfaction, (2) The influence of work environment variables on job satisfaction, (3) The influence of leadership style variables on employee performance, (4) The influence of work environment variables on employee performance, (5) The influence of job satisfaction variables on employee performance, (6) The influence of leadership style variables on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and (7) The influence of work environment on employee performance through job decision as a mediating variable at PT.Saktijaya Artha Pratama Makassar. The population in this study were employees of PT. Saktijaya Artha Pratama, totaling 45 employees. The sampling method in this study used the Nonprobability Sampling approach. The method of collecting observation data and questionnaires. The results of this study were that leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect directly on satisfaction. work, but don't yes leadership and work environment do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKKebersihan lingkungan merupakan pintu gerbang dalam mencapai hidup yang sehat. Kesadaran tentang pengetahuan hidup bersih dan sehat sangat penting dan sehat sangat penting bagi masyarakat yang ada diperkotaan maupun  pedesaan. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di desa mambulilling masih sangat rendah diamati dari sampah yang berserakan dilingkungan serta tidak tersedianya tempat sampah dirumah maupun ditempat umum. Dengan adanya program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya serta mengajarkan membuat tempat sampah dari bambu dengan memamfaatkan sumber daya alam yaitu bambu. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dalam penyampainnya menggunakan metode diskusi, penyuluhan dan aksi lapangan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu bertambahnya wawasan masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan dampak-dampak buruk dari membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga masyarakat mulai berkomunikasi untuk menjaga tempat tinggal mereka. Sampah merupakan bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Sampah adalah benda/zat sisa yang sudah tidak terpakai. Seharusnya sampah mendapat perhatian dan penanganan yang serius. Namun karena kurangnya pengertian masyarakat desa mambulilling dan pemerintah, setempat, juga kurangnya biaya dan pendapatan sebagian besar masyarakat desa mambulilling, maka masalah sampah ini menjadi terabaikan. Saat ini sebagian masyarakat telah mengetahui dampak buruk sampah, antara lain menyebakan banjir, penyakit dan bau yang dapat mengganggu kehidupan, tapi hal ini tidak diimbangi oleh perilaku masyarakatnya sendiri. Kata kunci: sehat; bersih; sampah. ABSTRACTEnvironmental cleanliness is the gateway to achieving a healthy life. Awareness of the knowledge of clean and healthy living is very important and very important for people in urban and rural areas. The lack of public awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness in the village of Mambulilling is still very low, observed from the garbage scattered around the environment and the unavailability of trash bins at home or in public places. With this community service program, it aims to increase knowledge and increase public awareness to dispose of waste in its place and teach how to make bamboo trash cans by utilizing natural resources, namely bamboo. In its delivery, this community service activity uses the method of discussion, counseling and field action. The result of this service is increasing public insight about the benefits and bad effects of littering so that people begin to communicate to protect their place of residence. Garbage is a part of human life. Garbage is an unused waste object / substance. Garbage should get serious attention and handling. However, due to the lack of understanding of the Mambulilling village community and the local government, as well as the lack of funds and income for most of the Mambulilling village community, this waste problem has been neglected. Currently, some people are aware of the bad effects of waste, including flooding, disease and odors that can disrupt life, but this is not offset by the behavior of the community itself. Key words: healthy; clean; trash.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja, 2.Apakah motivasi berpengarug terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, 3. Apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4. Apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5. Apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6. Apakah Kepemimpinan yang di mediasi disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 7. Apakah Motivasi yang dimediasi disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitik beratkan pada pengujian hipotesis. pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Prov. Sulsel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 121 responden, Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara serempak maupun secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Demikian juga kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai serta disiplin kerja sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan semua hipotesis terbukti. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This training activity aims to improve the competence of MSME actors in the field of business management and marketing, especially e-commerce marketing. The training was conducted in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi, where the participants were business actors, especially MSME businesses. There were 20 participants who took part in this activity. This activity method is carried out with a training model in the form of counseling about business management and the selection of marketing strategies, especially the right e-commerce marketing. Then the next activity is to carry out a mentoring process in the form of consultation for 6 months. The results obtained by the participants are the knowledge of the products being sold is getting better. The conclusion in this activity is that there are several obstacles that have made it difficult for the trainees to increase their business and compete in the market. From the results of direct and indirect observations, it is indicated that these obstacles are such as business management and their ignorance of e-commerce technology and the use of inappropriate marketing strategies. And the mentoring process carried out made it easier for participants to apply the knowledge they got. The results of this activity will be used as a role model for the campus to carry out similar activities in other places. As well as being a reference material for other parties who carry out community service activities.
