Abstract

In order to encourage the adoption of innovations biosecurity atlayer farmers, it requires an understanding of innovation adoptionbiosecurity layer and its influencing factors. This research aims to determineadoption of innovation level of biosecurity layer and its influencing factors.The Method is biosecurity weighting which consists of layer sourcesbiosecurity, disrupt animal biosecurity, guests and workers biosecurity, sickanimal biosecurity, feed biosecurity, waste biosecurity and egg cratesbiosecurity, while the adoption innovation influencing factors use infrensialstatistics with test F and t test. The Results show the innovation adoptionlevel of biosecurity layer are low in Sidrap on disrupt animal biosecurity asmany as 59 people or 67.82%, guests and workers biosecurity consists of 59people or 67.82%, while for the factors that influence the level of adoption ofinnovation is scale effort and behavior control. The conclusion is There aretwo factors that affect the level of adoption innovation layer in Sidrap, Thefirst is The Enhancement of adoption innovation biosecurity can be startedon a larger scale and the second is The ability to control his behavior.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan minuman dan makanan bergizi membuka peluang bagi perusahaan komoditi peternakan terutama komoditi susu, yangmana sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang selain harganya terjangkau dan mudah dikonsumsi. Saat ini banyak sekali bermunculan merek susu dengan berbagai rasa, desain, dan memberikan kualitas yang bagus dan harga yang cukup bersaing, diantaranya susu kental manis Frisian Flag dan Omela. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap konsumen terhadap Frisian Flag dan susu kental manis Omela di Lotte Mart Mall Panakkukang Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 2 bulan yaitu pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2020. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan ukuran sikap multiatribut Fishbein, yaitu Ao = bi x ei, dimana: Ao (sikap terhadap susu kental manis), bi (kekuatan keyakinan terhadap susu kental manis), misalnya kandungan nutrisi, dengan atribut i (rasa, harga, kesesuaian, kemasan, merek, kandungan nutrisi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan enam atribut yang dievaluasi, merek dan kandungan gizi memiliki skor sikap tertinggi. Kepercayaan responden terhadap atribut merek dan kandungan gizi susu kental manis Omela memiliki skor sikap yang lebih tinggi daripada Frisian Flag. Artinya konsumen setuju dengan atribut susu kental manis Omela dibandingkan dengan susu kental manis Frisian Flag.

Abstract

This training activity aims to improve the competence of MSME actors in the field of business management and marketing, especially e-commerce marketing. The training was conducted in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi, where the participants were business actors, especially MSME businesses. There were 20 participants who took part in this activity. This activity method is carried out with a training model in the form of counseling about business management and the selection of marketing strategies, especially the right e-commerce marketing. Then the next activity is to carry out a mentoring process in the form of consultation for 6 months. The results obtained by the participants are the knowledge of the products being sold is getting better. The conclusion in this activity is that there are several obstacles that have made it difficult for the trainees to increase their business and compete in the market. From the results of direct and indirect observations, it is indicated that these obstacles are such as business management and their ignorance of e-commerce technology and the use of inappropriate marketing strategies. And the mentoring process carried out made it easier for participants to apply the knowledge they got. The results of this activity will be used as a role model for the campus to carry out similar activities in other places. As well as being a reference material for other parties who carry out community service activities.

Abstract

The problem formulation of this paper is the Tri Dharma College that is and how the Tri Dharma Colleges are answering the challenges of globalization today. The purpose of this paper writing is to find out the definition of Tri Dharma College and to know how Tri Dharma colleges are addressing the challenges of today's globalization era. Entering the 21st century there are four trends of change that will affect the patterns of life. Globalization era will continue and we are therein. No rules whatsoever of any country can prevent globalization. Therefore, the state-of-the-being intellectuals in the country must prepare to confront them. One is know and understand about the three pillars of the basic mindset and the obligation for students that is Tri Dharma College. Tri Dharma Colleges is the basis of mindset and which becomes a duty for students. The responsibility given to the student is in Tri Dharma, because students have an important position for this country in the face of this globalization era. Through education and teaching become a qualified graduates who are able to deal with the excitement of the dynamics of globalization, do research and development, and the latter understand what needs community through devotion to society.

Abstract

Activities and learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Rambah have not been satisfactory. For this reason, efforts are needed to increase students' Indonesian learning activities and outcomes by applying the Group to Group Exchange (GGE) learning method. The purpose of this study was to explain the process of improving students' Indonesian learning outcomes in short stories material in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency with the Group to Group Exchange (GGE) learning method. The type of this research is classroom action research (PTK). on short story material. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Rambah. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research instrument was in the form of student activity observation sheets, and learning outcomes test sheets. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to see the improvement in student learning outcomes. The results showed that the Group to Group Exchange (GGE) learning method could improve student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the students' learning completeness in the first cycle, which is 75.00% in the second cycle, increasing to 81.25%. The conclusion of this study is that the Group to Group Exchange (GGE) learning method can improve students' Indonesian learning outcomes on short story material in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Rambah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara langsung mengenai masalah Kahi’ Pura sebagai Pernikahan Passaampo Siri’ Studi Kasus di Desa Barambang Kecamatan Sinjai Borong Kabupaten Sinjai. Dikaji berdasarkan Analisis Perbandingan Imam Mazhab dan Hukum Adat bertujuan untuk mengetahui hakekat Kahi’ Pura Sebagai pernikahan Passampo Siri’ serta mengetahui dampak dari pernikahan Kahi’ pura sebagai passampo siri’. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif yaitu analisis yang menggambarkan suatu keadaan ataupun fenomena dengan kata-kata atau kalimat kemudian dipisahkan menurut kategori untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang menjadi populasi adalah masyarakat yang memiliki wewenang serta yang bersangkutan (pelaku) didaerah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Hakikat atau dasar dari Kahi’ Pura sebagai pernikahan Passampo Siri’ adalah untuk menutupi rasa malu, yang apabila tidak dinikahkan akan menimbulkan masalah bagi pihak keluarga, terutama bagi pihak perempuan. Adapun dampak dari pernikahan Kahi Pura sebagai Passampo Siri apabila tidak dilaksanakan akan menjadi aib serta keluarganya dipandang rendah oleh masyarakat sekitar. Pandangan imam mazhab tentang kahi’ pura ialah seperti halnya kahi’ pura tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan nikah mut’ah apabila diqiyaskan dalam hukumnya. Sedangkan menurut hukum adat tidak dikenal fiksi seperti dalam hukum perdata. Di Desa Barambang apabila ada salah satu masyarakat yang melakukan perzinahan diluar nikah dan sampai menghamili perempuan tersebut maka cara penyelesaiannya dengan harus dinikahkan secara kahi’ pura sebagai passampo siri’ untuk menutup aib terhadap kedua belah pihak keluarga.Kata kunci: Kahi’ Pura, Passampo Siri’, Hukum Adat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the productivity performance appraisal of employees working in the office staffing agency Sidrap district and to determine the factors that affect the assessment of the performance of employee productivity in the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sidenreng Rappang. The study design used in this research is descriptive quantitative by focusing on the influence of performance appraisal. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sidenreng Rappang. The methods of data collection are observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The collected data is then processed and analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis with frequency table. Based on the research we concluded that indicators of employee performance evaluation at the district office staffing bada Sidrap with 75.73% considered good value and employee productivity indicators at district office staffing agency Sidrap at 74.77% while the value factors affect the assessment of the performance of employee productivity in the Office of the Regional employment Board Sidenreng Rappang rated 66.38% considered good.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kedisiplinan dan etika terhadap kinerja pegawai aparatus sipil negara. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada Kantor Pemerintah Kecamatan Tamalate, Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berstatus Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate dan Kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Tamalate yang berjumlah 77 orang. Karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit, maka metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yakni penggunaan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber aslinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah mentode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.23.00 untuk mengolah data.Ada beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini seperti uji uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji partial dan uji determinasi. Terdapat 4 hipotesis yang di uji kan dalam penelitian ini dan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, etika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, secara simultan motivasi, kedisiplinan dan etika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keywords : Motivasi, kedisiplinan, etika, kinerja
