Abstract

Persaingan bisnis retail yang semakin meningkat menuntut para pebisnis untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif agar dapat mempertahankan pangsa pasarnya. Salah satu bisnis retail yang sedang marak di Indonesia yaitu Carrefour. Carrefour memiliki pelanggan yang sangat loyal dibandingkan dengan hypermarket yang lain. Namun, Carrefour tentu harus mempertahankan atau meningkatkan performance agar dapat mewujudkan customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction berkaitan dengan customer loyalty. Untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction, Carrefour berupaya untuk dapat meningkatkan service quality. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi service quality terhadap customer satisfaction yang berdampak pada customer loyalty dalam memilih hypermarket. Objek penelitian yaitu pelanggan Carrefour kota besar di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel data dilakukan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling yang termasuk dalam nonprobability sampling. Data jawaban responden yang merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan Carrefour, diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu variabel service quality berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Kata kunci: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Along with the obstacles in running a business, especially in building and maintaining a sustainable relationship with suppliers, a business must struggle to keep it going well. As we know, that supplier plays an important role in the success of a company in the smooth process of business. It is influenced by the performance of both parties between suppliers and companies. The purpose of research is to test and analyze the factors that affect the information sharing to relationship satisfaction that can impact on business performance. The object of research is the head of Indomaret store in 31 districts in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research method. Respondents' data is processed and analyzed using data analysis method that is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on variance which can simultaneously perform testing of measurement model as well as testing of structural model that is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this research shows that (1) information sharing significantly affect relationship satisfaction (2) information sharing does not significantly affect business performance (3) relationship satisfaction significantly affect business performance.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia :Seiring dengan adanya hambatan dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis khususnya dalam membangun dan membina hubungan yang berkelanjutan dengan pemasok, maka sebuah bisnis harus berjuang untuk dapat tetap berjalan dengan baik. Seperti yang diketahui, bahwa pemasok memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam kelancaran proses bisnis. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dari kedua belah pihak yaitu antara pemasok dan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi information sharing terhadap relationship satisfaction yang dapat berdampak pada business performance. Objek penelitian yaitu kepala toko Indomaret yang ada di 31 kecamatan yang ada di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data jawaban responden diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis varian yang secara simultan dapat melakukan pengujian model pengukuran sekaligus pengujian model struktural yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) berbagi informasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap relationship satisfaction (2) berbagi informasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis (3) relationship satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap business performance.

Abstract

This research will discuss obstacles in producing the optimal number of nickel, this is related to the performance of the supplier. The object of this research is PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. supplier companies incorporated the law of PT and CV, as well as the minimum of two years has become an active supplier. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze all variables that affect the supplier performance, such as supplier trust, supplier commitment, information sharing and collaboration. The research method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on GeSCA (General Structured Component Analysis). The result from the research obtained that supplier commitment variable affect supplier performance through information sharing and collaboration, while the variable of supplier trust has no effect to measure supplier performance.

Abstract

The sharing economy is a peer-to-peer activity in which people can obtain, provide, or share access to goods and service facilitated by a community-based online platform. However, transaction activities in e-commerce platforms frequently result in a slew of issues, including a lack of security for customer privacy data, fraud, and other risks that reduce consumers' willingness to make repeat purchases in e-commerce. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect repurchase intentions, such as information quality, transaction security, and trust. Quantitative methods are used to solve the hypothesis. The research data was collected employing a questionnaire distributed to 160 customers who had shopped on the e-commerce platform. Questionnaire data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that the quality of information and transaction security has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions in e-commerce
