Abstract

Karet alam dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas yang tinggi, tetapi semakin bertambahnya kadar karet alam pada campuran perkerasan menyebabkan nilai flow yang semakin tinggi, sedangkan penggunaan filler abu terbang batu bara menghasilkan nilai flow yang semakin rendah di setiap penambahan kadar filler abu terbang batu bara, oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkombinasikan dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih memuaskan, maka penelitian ini menambahkan karet alam dengan menggunakan filler abu terbang batu bara pada campuran perkerasan AC–WC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan variasi kadar aspal 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5% dan 7%. Sampel benda uji yang dibuat berjumlah 5 benda uji tiap kadar aspal dan didapatkan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) sebesar 6% kemudian di variasikan dengan kadar karet alam sebesar 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, dan 10. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan Kadar Karet Alam Optimum (KKAO) sebesar 8%. Dari KKAO tersebut didapatkan nilai Stabilitas 1191,2 kg, Flow 3,55%, VIM 3,98%, VMA 17,61%, Marshall Quotient 335,8 kg/mm, VFA 77,35%. Semua hasil pengujian pada KKAO memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi AC–WC yang telah ditetapkan oleh peraturan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga 2018.

Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi darat yang terpenting dalam menumbuhkan, mendukung, dan memperlancar laju pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah.menyikapi hal tersebut pembangunan dan pengembangan ruas jalan menjadi salah satu prioritas pembangunan nasional.salah satu pembangunan jalan yang bisa dilakukan pemerintah ialah dengan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas jalan itu sendiri.Ruas jalan Maruni – Mameh kabupaten Manokwari dengan panjang jalan 4,433 km merupakan salah satu jalan nasional dan termasuk dalam jalan arteri berdasarkan klasifikasi jalan fungsional di Indonesia dengan sistem jaringan jalan primer. Ruas jalan tersebut merupakan jalan luar kota yang mempunyai tipe jalan 1 jalur,2 arah,2 lajur yang mana jalan tersebut terletak di bagian selatan kabupaten Manokwari dan sebagai akses jalan untuk menghubungkan daerah-daerah antar kabupaten/kota dan provinsi.disamping itu sebagai sarana penghubung untuk kepentingan masyarakat kabupaten Manokwari secara umum dan lebih khusus untuk masyarakat Maruni-Mameh dan sekitarnya.Dari hasil data lapangan serta perhitungan perencanaan perkerasan lentur pembangunan ruas jalan Maruni - Mameh kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat diperoleh perencanaan perkerasan lentur menggunakan laston untuk umur rencana 10 tahun dengan tebal Lapisan AC-WC = 4 cm, AC-BC = 6 cm, Lapisan Fondasi Atas (LFA) Agregat kelas A = 40 cm, dan Bahu jalan (sirtu) = 40 cm dengan perkiraan Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar Rp.15.445.669.878,69 termasuk PPN 10%.

Abstract

Swalayan Sardo terletak di Jl. Gajayana Kelurahan Dinoyo, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Dengan adanya Swalayan Sardo ini pastinya menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan pergerakan lalu lintas pada simpang di sekitar kawasan Swalayan Sardo. Di persimpangan ini sering terjadi konflik lalu lintas yang terjadi sepanjang hari khususnya saat jam puncak. Salah satu penyebabnya karena padatnya volume arus lalu lintas yang melintasi persimpangan ini.Tulisan ini diperlukan beberapa data yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang diperlukan yakni data volume lalu lintas dan data geometrik jalan. Sedangkan data sekunder yakni data luas bangunan. Analisa kinerja simpang bersinyal menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014. Hasil analisa diketahui bahwa, tarikan dan bangkitan Swalayan Sardo di dapatkan nilai jumlah kendaraan masuk terbesar pada hari minggu sebesar 2263 kend/hari dan keluar sebesar 2224 kend/hari dengan persentase sepeda motor 94% dan mobil sebesar 6%. Hasil kinerja simpang Gajayana dengan volume kendaraan tertinggi pada hari Sabtu 13 April 2019 sebesar 3850,07 skr/jam, kapasitas 2929,85 skr/jam, dengan derajat kejenuhan 1,31, panjang antrian berdasarkan hasil analisa PKJI 2014 didapat 148,2 m dan tundaan simpang sebesar 138,74 det/skr dengan tingkat pelayanan F. Besar pengaruh dampak adanya Swalayan Sardo Kota Malang terhadap kinerja simpang Gajayana sebesar 3%. Besarnya derajat kejenuhan pada simpang Gajayana tidak dipengaruhi oleh dampak adanya Swalayan Sardo, tetapi dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan arus lalu lintas dan pengaruh dari bangkitan atau tarikan dari tempat yang lain disekitar kawasan permukiman Swalayan Sardo Kota Malang.

Abstract

Transportasi yang baik adalah transportasi yang menjamin keselamatan, aman, nyaman dan ketepatan waktu, salah satu permasalahan transportasi adalah perlintasan sebidang antara jalan raya dan perlintasan kereta api. Perlintasan kereta api di Satsui Tubun merupakan perlintasan yang berdekatan dengan simpang tak bersinyal, dimana pada jam jam tertentu saat kereta melintas panjang antrian yang disebabkan penutupan pintu perlintasan dapat mengganggu kinerja simpang tak bersinyal. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja simpang saat palang pintu perlintasan kereta api ditutup, perlu dilakukan analisa sehingga didapat solusi alternatif untuk mengurangi masalah yang terjadi pada simpang. Pada studi ini dilakukan survei volume pada hari Senin, Rabu dan Sabtu, panjang antrian saat kereta melintas. Analisa menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014 untuk perhitungan derajat kejenuhan, peluang antrian, dan tundaan. Untuk evaluasi tingkat pelayanan menggunakan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 96 tahun 2016. Hasil Analisa pada saat palang perlintasan kereta api ditutup didapat panjang antrian maksimum terjadi pada pukul 17:15 dengan panjang antrian sebesar 191 m dengan tingkat pelayanan F. Pada jam puncak sore didapat nilai tundaan yang cukup besar dengan tingkat pelayanan F. Alternatif yang dipilih untuk permasalahan saat pintu perlintasan kereta api ditutup dan simpang tak bersinyal adalah dengan melakukan pemasangan lampu lalu lintas 2 fase dengan pelebaran jalan sebesar 2 meter pada pendekat utara dan selatan, pelebaran 2 meter pada pendekat perlintasan dan sinyal lampu lintas akan dikoordinasikan dengan kedatangan kereta pada jam- jam tertentu. Pada alternatif II didapat hasil pada jam puncak sore tundaan sebesar 24,49 det/skr dengan tingkat pelayanan C.

Abstract

Batu City is also known as the City of Apples and City of Tourism, where the city has many tourist attractions. Batu City cannot be separated from social and environmental problems that are getting worse in quality. The deteriorating quality of the environment results in environmental instability, so that it will also affect the existing transportation system. To improve the intersection performance, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the performance of the intersection so that an alternative is obtained for the intersection problem. The analysis and evaluation were carried out based on PKJI 2014. The processed data were obtained from the survey results on March 21, 2020. The results of the analysis of the performance of the existing intersection with PKJI 2014 obtained that the maximum degree of saturation occurred at the peak of the morning, namely 1.01> 0.85. The maximum queue opportunity occurs at the peak of the morning, which is 80.36%. And the maximum delay at peak hours of the morning is 40.31 sec / cur> 15 sec / cur with service level E. The alternative chosen for the intersection problem of Jl.Raya Dadaprejo - Jl.Ir Soekarno is to use traffic signal lights with 2 phases without doing any geometric widening. This alternative gets the value of the maximum degree of saturation at peak hours of the morning of 0.81 <0.85, the maximum delay occurs at peak hours of the afternoon of 14.590 sec / cur <15 sec / cur with service level B, and the maximum queue length occurs at peak hours. afternoon which is 56 m <120 m.

Abstract

One of the intersections with high traffic volume and density is the intersection of Jl. S. Supriadi - Jl. Raya Kepuh - Jl. Klayatan III, Malang City. The location of this intersection is close to the Kanjuruhan University campus so that it has complex traffic and a high level of traffic density. The condition of the intersection at peak hours there is a long queue at the leg of the intersection, for this reason this study evaluates the performance of the intersection and makes efforts to improve the intersection performance. The location of the survey is at the intersection of three Jl. S. Supriadi - Jl. Raya Kepuh - Jl. Klayatan III, Malang City. The analysis was carried out on the degree of saturation, queue length and delay. As the basis for analysis, the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) are used. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of a survey conducted for 3 days, namely Saturday, March 7 2020, Monday, March 9, 2020 and Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in the form of traffic volume and road geometrics. The results of the analysis show that, the intersection has no signal Jl. S. Supriadi - Jl. Raya Kepuh - Jl. Klayatan III Malang City, which is currently an intersection with no signal, gives poor performance, namely service level F, queue length, 362.105 m and average delay (-3,123). The results of the evaluation show that the intersection has met the requirements for installing traffic control lights. The Traffic Signaling Tool (APIL) is planned to use 2 phases and to widen the geometric road by 50cm on the left and 50cm on the right side of Jl. S. Supriadi and Jl. Raya Kepuh. This recommended solution obtained the value of the degree of saturation (DJ) = 0.491 to 0.798, the maximum average delay of 10.857 s / vehicle with service level B and the maximum queue length of 105.691 m.

Abstract

The intersection of Jalan Ki ageng Gribig - Jalan Muharto is one of the intersections affected by the access to the Sawojajar toll gate in Malang City. So, it is necessary to have a study on the intersection of Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig-Jalan Muharto related to the impact of the access to the Sawojajar toll gate in order to provide a repair solution to the intersection. Therefore, in this study an analysis of the impact of the Sawojajar toll gate access to the intersection performance of Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig and Jalan Muharto, Malang City is conducted. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct field survey results for 3 days of observation in the form of road geometric data and traffic volume data. The survey location is at the intersection of Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig and Jalan Muharto. The survey was carried out on the conditions before and after the operation of the Sawojajar toll gate access. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from BPS Malang City and data from previous research. The analysis was carried out on the degree of saturation, queue length and delay. The 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) were used as the basis for analysis. The impact of the Sawojajar toll gate access on the performance of the intersection of Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig and Jalan Muharto before and after the operation of the toll gate access, namely before the operation of the Sawojajar toll gate access, the maximum queue length was 149.622 m. The maximum delay value is 137.8834 s / vehicle and the maximum degree of saturation is 1.319 or ≥ 0.85. And after the Sawojajar toll gate access operates, the maximum queue length is 295,326 m. And the value of the maximum degree of saturation is 1.718 or ≥ 0.85. This shows that the performance of the intersection is no longer able to serve traffic flow properly. After analyzing calculations using the 2014 Indonesia Road Capacity Guidelines reference, it was concluded to make improvements to the intersection by installing traffic lights or traffic light signals by using a 2-phase alternative with a geometric widening of 1 meter each at each intersection approach. The intersection performance with the installation of traffic lights obtained a maximum queue length of 194.626 m, and a maximum delay size of 11.392 sec / vehicle, and a maximum degree of saturation value of 0.846 ≤ 0.85, or fulfilling the requirements with service level B. So with the installation of this traffic light, The intersection is expected to be able to serve traffic flow well.

Abstract

RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is the hospital chosen by Purwokerto residents for treatment. The increasing number of patients will increase the number of parking areas needed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capacity of parking spaces at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The research method used is the Cordon Count by recording the number plate and time of the vehicle entering and leaving the parking area of ​​Prof. Dr. The survey was conducted for 3 days, namely Sunday 15 March 2020, Monday 09 March 2020 and Wednesday 11 March 2020 starting at 07.00 - 20.00 WIB. Based on the results of data analysis, the number of vehicles in the car park area is 328 vehicles, for motorbikes 677 vehicles. Maximum parking volume for cars is 1009 vehicles. For motorbikes 2091 vehicles .. Maximum turnover parking for cars is 3.76 vehicles / space / 13 hours. For motorbikes, 1.53 vehicles / space / 13 hours. The maximum parking occupancy percentage for cars is 122% at 11.45-12.00 WIB. For motorbikes 50% at 11.30-11.45 WIB. The highest parking duration for cars occurs for 0 - 15 minutes with 155 vehicles. For motorbikes, the highest occurs for 0-15 minutes 241 vehicles. The highest incoming and outgoing headway values ​​for cars were 1.83 and 1.75 minutes. For motorbikes 0.62 and 0.56 minutes. The need for parking space (KRP) for four-wheeled vehicles is 4100 m2. The parking area for the car is 3350 m2 which means that it is still not enough to accommodate the parked vehicles, the solution is to transfer the car to the motorcycle parking area. For motorbikes, 1015 m2 can still accommodate parked vehicles.

Abstract

The increasing need for transportation has resulted in congestion points at several intersections with signals that are close to each other. So this, evaluation was carried out to increase the level of service at both intersections by conducting analysis, evaluation, modeling using PKJI 2014 and PTV Vissim 11. The result from the analysis using PKJI 2014 is that the level of service for both intersections is D. After considering a few alternatives the level of service for both intersections is now C. From a few alternatives, the most effective is to do road widening using PTV Vissim 11 for each arm where the queue lenght at both intersections decreases. The Sulfat Intersection northern approach 65,68 m, eastern 27,20 m, southern 20,44 m, turn right to the south 24,37 m, western 9,6 m and for the Ciliwung Intersection northern approach 74,88 m, eastern 1,66 m, southern 63,98 m, western 30,56 m.

Abstract

Transportation is the movement or movement of people or goods from one place to another. Accumulation of vehicles that occurs will cause problems in the transportation movement system, such as delays or congestion. To find out the impact of U-turn facilities on the performance of national roads (primary collectors), it is necessary to carry out the evacuation, analysis of road performance and turnaround performance in order to obtain alternative solutions to problems to reduce traffic conflicts at the turnaround facility. Evaluation and analysis were carried out based on PJKI 2014 and PPPB 2005. The data used were obtained from a survey on March 17, 2020. The results obtained by using PKJI 2014 and PPPB 2005 are the degree of saturation in the north (Malang-Surabaya) 0.46 <0.75 and the degree of saturation towards the south (Surabaya-Malang) 0.72 <0.75. The travel speed in the north (Malang-Surabaya) is 59 km / hour and the travel speed in the south (Surabaya-Malang) is 52 km / hour. The highest turnaround performance occurred at the turnaround in front of the Mondoroko Singosari gas station with a volume of 133 Skr / hour, a queue length of 19.8 m and a delay of 180 seconds. The alternative chosen was to close several return rounds, the result of the alternative was a reduction in the number of return facilities from 12 points to 6 points, a decrease in queue length and a delay at a high-performance turn-around facility, namely a return turn in front of the Mondoroko Singosari gas station with a volume of 133 Skr. / hour, the queue length is 19.8 m and a delay of 180 seconds. After the turnaround was closed and merged into one with the reverse turn in front of Marsudi Waluyo Singosari Hospital and SMKN 1 Singosari, the volume was found to be 66 cur / hour, queue length 15.75 m and a delay of 53 seconds.
