Abstract

Dalam era modern ini, penyediaan tenaga listrik yang andal adalah suatu kebutuhan mendasar untuk mendukung berbagai aktivitas manusia. Kubikel 20 kV (kilovolt) merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang memainkan peran kunci dalam menjaga stabilitas dan ketersediaan pasokan listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis menyeluruh terhadap kubikel 20 kV dalam konteks distribusi tenaga listrik. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan survei lapangan, pengumpulan data operasional kubikel, dan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak simulasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan sejumlah temuan signifikan. Pertama, kubikel 20 kV yang telah beroperasi selama bertahun-tahun menunjukkan tanda-tanda penuaan yang perlu mendapatkan perawatan preventif secara berkala. Kedua, analisis beban bekerja selama periode tertentu mengidentifikasi fluktuasi beban yang mempengaruhi kinerja kubikel, menyoroti pentingnya perencanaan beban yang tepat. Selain itu, evaluasi kegagalan kubikel selama periode pengamatan mengungkapkan jenis dan frekuensi kegagalan yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran tentang praktik pemeliharaan yang tepat dan strategi penggantian kubikel yang efisien. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah peningkatan keandalan dan efisiensi sistem distribusi tenaga listrik. Studi ini juga memberikan panduan bagi operator dan pemilik jaringan listrik untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja kubikel 20 kV dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat akan pasokan listrik yang stabil dan handal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of representative speech acts used by students and lecturers of Geography education at the Nineteen November Kolaka University in carrying out their final assignment guidance. This type of research is qualitative using the content analysis method, which focuses on the types of speech of students and lecturers. Data collection techniques using observation, record and notes. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that there are 8 types of representative speech acts used by students and lecturers of Geography education in conducting final assignment guidance, namely representative speech acts of retrodictive, descriptive, informative, confirmative, retractive, dissentive, disputative, suggestive, in this study were not found predictive and suppositive types.

Abstract

This research objective to describe and analyze the Principal Coaching Strategies in improving the quality of education. This research was carried out in Private Aliyah Madrasa Al-Amin District Labokeo Southern Wowoni island with the informant's research is the principal and the teachers in the school. The approach used is descriptive qualitative in-depth interview by (deep interview) and documentation, to the informant as the primary data collection techniques. Through the technique of determination of informants in snowball obtained the main informant the principal and teachers at Private schools. While secondary data on Madrasah Aliyah documents obtained from the private Al-Amin Wowoni Island Regency, South Labokeo at the relevant point of view. The research result found that strategy done by a principal in improving education covering coaching academical or supervision academic covering design program of instruction, learning, carry out commitment to work, evaluate learning, during tutoring hours to students, manage class, using media and source of learning, as well as training discipline the teacher then administrative guidance management includes teaching, management kepegawaian, management student, management facilities and infrastructures, and financial management.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the desire to explore the content of educational values in Pakeso-Keso Makassar Sinrilik performances. The main problem in this research is How is the Educational Value Contained in Pakeso-Keso Makassar Sinrilik Art Performance? This research aims to explore the educational values contained in the performance art. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature that utilises primary and secondary data. Primary data, obtained directly in the field through observation, interviews, and documentation. While secondary data, obtained from the main source in the form of Sinrilikna I Makdi Daeng Ri Makka manuscript text, and other related literature.  The results showed that there are five educational values contained in the Pakeso-Keso Makassar Sinrilik performance, namely moral, social, cultural, religious, and patriotism values. These findings provide insight into the richness of culture and educational values, especially in Makassar's traditional performing arts. In addition, the results of this study can be useful for the preservation and appreciation of the cultural heritage of ethnic groups in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of ecological changes affecting the fishermen in the coastal area of Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, and how the local knowledge of the Bajo fishermen in Kolaka manifests. The results of the study indicate that the ecological changes in the coastal area are caused by massive nickel mining activities on the coast, which have an impact on the lives of fishermen in the coastal villages of Pomalaa District, namely Hakatutobu, Tambea, Sopura, and Oko-Oko villages. The forms of ecological changes are evident in the pollution of the environment in mangroves, seagrass beds, coral reefs, and other marine biota, even the damages to the community's fisheries cultivation such as sea cucumber, seaweed, and floating cage culture. The study also found that the Bajo fishermen's community is very dilemmatic in facing this reality, and there is no choice for fishermen other than to rely on their local knowledge, search for and catch marine products as their effort to meet their needs.
