Abstract

Lecture courses in the English Language Education Study Program of STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung are still conducted in face-to-face class, so the students who do not attend lectures cannot know the pronunciation material at that time, because the Pronunciation course is a practical course in the English pronunciation system. The E-Learning Pronunciation is built so that lectures can be carried out anywhere and anytime without reducing the quality of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the students who are left behind can continue to follow the Pronunciation course material, as well as habituating students in utilizing communication and information technology. E-Learning Pronunciation is important to be built to improve the ability of students’ pronunciation when doing distance learning, so that students are clearer and more firm in understanding Pronunciation so that there are no errors in English pronunciation. Participants in this study were first semester students of English education study programs. This study uses an experimental research design with the Prototype System development method and system of testing uses Black box testing.

Abstract

E-Learning adalah salah satu hal yang harus di terapkan di sekolah, karena pada era pandemi seperti ini, murid dan guru tidak dapat bertatap muka secara langsung, karena harus mematuhi protokol-protokol kesehatan yang telah dihimbau oleh pemerintah, baik siswa maupun guru tentu saja kesulitan dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar khususnya untuk mata pelajaran yang sifatnya praktek, terlepas daripada itu E-Learning merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat diterapkan untuk membantu kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap berjalan. Mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Sepeda Motor merupakan mata pelajaran praktek pada saat pandemi mengalami kesulitan dalam proses belajar, sehingga penelitian ini untuk membantu pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara online berbasis android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dengan perancangan menggunakan UML(Unified Modeling Language). Aplikasi E-Learning ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart, Php dan Mysql sebagai basis datanya. Kata kunci: E-Learning, Android,Mata Pelajaran Praktek

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dalam dunia bisnis asuransi menuntut perusahaan agar semakin selektif dalam proses pemilihan perusahaan asuransi terutama kesehatan. Semakin beragamnya penawaran yang diberikan perusahaan asuransi membuat para manajemen PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk, sulit untuk menentukan mana perusahaan asuransi yang memenuhi standar dan kriteria yang ada, sehingga proses pemilihan perusahaan asuransi memakan waktu yang lama dan terkadang perusahaan asuransi yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Perusahaan Asuransi terbaik PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk membantu Manajer serta Staff HR untuk mengelola data perusahaan asuransi dan memberikan rekomendasi perusahaan asuransi terbaik berdasarkan metode perhitungan Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making. Sistem yang dibuat mampu melakukan perekaman data-data perusahaan asuransi, data-data kriteria, data-data pengguna, melakukan perhitungan serta menampilkan laporan hasil rekomendasi perusahaan asuransi secara terurut dari nilai tertinggi hingga terendah. Sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu mempersingkat waktu serta mempermudah Manajer HR dalam mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Intisari - Instansi Kecamatan Majasari merupakan salah satu instrumen penting yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Sistem pelayanan masyarakat dan penilaian kepuasan masyarakat yang diterapkan di Kecamatan Majasari saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu masyarakat bertemu langsung dengan pegawai yang berwenang dalam menangani pelayanan masyarakat dan penilaian kepuasan masyarakat. Dengan sistem pelayanan secara konvensional tersebut maka akan banyak waktu dibutuhkan, tenaga, dan biaya, selain itu hasil yang didapatkan pun kurang efektif dan efisien. Dimana dengan sistem tersebut proses pembuatan surat-surat, kartu atau dokumen lain yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat membutuhkan waktu lama, selain itu proses tersebut akan membuat masyarakat merasa dipersulit dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, karena sistem ini mengharuskan masyarakat terlibat untuk datang langsung ke kantor Kecamatan dalam pengurusan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Berbasis Website dengan penerapan Customer Relationship Management yang dibutuhkan Instansi Kecamatan Majasari. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan model perancangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat pemodelannya. Dari Sistem yang dihasilkan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat menggunakan layanan ini secara cepat dimulai dari pelayanan kantor, proses dokumen dan memberikan informasi-informasi secara cepat dan tepat kepada masyarakat. Selain itu dengan adanya fitur penerapan Customer Relationship Management diharapkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Tidak hanya itu, sistem ini juga memberikan pelayanan kritik dan saran kepada masyarakat, karena kepuasan masyarakat menjadi faktor penting dalam terciptanya hubungan antara masyarakat dan instansi Pemerintahan. Abstract

To realize a national Geopark and a World Geopark, it is necessary to socialize and disseminate information that can be accessed by the people of Lebak Regency in particular and the wider community in general to introduce all the geological heritage that has been determined by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. Nowadays, digital information system technology has become an undeniable need, and has even become a source of information that can be accessed by all people in the world. The Bayah Dome Geopark management body in Lebak Regency does not yet have a website-based information system, so it is necessary to create a website-based Bayah Dome Geopark information system so that the Bayah Dome Geopark is known nationally and internationally.This research uses a Research and Development approach. Research procedures include: (a) analysis, (b) design, (c) implementation and (d) evaluation. Stage (a) analysis consists of two steps, namely literature study and field survey. The literature study examines concepts and theories relating to Geoparks and the Bayah Dome Geopark, while a field survey was carried out to collect data relating to the Bayah Dome Geopark. Stage (b) design is carried out by designing a website with UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is a program design based on the results obtained in the analysis stage which includes: use case diagrams, activity diagrams using the prototype system development method. In stage (c) implementation, the results of the design are outlined and implemented into a website.

Abstract

The quality of teachers can be seen from the results of their performance assessment whether they have increased or vice versa. Therefore, an objective performance appraisal system is needed, in addition to reviewing performance results, the assessment system can also be a reference for determining the best teacher, so that teachers are more motivated in teaching. In making decisions on teacher performance evaluation at Pelita Insani Special Schools, they still experience problems when the process is done manually and the assessment system is less objective. So we need a Decision Support System that can produce the best alternative, can be done automatically and objectively. Practitioners This study produced a web-based decision support system that can provide alternative decision-making for school principals based on teacher performance results. By using the Weighted Product method. There are six criteria, namely: learning planning, implementing learning, assessing learning outcomes, training and guiding, additional assignments, and developing professional activities, then processed with data on teacher performance results with this method and produces teacher rankings which can be recommendations for decision making for school principals

Abstract

The objective of this study is to create a technology-driven application prototype, named "Bayadome Geotours," as a cutting-edge solution to enhance geotourism governance and environmental conservation in the Bayah Dome Geopark, Banten. This research advances the utilisation of information and geospatial technology to improve visitor experiences and bolster local community involvement. It achieves this through an emphasis on needs analysis, prototype design, implementation, and testing. The Bayadome Geotours prototype is specifically engineered to offer a dynamic and engaging tourism encounter. Geospatial navigation capabilities enable users to digitally explore geosites, while an intuitive user interface assures accessibility for visitors with different levels of knowledge. This programme offers precise and comprehensive geological information, providing a novel method to enhance comprehension of the geological resources found in the Bayah Dome Geopark. Bayadome Geotours is a good example of the value of local community involvement in geotourism administration. This application serves as both a travel guide and a venue for the exchange of knowledge, local narratives, and cultural heritage. Engaging the public in sharing information fosters a stronger connection between tourists and the environment, resulting in a beneficial influence on the preservation of geosites and the overall management of destinations. Prototype testing conducted using a unit testing methodology demonstrates the successful execution of all system functionalities. The JEST tool's test results confirm that the Bayadome Geotours application is prepared for distribution to the general user base. Nevertheless, there are obstacles in the way of effectively managing and modernising the application, as well as achieving general acceptance, that must be addressed in order to guarantee the ongoing triumph of this prototype. However, Bayadome Geotours has created significant opportunities for advancing sustainable geotourism governance.

Abstract

The business activities of a company require technology that can drive operational efficiency. Marketplaces have become one of the effective marketing channels today for promoting the company's products and services. To reach a broader market, having more than one store on a marketplace is a choice that many companies currently opt for. However, managing multiple stores on marketplaces is not an efficient management approach. This research is an applied study conducted in one startup company (profitto.co.id) that sells developing furniture components, aiming to provide the implementation of an API-based system integration solution to manage multiple stores on Tokopedia and utilizes the Scrum methodology for software development.

Abstract

The livelihoods of most residents in Lebak district are rainfed rice farming, gardening, in addition to raising goats. Many of the plantation commodities that generate income for the villagers in Lebak Regency include plantation products such as rubber, oil palm, cocoa, robusta coffee, sugar palm, cloves, coconut, hybrid coconut, pepper, pandan, tea, cashew nuts, vanilla, jatropha, jatropha, and Kapok. In addition, the difficulty of transportation in some areas of Lebak Regency makes it difficult for farmers to market their products. Electricity in Lebak is supplied by PLN continuously, but there are still some areas that have not been touched by electricity at all, so the residents still rely on oil lamps as a means of lighting at night. Phone and GPRS signal is still difficult. This condition is what causes the marketing of products produced by farmers or MSME actors is still marketed in their respective regions and even the barter process is still going on (exchanging goods). During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Slow Food MSME actors experienced a decline in sales due to a decline in people's purchasing power which was the effect of the covid-19 pandemic. From some of these problems, community service will provide training and socialization of the use of information technology, namely by providing knowledge on the use of Facebook social media as a means of marketing MSME products, with the aim that Slow Food MSME business actors can continue to market their products and increase people's purchasing power towards Slow Food MSME products. It is hoped that after participating in the training and socialization, Slow Food MSME business actors have an online buying and selling account through Facebook that is easy, effective, and safe so that they can increase product marketing not only in their own region, but also on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan, mengedukasi dan membantu para pelaku bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) produk pangan dalam mempromosikan produk makanan lokal secara online bekerjasama dengan Kelurahan Ciwaduk. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yakni metode study kasus, pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara langsung, observasi langsung di lokasi pengabdian dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan Bapak Lurah Ciwaduk, Kepala Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Kelurahan Ciwaduk, dan para pelaku UMKM produk pangan Kelurahan Ciwaduk sebanyak 30 orang para pelaku UKM yang bertempat di Kantor Kelurahan Ciwaduk, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten. Strategi promosi penjualan produk UMKM makanan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan aplikasi go-jek dengan cara menjalin kerjasama mitra Go-Jek dan mendaftarkan produk pangan yang dihasilkan sehingga lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah Masyarakat teredukasi melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan nonformal sehingga mampu mempromosikan produk UKM yang dihasilkan secara digital. Membantu meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat untuk digunakan dalam mempromosikan usaha-usaha baru. Produk lokal hasil UMKM Kelurahan Ciwaduk dapat dikenal masyarakat luas dan menjadi produk unggulan yang bernilai ekonomi, memberikan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat yang ingin memulai usaha makanan, dan Meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat.
