Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana kemampuan adopsi penggunaan social media yang digunakan mahasiswa vokasi berperan mendorong tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha. Keterampilan lebih yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa vokasi akan mudah mewujudkan minat sebagai wirausaha. Disisi lain perguruan tinggi vokasi, telah membekali mahasiswanya dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Karenanya diperlukan analisis yang mendalam, apakah pengetahuan dan penguasaan social media yang ada pada diri mahasiswa, menumbuhkan minat menjadi wirausaha. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 309 responden penelitian sesuai kriteria. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi berganda, ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh adopsi teknologi social media terhadap niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran faktual tentang adanya pengaruh adopsi teknologi social media dalam mendorong tumbuhnya niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran deskriptif tentang aplikasi social media mana yang paling banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam kegiatan wirausaha.

Abstract

Social media among Politeknik Negeri Bandung (Polban) engineering students is commonly used in carrying out daily activities. It mostly related to students’s social activities. Social media among engineering students has not been aimed at supporting economic value activites such as entrepreneurship. In fact, students have been taken information technology and entrepereneurship courses during their study. This research aims to reveal the extent to which the adoption of social media technology by Polban engineering students affect on entrepreneurial intention. This research used a quantitaive approach by distributing 317 questionaires to Polban engineering students who met the criteria. Data were processed using multiple regression methods to see the influence’s size of adoption of social media technology on entrepreneurial intentions. The result of this research provide an up-to-date overview of effect of adoption of secial media technology in increasing the growth of entrepreneurial intention among Polban engineering students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors which influence an individual in making a purchase in online stores. It investigates the factors of technology acceptance (theory of acceptance model), personal (lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price in an online store. There are 180 who have bought products in the online stores. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square. The results prove that from the technology acceptance explained by TAM indicates that only perceived usefulness significantly influential toward attitude. Then, it also denotes that attitude, product quality, price, lifestyle, and trust can influence purchase decisions in the online store applications by explaining the relation among technology acceptance models, personal factors (lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid progress as indicated by the expansion of modern retail in various regions. Nanostore is one form of traditional retail that is affected by the growth of modern retail. Nanostores number of rows according to the population in an area. The city of Bandung is experiencing an increase in population every year, indicating the large number of nanostores that compete with modern retail. The existence of modern retail has resulted in consumer expectations of high service quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality on consumer repurchase intention nanostores in Bandung. Data obtained as many as 414 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The research method uses descriptive quantitative and analytical techniques using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of the study influence of service quality on consumers showed that the nanostore repurchase intention was 28%.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior provides opportunities for implementing better work systems in carrying out tasks. Transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment play a role in encouraging employee innovative behavior. COVID 19 pandemic forces every employee to increase innovative behavior in facing work challenges after this era. There are two aims of this research. First one, exploring the influence of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment on employee innovative work behavior after COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, exploring intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment moderating role in this relationship. Non-probability random sampling used for sample collection where the researcher determined three criterias that respondents needed to meet. The data of this research were analyzed by testing the measurement model, structural model and  testing the hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling with SMART-PLS. The results obtained are a) Transformational leadership influences employee innovative work behavior, b) intrinsic motivation influences employee innovative work behavior, c) intrinsic motivation doesn’t moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee work innovative behavior, d) psychological empowerment influences employee innovative behavior, and e) psychological empowerment doesn’t moderate transformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Culture is a part of life that regulates the norms and habits of society. Culture takes two forms: material culture and non-material culture. Through the Creative Economy Agency, the creative economy has been promoted as one of the new pillars of the Indonesian economy. This study aims to analyze the culture-based creative industry as an option for advancing the creative economy in Indonesia. This study applies the theory of economic development by Joseph Alois Schumpeter to emphasize the creativity of entrepreneurs in using existing production factors to support economic activity. Data was collected from secondary data related to the cultural and creative economy. The results show that the creative industry in Indonesia has emerged as the answer to the creative economy system and has also shown rapid development. Practically, in Indonesia, abundant opportunities exist for a culture-based creative economy, spanning various sectors such as arts and tourism, awaiting innovation by industry actors. Government facilitation and increasing engagement from individuals further support this burgeoning creative landscape, aligning with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency’s  mission to bolster Indonesia's economy by 2030 through successful synergy between government and industry
