Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors that determine the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Efforts that can be made by organizations are by paying attention to work environment, increasing motivation and high job satisfaction among their employees. The objectives of this research are how the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees in the Drinking Water (PDAM) of the City of Padang. The method of collecting data through a survey and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 195 respondents in the City of Padang Drinking Water (PDAM) employees. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance (b) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance (c) There is a significant effect between job satisfaction on performance the employee. Then it can be concluded that the Work Environment, Motivation and Job satisfaction simultaneously and partially affect the Improving Employee Performance. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan kesuksesan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi adalah dengan memperhatikan lingkugan kerja, meningkatkan motivasi serta kepuasan kerja yang tinggi pada diri karyawannya. Tujuan yang dapat dicapai dari Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Di Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 195 responden karyawan Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Padang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh : (a) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (c) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV Rezki Islami Tauhid dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya Perceived Organization Support, Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dengan jumlah karyawan yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 65 karyawan, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui survei dan mengedaran koesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda dan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji t dan uji F. Dan dari hasil analisis ini didapatkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organization Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, krakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi yakni sebesar 71,5% hal ini dapat menunjukan besarnya pengaruh Perceived Organization Support, Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This activity aims to help MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Acrylic Village to be able to maintain their business in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, by developing Acrylic Village MSMEs, several wider marketing strategies are used through digital media or e-commerce by using online platforms, media social, google business marketplace and so on. The implementation methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of the activities in the research at the Acrylic Village MSMEs, namely the creation of various kinds of e-commerce digital marketing by creating online platforms such as websites, Facebook, Instagram and market places (Sophee, Lazada and Tokopedia), it is hoped that MSMEs can use them as much as possible so that they can expand their sales reach, increasing consumers, increasing sales and making their products known to the wider community and creating more creative content about selling Acrylic Village MSME products on social media and websites.

Abstract

Performance is a reaction from a job that results from the quality or quantity aspects of the work and the responsibilities imposed by the company, as well as the skills, expertise capacity and ability to complete work within a certain time span. The purpose of this study was to evaluate employee performance based on Career Development, Work Ability and Employee Loyalty. This research was conducted at PT Semen Padang, with the number of samples used as many as 92 employees obtained based on the non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used was regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between Career Development, work ability and employee loyalty on employee performance. This study shows the results that a regular career development system will foster good employee performance, good work skills will be able to help improve the performance and loyalty of an employee will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Where in this study shows that career development has a greater impact on employee work outcomes.

Abstract

Article literature Review the effect of knowledge, organizational commitment and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)and Employee Loyalty is a scientific article that aims to build a hypothesis of inter-variable influence research that will be used in subsequent research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) knowledge affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) organizational commitment affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) work motivation affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 4) knowledge affects employee loyalty; 5) organizational commitment affects employee loyalty; 6) work motivation affects employee loyalty.and 7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) affect employee loyalty.  Selaian of these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)and employee Loyalitystill many other factors among which are variables Persepsidukanorganisasi, decision making, implementation, social and direction.

Abstract

Setih Setio Muara Bungo Institute of Administration and Health prepares students to become independent and successful entrepreneurs of the future. The purpose of this research is to clarify whether there is a subjective norm in entrepreneurship education regarding self-efficacy in entrepreneurship among students of the Faculty of Management in the business administration course in the eighth semester. Methods of collecting literature review data and field his research, including interviews, observations, and questionnaires conducted on a student population and her sample of 75 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypotheses in this study is SEM-PLS. As a result of testing the direct influence hypothesis, it was shown that entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship. I was. I was. However, subjective norms do not significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research is aimed at uncovering the influence of Work Engagement and Work Environment on Innovative Work Behavior through Transformational Leadership as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted at the Padang City Tourism Office. The study population was 60 employees who worked in the Padang City Tourism Office, both civil servants and honorary employees. Furthermore, 60 employees became research samples taken proportionally and randomly with proportional random sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach is applied as a data analysis method. The results of the study revealed that work engagement and transformational leadership affect Innovative work behavior and work environment does not affect innovative work behavior. Work engagement affects transformational leadership, work environment does not affect transformational leadership. And there is an indirect influence between work engagement and innovative work behavior through transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of integration of work achievement where self-efficacy, work Interest, emotional intelligence and motivation as Moderating variables. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population of this study as many as 151 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique as many as 109 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of work interest and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on job performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much, the effect of self-efficacy, perceived organizational support and employee engagement on Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Indarung . The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 50 respondents obtained by total sampling on the employee population of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Indarung as many as 50 people. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data analysis concluded, (1.) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on kinerja karyawan of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Indarung. (2.) Perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on kinerja karyawan of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Indarung. (3.) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on kinerja karyawan of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Indarung. (4.) Kinerja karyawan is 41.1% which illustrates the magnitude of the influence received by the construct. employee engagement from the construct of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support or is a simultaneous influence on the construct of self-efficacy, perceived organizational support and employee attachment to Organizational Citizenship. The rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Background : This study aims to examine how much influence organizational activity and campus facilities have on learning achievement with learning motivation as an intervening variable (student organizations at private universities in Padang city).. Method : The data collection technique with this survey uses a self-administered survey in which each questionnaire is distributed online using the Google Form. Result : A total of 172 people filled out the questionnaire that was distributed. All statements in the questionnaire were answered by respondents consisting of 6 (six) statements on Organizational Activeness, 10 (ten) questions, 14 (fourteen) statements for learning motivation variables and 15 (fifteen) questions for Learning Achievement. Conclusions : Based on the results of testing the direct effect hypothesis, it can be concluded that organizational activity has a significant effect on learning motivation, campus facilities have no significant effect on learning motivation, organizational activity has a significant effect on learning achievement, campus facilities have no significant effect on learning achievement, learning motivation has a significant on learning achievement, learning motivation cannot mediate organizational activity on learning achievement and learning motivation cannot mediate campus facilities on learning achievement.
