Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this research are employees. While the object in this study is the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was total sampling, while the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The quantitative descriptive method was used to analyze the data. In analyzing quantitative data, a simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS version 23 for windows. The results of this study indicate that work motivation on employee performance has a very strong relationship, it is known from the correlation coefficient of 90.8%, while the partial test results show that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance, with a significance level. from 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of work motivation to employee performance is known with a determination coefficient of 82% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. In general, it can be concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru Head Office.

Abstract

Persaingan dunia kerja yang semakin ketat membuat lulusan perguruan tinggi harus meningkatkan daya saing agar dapat memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan harapan. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, kemampuan intelektual dan akademik yang tinggi saja tidak cukup untuk mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pembekalan kepada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan lulusan baru yang berada di lingkungan STIE Mahaputra Riau tahun 2021 sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Hal ini didorong karena semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia kerja, sehingga para pelaksana kegiatan ini merasa perlu jika para mahasiswa diberikan pengetahuan mendasar dalam memahami dunia pasca kampus dengan memberikan pencerahan menghadapi dunia kerja dari yang ahli di bidangnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan media zoom dan di ikuti oleh sebanyak 78 peserta dan menghadirkan narasumber Kepala Administrasi Agung Automall yang memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam proses asesmen dalam organisasi, yaitu Ibu Refnelidha Yeva. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa para peserta menjadi lebih siap dalam menghadapi dunia kerja dan dapat menentukan pilihan yang akan diambil setelah memasuki dunia pasca kampus dilihat dari respon sebaran kuesioner evaluasi.

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia merupakan salah satu bangsa yang memiliki potensi besar untuk terus berkembang, terutama dalam hal keuangan. Peranan bank syariah dalam mengembangkan perekonomian suatu negara termasuk Indonesia salah satunya sangatlah berperan besar, hampir semua sektor yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan keuangan akan membutuhkan berbagai jasa perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel CAR, BOPO, FDR dan NPF terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Umum Syariah. Metode yang dipakai adalah Metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series dari tahun 2015 s.d 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel CAR, NPF, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Dengan nilai signifikansi ≤ alpha 0.05. Kemudian variabel BOPO, FDR, secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini dimana nilai signifikansi ≥ alpha 0.05. Secara simultan variabel CAR, BOPO, FDR, NPF berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa keseluruhan rasio keuangan memiliki pengaruh atas peningkatan dan penurunan kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasankonsumen pada Hotel Cititel Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitaspelayanan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel Cititel Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru,dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap kepuasankonsumen pada Hotel Cititel Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru. Sampel pada penelitian sebesar 95 orangkonsumen dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, dan teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah harga berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel Cititel Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru. Kualitas pelayananberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel Cititel Sisingamangaraja Pekanbaru.Harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Hotel CititelSisingamangaraja Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Setih Setio Muara Bungo Institute of Administration and Health prepares students to become independent and successful entrepreneurs of the future. The purpose of this research is to clarify whether there is a subjective norm in entrepreneurship education regarding self-efficacy in entrepreneurship among students of the Faculty of Management in the business administration course in the eighth semester. Methods of collecting literature review data and field his research, including interviews, observations, and questionnaires conducted on a student population and her sample of 75 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypotheses in this study is SEM-PLS. As a result of testing the direct influence hypothesis, it was shown that entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship. I was. I was. However, subjective norms do not significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research is aimed at uncovering the influence of Work Engagement and Work Environment on Innovative Work Behavior through Transformational Leadership as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted at the Padang City Tourism Office. The study population was 60 employees who worked in the Padang City Tourism Office, both civil servants and honorary employees. Furthermore, 60 employees became research samples taken proportionally and randomly with proportional random sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach is applied as a data analysis method. The results of the study revealed that work engagement and transformational leadership affect Innovative work behavior and work environment does not affect innovative work behavior. Work engagement affects transformational leadership, work environment does not affect transformational leadership. And there is an indirect influence between work engagement and innovative work behavior through transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of integration of work achievement where self-efficacy, work Interest, emotional intelligence and motivation as Moderating variables. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population of this study as many as 151 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique as many as 109 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of work interest and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on job performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with leadership and self efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimate is used which requires a total sample of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 private employees in the city of Padang. The analysis method used is Analysis on SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of each variable of Leadership and self Efficacy on Emotional Fatigue, a significant influence of Leadership and self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This research model uses 4 variables and applies the concept of intervening. Where in this study analyzed with SEM-PLS. This research proves that leadership and self efficacy affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with emotional fatigue as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This literature survey article discusses the impact of brand image and advertising on purchase intent and decision making with the aim of generating research hypotheses about the effects between variables that can be used in further research. The method of writing this literature review is a library research method derived from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online media. The results of this literature search are: 1) Brand image influences purchase intention. 2) Advertising influences purchase intent. 3) Brand image influences purchasing decisions. 4) Advertising influences purchasing decisions. 5) Purchase intent influences purchase decisions. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to add or study other variables that influence interest and purchase decisions, such as price, product quality, service quality, brand ambassadors, and trust.

Abstract

Petani ikan patin di Kota Pekanbaru mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan dan pemasaran ikan patin, dimana harga jual rendah, sedangkan biaya pengelolaan tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk membantu petani ikan patin untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan nilai jual patin yang dihasilkan melalui diversifikasi produk olahan ikan patin yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Diversifikasi produk olahan berbasis ikan patin sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan sekaligus meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat petani ikan patin di Kel. Air Dingin kec. Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: 1. variasi produksi olahan patin, mengingat ikan patin sangat melimpah, namun pengolahannya masih sangat kurang. Produk yang ditambahkan adalah abon, nugget, dan kerupuk iakn patin. 2. Pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik. 5. Perubahan strategi pemasaran. Ikan patin biasanya dijual pengepul atau ke pasar tradisional di Pekanbaru. Pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan cara menjual ke toko/supermarket, membuat brosur, dan memberi label agar kelihatan menarik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah : 1. Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan mitra tentang pembuatan varian olahan patin (nugget) 2. Adanya kemasan yang menarik, sehingga meningkatkan daya jual dan 3. Semakin luasnya daerah pemasaran
