Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with leadership and self efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimate is used which requires a total sample of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 private employees in the city of Padang. The analysis method used is Analysis on SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of each variable of Leadership and self Efficacy on Emotional Fatigue, a significant influence of Leadership and self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This research model uses 4 variables and applies the concept of intervening. Where in this study analyzed with SEM-PLS. This research proves that leadership and self efficacy affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with emotional fatigue as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This literature survey article discusses the impact of brand image and advertising on purchase intent and decision making with the aim of generating research hypotheses about the effects between variables that can be used in further research. The method of writing this literature review is a library research method derived from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online media. The results of this literature search are: 1) Brand image influences purchase intention. 2) Advertising influences purchase intent. 3) Brand image influences purchasing decisions. 4) Advertising influences purchasing decisions. 5) Purchase intent influences purchase decisions. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to add or study other variables that influence interest and purchase decisions, such as price, product quality, service quality, brand ambassadors, and trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The positive and significant effect of Work Experience on Work Competence (2) The positive and significant effect of Training on Work Competence. (3) Positive and significant influence between Work Experience on Work Productivity (4) Positive and significant influence between Training on Employee Work Productivity. (5) The positive and significant effect of work productivity on work competence. This study uses quantitative research where the population in this study are employees of PDAM Solok city. The sample in this study were 51 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique, while data collection was done using a questionnaire. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, t test and F test and determination test. The result of this research is Work Experience is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence. Training is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable. Capital Structure and Profitability are used as independent variables and Firm Value as the dependent variable. And Dividend Policy as a moderating variable. The population in this study is service industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021 with a total of 70 companies or 350 financial reports. In determining the sample using Purposive Sampling method. The data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data method. The results of the research test show that the Capital Structure partially influences firm value. Profitability partially has no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, Dividend Policy as a moderating variable is unable to moderate Capital Structure on Firm Value. Dividend Policy as a moderating variable is able to moderate Profitability on Firm Value. The author advises companies, especially investors, to pay attention to existing risks, the results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration in managing company performance and providing good information for investors

Abstract

In a job, there must be a lot of challenges faced by employees, both physically, emotionally, and other problems. This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with leadership and self-efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study are private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample used the Maximum Likelihood Estimation which requires a sample size of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 employees who work in private companies in the city of Padang. The technique used in this research is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of private employees working in the city of Padang. The research design uses associative and data analysis techniques used are path analysis using the smartPLS application with regard to the results of the outer model and inner model. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of the variable of Leadership on Emotional Exhaustion for employees who work in the city of Padang, then there is a significant effect of the variable of self-efficacy on Emotional Exhaustion for employees working in the city of Padang, then there is a significant effect of Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees who work in the city of Padang, then there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees who work in the city of Padang. There is no significant influence of leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through emotional exhaustion. There is a significant effect of Self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through emotional exhaustion. This research model uses 4 (four) variables and applies the intervening concept.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the influence of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at PT Abisiat Raya. The study population is 90 employees who work at PT Abisiat Raya. This study uses a saturated sample technique where the total population is less than 100 people and will be taken from the entire population. The number of samples is taken as a whole. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach is applied as a data analysis method. The study's results revealed that transformational leadership affects work motivation but cannot affect employee performance. The work environment does not affect work motivation or employee performance. And work motivation is known to affect employee performance. And there is an indirect influence between transformational leadership on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research provides input to PT Abisiat Raya to improve the performance of its employees by improving transformational leadership and the work environment without neglecting the importance of motivation work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unruk menguji Pengaruh Quality Of Work Life (QWL) Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada CV. Rempah Sari dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 81 orang Karyawan sebagai responden yaitu pada CV. Rempah Sari.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Quality Of Work Life (QWL) dan Motivasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, terdapat Pengaruh signifikan Quality Of Work Liife (QWL) dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,Quality of work life (QWL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organiasai, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Komitmen Organisasi pada CV. Rempah Sari.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Sistem Reward Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Abaisiat Raya. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 141, namun kuesioner yang terisi hanya 90 dan kuesioner yang diolah juga 90 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisi Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan Sistem Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Sistem Reward, Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Yamaha Sumbar Cabang Damar. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 40. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompensasi Finansial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompensasi Finansial, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Konstribusi variabel Kompensasi Finansial, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh sebesar 64,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,8% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Yamaha Sumbar Cabang Damar dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan dengan meningkatkan Kompensasi Finansial, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja melalui masing-masing indikator
