Abstract

                  Learning is a key activity of the educational process. Researchers conducted observations in class VIII SMP Islam Al-Mursyidiyah Virgin and approximately 85% of the data obtained shows student scores ? 70. This study aimed to determine Increased Activity and Student Results in studying the digestive system in humans with type STAD cooperative learning model. Type of research is a classroom action research (CAR). The procedure used is the model cycle Based on these results, the percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle of 82% and a second cycle of 93%. While the results of daily tests of students in the first cycle obtained average value 77.36, while on the second cycle of 86.05. It is proved that the activity and student learning outcomes can be improved with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. For a particular subject, type STAD Cooperative Learning Model is used to avoid boredom in learning activities.Keywords: Type STAD Cooperative Learning, Learning Activity, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning out comes and student activity in SMPN 5 Tanggul class VIII D with implementing cooperative learning type TGT (Team Games Tournament). This type of research that is in use is a classroom action research. The procedure used is a model cycles, each cycle consisting of four phase : planning, action, observation and research reflection. Type TGT cooperative learning by using media as a learning kokami obtained some findings, namely in the first cycle classical completeness of 69.2%, while in the second cycle classical completeness obtained 94.9%. Increased activity of learning (tests) students, the results of the analysis of student active the first cycle obtained average value of 77%, where as the values obtained in the second cycle an average of 87%. From these results, it can be described in general that by implementing cooperative learning type TGT (Team Games Tournament) using kokami as learning media can improve learning out comes and student activities.Keywords :  learning out comes, student activity, TGT (Team Games Tournament), kokami

Abstract

Gallus domesticus chicken is a favorite side dish of Indonesian society since the past until now, because the meat is delicious, low in cholesterol and fat, but rich in protein and carbohydrates. From the observation in Jember and surrounding areas, there is often a shortage of stock in the market because there are kuthuk often stunted and eventually die(lethal).The purpose of the study to determine the morphology of G. Domesticus ova that can produce the best quality kuthuk. The results are expected to contribute knowledge to the farmers in order to produce the best quality kuthuk, in order to get optimal benefits.This type of research is true experimental, with a sampling technique with simple random sampling. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial using the first two factors form the egg, both kuthuk quality. Data from the study, tested with inferential statistics, namely ANOVA using SPSS v16. The analysis showed that, with the egg morphology of a large oval or flat smooth surface is great for the development of khutuk, small oval shape or a flat smooth surface good for kuthuk development, while large or small shapes with rough or uneven surfaces is not good to the development of Gallus domesticus kuthuk Keywords: Gallus domesticus, development, kuthuk.

Abstract

Waste is a substance, energy or components that could be degrading the environmental quality. Waste (pollutants) may be solid, liquid and gas. Liquid waste in the form of fish oil and some gas or solid waste from fish processing in Muncar, Banyuwangi has positive and negative impacts for the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of fish processing wastes on aquatic ecosystems and the economic aspects of communities around the industrial area as well as ways to overcome them. This study uses descriptive research method with interview techniques and field observations in three stages, namely interviews, observation and determination. The independent variable is industrial waste. Dependent variable is the environment surrounding industrial area. There are changes in color, odor and sediment colloids in the waters around the industry. Disease often complained about the plant communities are coughing and itching. For people who were left to waste disposal plants, the waste is very harmful to society, but for the scavengers of fish oil, waste to be very beneficial because it can make money. Profits average of fish oil processing is 52.67%. The way of handling liquid waste pollution is can be making room seepage, selfpurification and the establishment of fish oil processing plant.Key words: waste, industry, fish processing, Muncar, environmental
