Abstract

Abstrak Mesylin linggi’, 2024. Pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bunga, dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Transportasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, regrasi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel inflasi (X1) dan nilai tukar (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan variabel suku bunga (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi (Y). Secara simultan variabel inflasi, suku bunga dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,169 atau 16,9% yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang lemah antara variabel inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah dalam mempengaruhi harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi . The Influence of Inflation, Interest Rates and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on Share Prices in Transportation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates and the rupiah exchange rate on share prices in transportation sub-sector campanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that partially the inflation variable (X1) and exchange rate (X3) do not have a significant influence on stock prices while the interest rate variable (X2) has a significant positive influence on share prices in transportation sub-sector companies (Y). simulltan usly, the variables inflation, interest rates and rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on share prices in transportation sub-sector companies. The coefficient of determoinatioon (R2) in this study was 0.169 or 16.9%, which indicates that there is a weak relationship between the variables inflation, interest rates and the rupiah exchange rate in influencing share prices in companies in the transportation sub-sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of mutation and workload on employee performance at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office. Data collection procedures in this study included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used was a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 25. This study was conducted at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office, Tana Toraja Regency with a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the calculation with the t test showed that for the mutation variable, the t count value (0.892) < t table (1.699), while for the workload variable, the t count value (6.541) > t table (1.699). The conclusion of this study is that mutation does not affect employee performance, while workload affects employee performance. Simultaneously, mutation and workload affect employee performance at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office, Tana Toraja Regency.

Abstract

This service aims to provide assistance in improving the skills of weavers in introducing motifs and marketing woven fabric businesses using social media. The mentoring method used in this research includes skills training. The result of this activity is the improvement of skills and knowledge of the weavers. This will lead to the production of quality products and the development of innovative designs or motifs that respect Toraja cultural values, thus attracting consumer interest. Through this activity, weavers can exchange experiences and learn from each other. The implication of this activity is that mentoring focused on improving technical skills, knowledge, and online marketing methods is an effective strategy in developing woven fabric businesses

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Human Resources and Development Agency of Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures in this study include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the census method (total sampling), where the entire population of 31 members is used as the sample. The t-test results show that for the Work Motivation variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (10.860 > 2.05183), for the Work Environment variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (3.980 > 2.05183), and for the Work Discipline variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (3.233 > 2.05183). The conclusion of this study is that Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously. The data collection procedures in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this research is a Quantitative Method utilizing Multiple Linear Regression analysis processed using SPSS 21. This research was conducted in three branches of Alfamidi located in Tana Toraja Regency, namely Alfamidi Pongtiku, Alfamidi Tritura, and Alfamidi Rukka A. Lolo, with a total population of 33 and a sample of 33 respondents. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling. The results of the t-test calculations on the Reward variable showed t count > t table with a value of (4.457) > (2.042) and on the Punishment variable, t count > t table with a value of (4.657) > (2.042). The conclusion of this study is that Reward and Punishment have an influence on Employee Performance at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously.
