Abstract

Marriage is a legal act that is binding between a man and a woman (husband and wife) that contains the value of worship. In a marriage there are rights and obligations of husband and wife that one of them is about the living. A living is to meet the needs of the family was born and inner. Meet all the needs of the family. Living well is the cost of living which includes food, pakaiana, facilities and infrastructure needed by the family. Living is not just a gift given to a husband to his wife, but also an obligation between the father with his son and also has the responsibility among an owner with something he had. Maintenance obligation is stipulated in Al-Quran Surat Ath Thalaaq verse seven, surah al Baqarah verse two hundred thirty-three and al Hadith as well as in KHI chapter XII Chapter seventy-nine until the future twenty-four and KHU Civil chapter V, Article one hundred seven Paragraph (2). Living means an obligation that must be dilkasanakan the form of shopping related to basic needs of both husband to wife and father to the child or his family. So the importance of living in the study of Islamic law, even of a wife who is dithalaq by her husband is still entitled to earn a living for herself and her son. In addition, even though a living is an obligation to be fulfilled but it concerns the levels of living, must first see the limits of the ability of the provider.

Abstract

So far, the management of orphan funds at Al-Inayah mosque has been made bookkeeping globally so that there are difficulties in making financial reports to the community, planning and managing funds that are not neatly organized so that the management is considered unaccountable and transparent. So that a mentoring activity or counselor is needed that can help managers more precisely in choosing and sorting out various priorities for orphan needs, can plan the use of funds properly, carry out appropriate activities, correct evaluation, neat organization, compile financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards, accountable and transparent. The methods used are problem analysis, formation & socialization of new management, provision of financial management materials &; financial transparency, coordination of orphan guardians & account creation, and evaluation. The result obtained is that the implementation of assistance in the management of orphan funds at the Al-Inayah mosque in Melik hamlet, Parijatah Kulon village has gone according to plan, runs in an orderly manner, smoothly and is able to provide benefits and convenience to mentoring participants and orphans. This community service activity needs to be continued in the future so that the ability to manage orphans' funds becomes even better.

Abstract

Islamic law regulates everything very fairly as explained in the Quran, including in regulating the distribution of inheritance that upholds justice. The revelation of inheritance verses gives respect and justice to women, by making women the subject of inheritance makes them happy. However, in reality today, many Muslims divide inheritance assets not in accordance with the verses of the Quran. They consider the application of Surah An-Nisa verse 11 (boys get twice the share of girls) in this day and age is unfair, because now women are more independent, they have the same rights as men in many ways, such as education, work, roles in society and so on, so that the distribution of inheritance is adjusted to their circumstances. That is why researchers feel the need to examine how to solve this problem. The researcher will discuss the implementation of the distribution of inheritance property for the community in Dungminian Block, how also the review of Islamic law on the distribution of inheritance property for the community in Dungminian Block, Sumber Kedawung Village, Leces Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the division of inheritance property (tirkah) that occurred in Dungminian Block, Sumber Kedawung Village, Leces Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency prioritizes family consensus and consensus if no consensus is found, then return to the compilation law and Qur'anic law.
