Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh parsial dan simultanantara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Hasil Raya IndustriesKarawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif,yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, menganalisis data, dan melakukanpengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sample dikumpulkan denganmetode Accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Analisis jalur ( PathAnalysis ). Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan antara motivasidengan disiplin kerja. Untuk hasil nilai person correlation mempunyai nilai yang positif. untukpengaruh parsial motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. untukpengaruh parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak.pengaruh simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat disimpulkanbahwa H0 ditolak. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruhsecara simultan.Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin kerja, dan Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Cervical cancer whose health term is cervical cancer (cervical cancer) is a cancer that occurs in the uterine cervix, an area in the female reproductive organ which is the entrance to the uterus. One way to detect cervical cancer early is by using a Pap Smear test, Pap Smear or pap test is a specific test that is used and aimed at early detection of cervical cancer / cervical cancer. Not everyone must test this one. But people who live in homes are obligatory. Knowledge is a process of knowing, and this happens after people do sensing a particular object, Research that has been done shows that the characteristics of women of childbearing age can affect one's knowledge. The study aimed to determine the relationship of characteristics of women of childbearing age 15-49 years with knowledge of Pap Smear examination in the village of Jambudipaa RW. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional research design. The population taken in this study were women of childbearing age 15-49 years in Kampung Jambudipa RW 07 with a total sample of 120 people, determination of the sample with purposive samling and calculated by the Slovin formula obtained results of 61 people. Data obtained through questionnaires that have been prepared. In this study using ChiSquare statistical analysis and obtained P value = 0.00 <alpha = 0.05 on the characteristics of women of childbearing age based on education which means that H0 is rejected, P value = 0.00 <alpha = 0.05 on characteristics of women of childbearing age based on work which means that H0 is rejected and obtained a value of P =0.04 <alpha = 0.05 on the characteristics of women of childbearing age based on information which means that H0 is rejected. -49 years with knowledge of Pap Smear examination in the village Jambudipa RW 07.

Abstract

Camera recorders in general will continue to record continuously without stopping and this will take up storage space. This is deemed less effective because of its limited capacity and also in terms of security, the recorded information is very vulnerable. Therefore, in this study, a portable recording camera system was designed using multi sensors and integrated raspberrypi with the server and then the recording results will automatically be sent to the server and forwarded to the user's email. This portable recording system uses a PIR sensor (Passive Infrared Receiver) HC-SR501, Raspberry Pi 3 B plus, Infrared led light, Pi camera, KY-037 sound sensor, SMTP Server (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). When the PIR sensor detects movement or the KY-037 sound sensor detects sound, it will be processed by the Raspberry Pi and then the Pi camera will automatically perform the recording process periodically. When finished, the recording results will be sent directly to the user's email via the SMPT (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server provided by Google. All processes in this tool system work completely automatically.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan perkoperasian ini terntu harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas dan jabatan apa saja yang harus ada didalam koperasi tersebut. Serperti pengurus dan pengawas serta pegawainya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan analisis jabatan untuk merancang setiap jabatan pada koperasi tersebut.Metode penulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan obsevasi. Analisis data menggunakan penggabungan studi literasi dengan wawancara sehingga menghasilakan job description dan job specification. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari buku, jurnal, internet serta dokumen-dokumen yang lain yang relevan. Hasil penulisan artikel ini mengenai hasil dan pembahasan mengenai produk dari suatu analisis jabatan yaitu deskripsi jabatan dan spesifikasi jabatan pengurus sebagai contohnya pada organisasi koperasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa tahap analisis jabatan. Namun penulisan artikel ini tidak membahas korelasi analisis jabatan dengan praktik MSDM lainnya seperti remunerasi,beban kerja dan penilaian kinerja pada setiap jabatan.Kata kunci: Analisis Jabatan, Koperasi

Abstract

Introduction coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is currently a serious world problem with the number of cases which are always increasing every day. It is known that the origin of this virus came from Wuhan, China. Found at the end of December 2019. Globally until 21 August 2020 cases of COVID-19 in the world there were 22,256,220 confirmed cases. Knowledge about COVID-19 is very important for the public to have so that people are able to make decisions in behaving appropriately in order to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of public knowledge about COVID-19 and the prevention behavior of COVID-19 RT 002 RW 005 Perigi Baru District, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang city. This study is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional design. The research measurement tool using a questionnaire. The population in this study were people aged 17-45 years in RT 002 RW 005, Perigi Baru District, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang city, which were 249 respondents with a total sample of 66 respondents using a quota sampling technique. Based on the research , the results of the analysis using the chi square test obtained a p value of 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between the level of public knowledge about COVID-19 and the prevention behavior of COVID-19 RT 002 RW 005, Perigi Baru District, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang city.

Abstract

The use of providers can increase customer satisfaction and the development of various future features. Performing network performance is the main thing that must be considered in network management. Sriwijaya State Polytechnic has several buildings, and many students, lecturers and academic staff. Each individual uses a provider on a mobile phone to communicate. The reason researchers measured the signal quality of Telkomsel, XL and H3I providers using the G-Nettrack Pro application is based on the parameters measured to determine the service's quality. The best RSRP measurement results from XL providers on the first day, with a consequence of -77.5 dBm. The lowest RSRQ value measurement was found on the first day of the H3I provider, with a value of -37.25 dB. The highest SNR value measurement was found on the first day, with a result of 7.56 dB.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Constipation is a common health problem experienced by humans and affects the well-being and quality of life of patients in clinical practice. This is indicated by one fifth of the population experiencing chronic constipation Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between physical activity and constipation in the elderly in the Cipadu Jaya environment, Tangerang City Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 32 elderly people living in the Cipadu Jaya Ward, Tangerang City, according to the inclusion criteria. Research Results: The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of respondents' constipation with a p value of less than 0.05, which is 0.023 Suggestion: It is necessary to increase vigilance in elderly patients who suffer from constipation, so that the incidence of recurrent constipation can be avoided.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between perceptions of school climate and the prosocial behavior of regular students in inclusive schools. The research will be conducted on a subject of 209 regular students at SMP X Kota Surabaya, and data collection will be carried out online. The measuring instrument used in this study uses a school climate perception scale and a prosocial behavior scale with the Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using Spearman's rho correlation analysis technique. The results of the study state that there is a positive and very significant relationship between prosocial behavior and perceptions of school climate, which means that the more positive a perception of school climate is, the higher the prosocial behavior of regular students in inclusive schools. Keywords: Perceptions of school climate, prosocial behavior, inclusive schools Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi iklim sekolah dan perilaku prososial siswa reguler di sekolah inklusif. Penelitian akan dilakukan pada partisipan subjek sebanyak 209 siswa regular di SMP X Kota Surabaya dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara online. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi iklim sekolah dan skala perilaku prososial dengan model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan teknik analisa korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara perilaku prososial dan persepsi iklim sekolah, yang artinya bahwa semakin positif suatu persepsi iklim sekolah maka perilaku prososial yang dimiliki siswa reguler di sekolah inklusif akan semakin tinggi. Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan teknologi pada perusahaannya denganmenggunakan kamera CCTV berbasis IP yang terhubung ke jaringan yang dipantau dalam satu server. Tujuan daripemasangan kamera tersebut untuk mengurangi resiko kehilangan dan keamanan asset serta kinerja jaringan maupunkaryawannya akan meningkat. Dengan adanya penerapan teknologi tersebut maka diperlukan IP kamera sebagaipenghubung ke jaringan. Di dalam penerapan teknologi tersebut nantinya akan dilakukan pengukuran parameterkualitas layanannya (QoS) yang meliputi delay, packet loss dan throughput, sehingga munculah permasalahan yangakan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah “Monitoring dan Analisis Kualitas Layanan Trafik Kamera CCTV PadaJaringan Wireless”. Tools yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur parameter QoS ini menggunakan software AxenceNetTools 5.0. Dari hasil pengukuran parameter QoS tersebut dapat diketahui adanya faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi QoS pada jaringan wireless adalah redaman, distorsi dan delay propagasi

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020 seluruh dunia sedang menghadapi pandemi virus corona (COVID-19) yang menyerang pernapasan manusia dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Cara untuk menghentikan dan memperlambat penularan virus COVID-19 menurut WHO (World Health Organization) adalah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Keyakinan atau kepercayaan seseorang tentang potensi bahaya sangat penting dalam membentuk perilaku kesehatan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara variable persepsi risiko COVID-19, self-efficacy dan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pada masyarakat Surabaya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Surabaya yang berusia 20-30 tahun sebanyak 256 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Rho Spearman yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 20.0 for windows. Hasil analisis (1) Rho Spearman menunjukkan persepsi risiko COVID-19 berkorelasi positif dengan kepatuhan (rho = 0,591; p < 0,01). Hasil analisis (2) Rho Spearman self-efficacy berkorelasi positif dengan kepatuhan (rho = 0,376; p < 0,01).
