Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap firm's value. Firm's value diukur dengan pendekatan price-to book value (PBV). Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offerings (IPO) pada tahun 2018. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 23.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap firm's value. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap firm's value sementara profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap firm's value.

Abstract

According to Annex 14 Aerodrome,Volume II Amandement 6 November 2014 Heliport, heliport defines as “An aerodrome or a defined area on a structure intended to be used wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of helicopters”. Other term we daily used is Helipad, Although in formal regulation this term is not used. In daily understanding Helipad is a part of Heliport, in other word heliport consist of some of helipads. An outline of this research will discuss about real condition of BP3K SDMT Ciwidey Heliport technically,. Is the heliport has been appropriate with current technical specification according to Indonesia regulations ? , Is the permissions problems has been done administratively and things related to manual and procedures has been comply with Air Traffic Services Manual implemented for Surface Heliport like the facility built in this training

Abstract

Konvergensi telekomunikasi dan informasi teknologi telah mempercepat penerapan teknologi seluler di berbagai dalam masyarakat, termasuk bidang pembelajaran. M-learning ( mobile learning) hanya satu jenis penerapan teknologi mobile di pasar. Sebagai lembaga yang mempromosikan pendidikan dan pelatihan modern di Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia, ATKP (Akademik Teknik Dan Keselamatan Penerbangan) Surabaya mengantisipasi perubahan teknologi pembelajaran. Untuk memenuhi tantangan ini, ATKP telah mulai menerapkan m-learnig dan integrasinya dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lain Akibatnya, ATKP telah mencapai dan menerapkan ide baru dalam belajar, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan informasi dan komunikasi dalam teknologi mobil learning, seperti yang ditunjukan oleh staf mereka serta taruna. Dapat diakui bahwa pembangunan ATKP masa depan sangat ditentukan oleh upaya berkaitan dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran dilingkup citivitas akademika dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya pembelajaran baru yang telah dibangun.

Abstract

Transportation or people travel, this term used by Gugug Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 is people mobility from area to another area with administrative boundry as province/district/city and arrival form abroad (repatriation) enter the territory of Republikc of Indonesia by using prival vehicle or public transport land/railways/sea and by air. The provisons of land transportation and air transportation to be regulated for the effort of Covid-19 accelartion handling be realized and in other hands the piepole mobility still on going for the purpose of the run of economics. How this can be run side by side ?. of course there are a matters to be adjust, for example about behavior of trasnportaion service user that shall be adjust to new protocol in pandemic periode that different with normal behavior. From transportation operator side also adjust required, Beside of new protocol how to embark and disembark people the capacity of transportation vehicle adjust required also and can not be used according to manufacturer spesifications. This matter not so easy for the user or transportation operator relating to investment and operational of trasnprtation operator. In this community service focused to how to reached equilibrium between pandemic handling effort and the economy from land transportation and air transportation point of view.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the performance finance Footwear companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the periods 2012-2016 through analysis of cash flow statements. Method uses in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique uses is analysis of cash flow statements. As for the analysis of the cash flows statements uses is the ratio operating cash flows to current liability, the ratio of operating cash flow to interest, the ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures, the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt, the ratio of operating cash flows to net income. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the financial performance of Footwear Companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period of 5 years (2012-2016) is not good, seen from the results of the calculation of the cash flow ratio operating cash flows to current liability and the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt under 1, describes that PT Primarindo Asia Infrastruktur, Tbk. and PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk.is unable to meet its obligation and its commitments, and some ratio during thin research (2012-2016) also shows a negative value.
