Abstract

The aim of this research to know Localizer already standardized and whether the impact for aviation safety arising when localizer not working. This research was conducted at Perum LPPNPI Distrik Batam. Research methods used is descriptive and data collection methods are documentation, field observations, interviews and library studies.

Abstract

B.Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang apakah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres kerja dengan kinerja Air Traffic Controller (ATC) yang diberikan di Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (LPPNPI) Kantor Cabang Denpasar. Variabel stres kerja sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kinerja ATC sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan tingkat stress kerja dengan kinerja ATC di Perum LPPNPI Kantor Cabang Denpasar, koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,8399752 yang artinya hubungan antar variabel tersebut bersifat kuat dan bertolak belakang. Adapun dengan koefisien determinasi (r2 ) adalah 70% sisanya di pengaruhi faktor lain. B.English This study aims to obtain an overview of whether there is a relationship between the level of work stress and the performance of the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) given at the Perum (LPPNPI) Denpasar Branch Office. The variables studied were work stress as the independent variable (X) and ATC performance as the dependent variable (Y). The results showed that there was a relationship between work stress level and ATC performance in Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch Office with a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.8399752 which means the relationship between these variables was strong and contradictory. As for the coefficient of determination (r2 ) is the remaining 70% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) is one of the air traffic service centers in Indonesia which handles the densest air space in Indonesia. JATSC is the center of air traffic control in the western airspace of Indonesia and oversees the other airspace. Increasing the amount of traffic will increase the workload of air traffic guides in providing air traffic services. Increased workload can affect the physical condition of an air traffic guide which allows human error to occur. One of the human factors that can reduce the performance of ATC in making decisions is fatigue. The study concluded that there is a negative relationship between fatigue and performance with a correlation coefficient of (-) 0.650 and a coefficient of determination of 42% means that fatigue has a strong and significant effect on the performance of ATC personnel and the rest is influenced by other factors. Steps that can be taken to prevent and reduce the risk of fatigue are the need for special attention to the preparation of official schedules and special training on Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) on meditation and relaxation that is expected to be applied in everyday life

Abstract

Improved performance officer MATSC Briefing office also supported by the competency standards (both theory and skills practice skills) owned by the graduate program of study Aeronautical Information STPI Curug. In this case, STPI Curug as provider of Aeronautical Information graduacted should give serious attention to this variable. This means that an effort from the STPI to really make the planning, management, implementation and monitoring of education in order to achieve the goal of producing aviation worker that ready to work. Likewise, an increase in performance of Briefing Office Officer in MATSC due to high employee motivation, this should be a concern for the management of PT. Angkasa Pura I to pay attention to this variable. This means that the management should make greater efforts to motivate employees to increase their performance over longer so productivity increases.

Abstract

Supadio International Airport is an airport that serves various types of aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Hawk, CN259), and does not have a rapid exit taxiway, in its guidance, Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office enforces rules for Boeing and Airbus-type arrival traffic for backtrack at the end of the runway, but this rule does not apply to aircraft with other types such as ATR and Cessna. This of course creates a time difference to clear the runway for arrival traffic of the Airbus and Boeing types. This study aims to obtain a safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic at the Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office by applying the calculation of The Brazilian Air Navigation Management Center (CGNA) Runway Capacity Calculation by adjusting the current airport conditions. From the research results, it is found that the value of the safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic by considering the aircraft classification can produce a more optimal safe distance.

Abstract

Transportation or people travel, this term used by Gugug Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 is people mobility from area to another area with administrative boundry as province/district/city and arrival form abroad (repatriation) enter the territory of Republikc of Indonesia by using prival vehicle or public transport land/railways/sea and by air. The provisons of land transportation and air transportation to be regulated for the effort of Covid-19 accelartion handling be realized and in other hands the piepole mobility still on going for the purpose of the run of economics. How this can be run side by side ?. of course there are a matters to be adjust, for example about behavior of trasnportaion service user that shall be adjust to new protocol in pandemic periode that different with normal behavior. From transportation operator side also adjust required, Beside of new protocol how to embark and disembark people the capacity of transportation vehicle adjust required also and can not be used according to manufacturer spesifications. This matter not so easy for the user or transportation operator relating to investment and operational of trasnprtation operator. In this community service focused to how to reached equilibrium between pandemic handling effort and the economy from land transportation and air transportation point of view.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru, Riau Province in January 2020 - February 2020. The method used in this research is quantitative with correctional methods, the data collection technique uses direct questions and observations made by the author. The study population was all ATC personnel at Pekanbaru branch, amounting to 28 people. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and linear regression test. This study concludes that there is a positive relationship between military aviation activity and personnel decision making at ATC. In the regression test the authors get the results of the correlation value / R relationship which is equal to 0.926. From the calculations on SPSS, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.858, which implies that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 85.8%.
