Abstract

This research aims to review the impact of lecturer’s competence and the response of friendly user e-leaning toward student’s motivation. The data sources of this research involved 100 informants from new student who field in management study program of STIE Mikroskil on academic year 2020-2021 who have run long distance teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data gathering used questioner technique with all respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS software tool. The hypothesis of this research partially shows that the independent variable for both lecturer’s competence and the response of using e-learning have significant effect toward student’s motivation. The data gathering used questioner technique with all respondents. Suggestions for the STIE Mikroskil Management Study Program to continue to develop lecturer competencies and ease of using e-learning so that student learning motivation is also increasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dosen dan persepsi kemudahan menggunakan e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 100 mahasiswa baru Program Studi Manajemen STIE Mikroskil Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 yang menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar jarak jauh di masa pandemik Covid 19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan kedua variabel independen menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dosen maupun persepsi menggunkan aplikasi E-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Saran untuk Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Mikroskil agar terus melakukan Pengembangan kompetensi dosen dan kemudahan menggunakan e-learning agar motivasi belajar mahasiswa juga semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of Economic Growth, Education level, Human Development Index on Employement Opportunity of North Sumatera Province in 2017–2019. This research use quantitative method secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik site. Sampel of this research are 33 cities/regencies. The analysis method is using multiple linear regression analysis with panel data by Eviews 10 software. The results of the research show that simultaneously economic growth, education level, and human development index have a significant effect on employement opportunity. Partially, the economic growth and education level don’t have an effect on employement opportunities, while human development index has a negative effect on employment opportunity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sense experience dan feel experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan survei, studi penelitian dan memberikan kuesioner daftar pernyataan. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu Hotel Grand Antares Medan yang pernah melakukan kunjungan dengan sampel sebanyak 90 orang responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara silmultan sense experience dan feel experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Grand Antares Medan. Sedangkan secara parsial, sense experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan feel experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh sense experience dan feel experience terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 72,4 %, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Persaingan perbankan dalam mendapatkan nasabah tentu tidak lepas dari kenyamanan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan. Kenyamanan nasabah akan menjadi hal utama yang akan membentuk keinginan calon nasabah untuk menjadi nasabah yang tetap melakukan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, promosi dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT Bank BTPN Tbk Cabang Medan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BTPN yang sudah bergabung pada Bank BTPN selama 2 tahun pada periode Januari 2017- Desember 2019 berjumlah 559 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 233 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Promosi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Citra perusahaan secara parsial tidak pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas layanan, promosi dan citra perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the factors that influence the completion of students' final task, thesis. The research is causal comparative research which the data were   obtained by directly surveying respondents through questionnaire. The population in this study were students who finishing their final task, who in semester 8 students students, with total sample size of 67. From the results of the hypothesis analysis simultaneously, a significant value was obtained of 0.000, which means that motivation to graduate on time, the ability to write scientific papers, and the quality of assignment guidance final possess effect on the completion of student final assignments. Partial analysis obtained a significant value of the motivation variable of 0.012, the variable of the ability to write scientific papers of 0.018, and the variable of quality of guidance of 0.000, which means that partially motivation, the ability to write scientific papers, and the quality of final assignment guidance stimulate bring effect on the completion of students' final tasks

Abstract

In the industry 4.0 revolution the current desirable data was faster, and practical to acquire. Especially among the students of the vocational high school did much to learn about theoretical understanding and with the practice of fieldwork. But in the performance of the theoretical learning process, students are no longer capable of critical thinking on a matter or a case given by their teachers. On these occasions, students go obout participating in activities to encourage and enlighten students about how to use good information technology. This service was carried out in a vocational high school (SMK) state 1 to 336 students of al the various vocational. This activity is carried out using the method teacher centered, which is to provide material exposure to sudents regarding the use of the internet. To get an information on concering students understanding in using the internet first post test and after service activities have been done pre-test for. As a result of this activity, which students unutially assume that either the articles or information they obtain over the internet are just as good for job completion needs without sorting things out first, and once this dedicated activity opens up the minds of students that the informations can open up new opportunies for them to complete their education in vocational high school state 1 Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of exports, imports and unemployment on North Sumatra's GRDP. This type of research is a quantitative study with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted by utilizing data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The sample of this research is 33 districts and cities in North Sumatra for the period 2017 and 2018. In this study, the analysis technique used is to regress panel data so as to produce multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that exports do not have a significant effect on GRDP of North Sumatra. Hypothesis test results also show that imports do not have a significant effect on the GRDP of North Sumatra. Furthermore, unemployment also does not have a significant effect on North Sumatra's GRDP. The contribution to GRDP through exports, imports and unemployment was 8.12%, while the rest was generated by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Net Exports, Exchange Rates, Investment, Household Consumption and External Debt on Indonesia's Economic Growth for the period I quarter 2010 – first quarter 2020. The type of research used in this study is quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. Based on the results of the classical assumption test on the independent variables of net exports, exchange rates, investment, household consumption and foreign debt, they do not pass the multicollinearity test. Therefore, the method to pass the multicollinearity test is to exclude several independent variables, namely household consumption and debt variables. overseas, so that the independent variables used in this study are net exports, exchange rates, and investment. The results of this research show that simultaneously net exports, exchange rates and investment have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, the exchange rate has a significant effect on economic growth, while net exports and investment have no effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose is to determine the effect of Information Technology, investment knowledge, and financial literacy to the interest of the millennial generation invests in the stock market. This research is an associative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted in the city of Medan with a sample of 96 people. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that information technology affect investment interest. Furthermore, investment knowledge also influences investment interest. And lastly, financial literacy affects investment interest. The results of this study indicate that the more advanced the development of technology, the millennial generation increasingly understands financial literacy, and the millennial generation has investment knowledge, the more it will increase their interest in investing in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of price, Brand Ambassador, Customer experience and customer trust towards Shopee user loyalty with customer satisfaction as an Intervening variable case study on Mikroskil University students. The type of data used is purposive sampling by determining the criteria for mikroskil students who have transacted at shopee and processing samples with the saturated method. The data testing method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 84 students at the University of Mikroskil ledger 2018 and 2019 and the sample was 84 students. The analysis showed that price, brand ambassador and customer trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction while customer experience has no effect. Brand Ambassador and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty while Price, Customer Experience, Customer Trust have no effect. Price, Brand Ambassador and Customer Trust have an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer experience has a direct effect on customer loyalty. The results of the coefficient of determination 1 of 66.9% that the variable price, brand ambassador, customer experience and customer trust can explain the variable customer satisfaction and the results of the coefficient of determination 2 of 72.3% that the variable price, Brand Ambassador, Customer Experience, Customer trust and customer satisfaction can explain customer loyalty.
