Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap dimensi-dimensi komitmen organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Al Fatah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen afektif pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Ambon, stres kerja juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen normatif pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Ambon. Namun stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 100 employees at the Ambon Search and Rescue Office. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that professionalism was positive and significant to employee performance. Furthermore, the results also show that the organization's commitment is positive and significant to employee performance.
