This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain integration on operational performance, and also to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on operational performance. The sample used in this study were 42 managers/heads of the supermarket production division in Ambon City. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that supply chain integration has a positive effect on operational performance, the results also show that competitive advantage has a positive effect on operational performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of information sharing, long-term relationships, collaboration, process integration, and relationship quality on operational performance in Ambon restaurants. The population in this study is a restaurant in the city of Ambon. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 25 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main instrument, and the questionnaire used a Likert scale to measure respondents' answers. Partial Least Square is used to identify the effect of supply chain management dimensions on operational performance. The results showed that information sharing affected operational performance (3,167> 2,045), long-term relationships affected operational performance (2,181> 2,045), collaboration affected operational performance (6,720> 2,045), process integration on supply operational performance was not accepted (3,167 > 2,045), while the quality of the relationship does not affect operational performance (0.654 <2.045).

The phenomenon of education that can be destructive even become a killer pest college education system in Ambon City is that students still consider that the diploma is only a means to be pursued without understanding the meaning of education which then the diploma will be used as capital to become civil servants, or who will eventually dive to politics and run for legislative (DPRD). Another fact that is also quite apprehensive is still a lot of students at universities in Ambon City who copy and paste the work of others to be a thesis to complete the study (plagiarism). So without us knowing it has now become a tradition in college.The main objective of this research is to identify the determinants of total quality management at universities in Ambon City. Potensi wisata Negeri Sawai sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan propinsi Maluku yang telah dikenal hingga ke manca negara berdampak pada urgensi ketersediaan sumberdaya manusia yang dapat mengelola potensi wisata bahari. Aktivitas bisnis yang sebagian besar mengelola potensi lokal berkontribusi bagi pendapatan masyarakat namun di sisi yang lain pengelolaan usaha masih bersifat konvensional membutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan faktor penting pengelolaan usaha yang profesional. Kapasitas SDM yang mumpuni di butuhkan dalam membantu menyelesaikan problema wirausaha termasuk menghasilkan produk yang bermutu namun juga memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan berbasis Ekonomi biru. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausaha Negeri Sawai untuk manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan tetap memperhatikan laut dan pantai tetap biru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ceramah dan Games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang produksi produk berbasis ekonomi biru.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge management on company performance through supply chain management practices in laptop shops in Ambon city. The population in this study were 33 owners/employees at a laptop shop in Ambon city. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that knowledge management has a positive effect on company performance, knowledge management has a positive influence on supply chain management practices and supply chain management practices have a positive effect on company performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Islamic branding on buying interest and analyze the influence of product ingredients on buying interest. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires. The sample in this study was a consumer who used Sasha Siwak toothpaste in Ambon City. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Islamic branding has a positive effect on buying interest and product ingredients also have a positive effect on buying interest.

This study aims to analyze effect of total quality management on visitor satisfaction and its effect on service quality. The population in this study are library employees at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a number of respondents as many as 33 respondents. Data are collected using a questionnaire as the main instrument and a questionnaire using the likert scale to measure respondents' answers. Hypothesis testing using partial least square test. The results show that total quality management has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at the Library at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon. Visitor satisfaction has a positive effect on service quality at the Library at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon.

This study aims to analyze the influence of dependence, coordination, trust, and commitment to supply chain collaboration. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. Using data from a sample of 33 laptop stores in Ambon City. The results showed that dependence does not affect supply chain collaboration, coordination has a positive effect on supply chain collaboration, trust has a positive effect on supply chain collaboration, commitment has a negative effect on supply chain collaboration, and commitment has a negative effect on supply chain collaboration.

The application of comprehensive quality management and the best leadership style must be followed by Implementing elements of the management accounting system, one of which is the performance measurement system because it can help achieve strategic goals and short-term goals of the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of total quality management and leadership style on the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Ambon City. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sample of this study was employees who worked for Islamic banks in Ambon City. Masyarakat desa Elaarler merupakan masyarakat yang sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagaai petani dan nelayan. Sebagai petani maka hasil perkebunan mereka berupa singkong, Jagung, kacang tanah, Jahe, Lengkuas dan Sereh. Dari hasil perkebunan ini kemudian diolah menjadi bahan makanan, misalnya singkong yang diolah menjadi Enbal, kacang tanah diolah menjadi kacang yang disangrai, sedangkan untuk jagung hasil panennya dijual dalam bentuk biji jagung. Abstrak harus menjelaskan tentang apa, mengapa, bagaimana, apa yang Masyarakat Desa Elaar Ler memiliki kelompok-kelompok usaha untuk mengakomodir usaha-usaha masyarakat namun kendala yang dihadapi mereka selain kurangnya pemahaman tentang proses pemasaran untuk mencapai pasar juga proses produksi produk yang efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian maka penting dari perguruan tinggi hadir untuk memberikan solusi bagi kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat. Metode kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek tentang kemasan dan merek, 2), Memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek tentang logo produk, 3) Memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek tentang produksi yang efisien dan efektif, 4) Memberikan pengetahauan dan praktek tentang pembuatan pembukuan sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Jurusan Manajemen Faulltas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNPATTI dilakukan di desa Elaar Let Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara adalah bentuk pertanggungjawaban perguruan tinggi dalam menyumabngkan ilmu dan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, khususnya kelompok usaha dalam mengembangkan usaha dan karya mereka agar memiliki nilai jual yang baik. The people of Elaarler village are a community that mostly makes a living as farmers and fishermen. As farmers, their plantation products are in the form of cassava, corn, peanuts, ginger, galangal and lemongrass. From the results of this plantation, it is then processed into food ingredients, for example cassava which is processed into Enbal, peanuts are processed into roasted beans, while for corn the harvest is sold in the form of corn kernels. The abstract should explain about what, why, how, what the Elaar Ler Village Community has business groups to accommodate community businesses but the obstacles they face are in addition to a lack of understanding of the marketing process to reach the market as well as an effective and efficient product production process. Thus, it is important for universities to be present to provide solutions to the obstacles faced by society. The methods of this activity are: 1) Provide knowledge and practice about packaging and branding, 2) Provide knowledge and practice about product logos, 3) Provide knowledge and practice about efficient and effective production, 4) Provide knowledge and practice about making simple bookkeeping. Community service activities carried out by the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNPATTI carried out in Elaar Let village, Southeast Maluku Regency are a form of university accountability in providing knowledge and knowledge for the community, especially business groups in developing their businesses and works so that they have good selling points.
