Abstract

preventing and reducing the number of fatalities and affected populations is a matter that urgently needs attention by the government in managing disaster fire risk in Merangin District. In particular, local governments play a role in reducing the risk of forest fires. Therefore the role of local government is very important to achieve this goal. Jambi Province is an area that is prone to the danger of forest fires with high density, one of which is forest and land fires. This article aims to illustrate the capacity of the local government of Jambi in the context of tackling the disaster of forest land fires. This research method used is a qualitative method with interviews, especially to local governments. The findings show that the capacity of the Jambi Regional Government still needs to be improved. In implementing this, what needs to be improved is the knowledge and skills of local government staff in disaster management of forest land fires, and village level preparedness programs and less detailed disaster maps.

Abstract

The cost of the product is a fee incurred by the company to avoid raw material. In this study aims to know the calculation of the price of production with full costing method in specifying the price of Juali wooden box in PT Pratama Mandiri Perkasa. Using the interior Costing method has a higher nominal value compared to the methods that the company uses. This research uses a descriptive research method, because its implementation includes data, analysis and interpretation of data meaning obtained, one of the techniques for collecting data is the and observation techniques (observation) and documentation. The results of this research show that there is a difference in the price calculation of the production of full costing method and with the method that the company use the difference is quite relevant so that it can affect the accuracy of the sale price In January 2018 the main price of the company's production was Rp. 60,056,412 and Rp. 71,265,444 for full costing method, and has selishi amounting to Rp. 11,209,032. For the selling price in January 2018, namely Rp. 2,400,000 and Rp. 2,740,000 using full method costing.

Abstract

Mosquitoes are a vector of filariasis. Most areas in Indonesia have been declared endemic areas of filariasis. Each endemic area has a different vector and behavior. One factor that has been known to have a relationship with the distribution of mosquitoes as a vector of disease is the topography of the region which is closely related to the pattern of disease transmission. Therefore, it is necessary to have data regarding the distribution of filariasis vectors in the endemic filariasis areas. That data sources can be utilized by health policy holders as an information that is relating to the distribution of vectors for controlling filariasis. This review aims to describe the distribution of filariaisis vectors in endemic areas of filariasis in Indonesia. This research is a literature review research with a simplified approach. The research articles were collected from Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Researhgate, and PubMed.  The results of this review was found that species of mosquitoes caught in endemic areas of filariasis came from four genera, namely Culex, Aedes, Anopheles, and Mansonia. The density of biting mosquitoes were calculated by MHD and MBR in each study area was different because the time of catching mosquitoes was different. The high dominance of a species made the species potentially became a potential vector. The comparison of parous and nulliparous mosquitoes at the arrest at the research place showed a greater proportion of parous. The highest age of mosquitoes was Culex quinquefasciatus (28 days). Only two species of mosquitoes were confirmed as filariasis vectors namely Culex quinquefasciatus and Anopheles barbirostris. Mosquitoes that had been confirmed as vector filariasis were found spreading and gathering around the location where there were a case of filariasis.

Abstract

This study analyzes the types of discrimination that occur in the main character Maryam who was born as an Ahmadiyah adherent in the novel Okky Madasari. The formulation of the problem from this research is, what are the elements that cause discrimination against the character Maryam and what are the types of discrimination. The method that the researcher considers qualified to assist this research is the descriptive-qualitative method. This type of discrimination analysis uses Fulthoni's theory, which explains the types of discrimination from ethnicity, race, and religion/belief to gender and gender issues (social roles due to gender), and reveals the elements of discrimination that the author uses. new structural theory. Talking about the scope of social life, we will be carried away in various complex behaviors in society, which are formed in the dimensions of life and can be observed and traced to capture human existence. In Okky Madasari's novel Maryam, the main character Maryam experiences various life conflicts in the form of discrimination. The emergence of this discrimination is the result of the birth of Maryam's character as Ahmadiyah which is seen as a deviant sect by the community.
