Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the application of artificial intelligence to the productivity of information media companies. Where this research examines previous research to support the problem formulation. A qualitative research approach was applied. Data was obtained from internet sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, DOAJ, and EBSCO. The results of this research include: 1) The application of Artificial Intelligence affects the productivity of information media companies: where Artificial Intelligence will make employee work easier, so that the workload given by the company will be completed easily and quickly by employees; 2) The use of Artificial Intelligence affects the quality of the content produced: where information media companies are closely related to content, including videos, photos and so on; 3) Challenges faced by companies in implementing Artificial Intelligence in their operational activities: where human resources are not yet accustomed to using AI optimally; and 4) Employees' response to the application of Artificial Intelligence in the company: they feel interested, motivated, and want to know more about the application of AI in their company. But there are some employees who consider AI a threat to them and think it will replace their jobs

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Literature Review adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen. Dengan metode kualitatif dan Library Research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian , kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to explored and analyzed those impact which relate to service quality and brand image in building trust and the decision to choose Oto Finance as financing institution used. The population were customers from PT. Summit OTO Finance which amounted to 9,302 customers until 2019, while the sample amounted to 155 respondents. The analysis technique that used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by Lisrel software. The results showed that: 1) There had partially positive and significant influence from service quality variables on trust; 2) There had partially positive and significant influence of the brand image variable on trust; 3) There had partially positive and significant impact of service quality on decision to choose; 4) There had partially positive and significant influence from brand image variable on decision to choose ; and 5) There had positive and significant influence from the trust variable on decision to choose.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence brand image and purchasing decision, namely: price perception and promotion, a Marketing Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Price perception has a relationship and affects the brand image; 2) Price perception has a relationship and affects purchasing decision; 3) Promotion has a relationship and affects the brand image. 4) Promotion has a relationship and affects purchasing decisions; and 5) Brand Image has a relationship and affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Artikel pengaruh capital budgeting dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap kinerja perusahaan merupakan artikel dalam lingkup ilmu penganggaran perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup penganggaran perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur/ literatur review. Data diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Publish or Perish, Emerald, Web of Science, SINTA, DOAJ dan EBSCO. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Capital budgeting berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; dan 2) Evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model of the best aspects of responding to negative eWOM to increase online shopping intentions. This study uses SLRs explored from indexed journals, (i.e. Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, SAGE, MDPI, and Emerald), which focus on negative eWOM and online shopping intentions. Literature was obtained through the Google Scholar search engine in electronic format to make it easier to find key words. The results of this study are (i.e. (1) responding to negative eWOM can increase online shopping intentions, (2) aspects of apologize immediately, explain immediately, compensate immediately, and promises to resolve negative reviews immediately, are recognized as the best aspects in responding to negative eWOM, and (3) aspects of feel happy, feel comfortable, consider, willing to shop, continue to use, and recommend make a strong contribution in measuring online shopping intentions.
