Abstract

Pelayanan farmasi merupakan salah satu pelayanan penunjang di rumah sakit. Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan sediaan di bagian kefarmasian yaitu pendistribusian, yang merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka menyalurkan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dari bagian penyimpanan sampai bagian pelayanan. Dalam pelaksanaan pendistribusian petugas tetap menjaga mutu, stabilitas, jumlah dan menjaga ketepatan waktu, agar pengelolaan bisa berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di RSIA Mutiara Bunda Padang. Beberapa langkah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, pembuatan artikel pengabdian, dan tahap evaluasi penerapan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara kolaborasi antara Dosen STIKES Dharma Landbouw Padang dan mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan kunjungan secara terbatas ke rumah sakit, dikarenakan pada masa pandemi. Tim pengabdi tetap menggunakan protokol kesehatan dalam melakukan penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian di RSIA Mutiara Bunda Padang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun pada masa pandemi tetapi hal ini tidak menjadi batasan dalam melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan alur yang ada di rumah sakit sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan pedoman yang berlaku.

Abstract

Patient care in the hospital consists of 4 pillars of health professionals who play a role, namely clinicians, pharmacists, nurses and nutritionists. To realize good service to patients, it is necessary to have good communication between health workers and patients. Various patient complaints related to communication with doctors. This study was conducted on patients who had been treated at the Padang City hospital, aimed to analyze the collaboration of communication between doctors and patients at the Padang City hospital. The sample criteria were patients who were willing to be interviewed and could communicate well, were over 18 years old and had been hospitalized for ± 1 week. The results of the research carried out are the form of expectations from patients related to communication with patient doctors who hope that the doctor has time to provide repeated explanations related to the results of the diagnosis and the doctor can listen and communicate with patients and the patient's family longer, and patients hope for a form of attention. given by the doctor, causing more satisfaction to the patient. Collaborative communication between doctors and patients generally follows the procedures established by the hospital. However, the results of the study show that some patients are still not satisfied because there are patient complaints about the limited time to visit the doctor and the doctor's short communication in explaining the patient's illness. Keywords: communication; hospital; doctor; patient ABSTRAK Pelayanan pasien di rumah sakit terdiri dari 4 pilar tenaga kesehatan profesional yang sangat berperan, yaitu klinis (dokter), farmasis, perawat dan ahli gizi. Untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien maka perlu adanya komunikasi yang baik antara tenaga kesehatan dengan pasien. Berbagai keluhan pasien terkait dengan komunikasi dengan dokter. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasien yang pernah berobat di rumah sakit Kota Padang, bertujuan untuk menganalisis kolaborasi komunikasi antara dokter dengan pasien di rumah sakit Kota Padang. Kriteria sampel yaitu pasien yang bersedia diwawancarai dan bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik, berusia di atas 18 tahun dan pernah dirawat inap ± 1 minggu. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu bentuk harapan dari pasien terkait dengan komunikasi dengan dokter yaitu pasien berharap dokter punya waktu untuk memberikan penjelasan secara berulang terkait hasil diagnosa dan dokter bisa lebih lama mendengarkan dan berkomunikasi dengan pasien maupun keluarga pasien, serta pasien berharap adanya bentuk perhatian yang diberikan dokter, sehingga menimbulkan kepuasan lebih pada pasien. Kolaborasi komunikasi antara dokter dengan pasien secara umum sudah mengikuti prosedur yang ditetapkan rumah sakit. Namun hasil penelitian bahwa, beberapa pasien masih merasa kurang puas karena ada keluhan pasien terhadap waktu kunjung dokter yang terbatas dan komunikasi dokter yang singkat dalam menjelaskan penyakit pasien. Abstract

Filling is where outpatient, inpatient and emergency medical records are kept in view of the fact that they are confidential and have a legitimate angle. The motivation behind this investigation is to describe medical records that are not properly placed, lack of storage rack facilities, workload of filling officers and describe the education level of medical record officers. The method used is a literature study by conducting a descriptive analysis by describing the facts that are then analyzed, looking for similarities (Compare), dissimilarities (contrast), views (critize), comparisons (syntheyze) and a summary (summarize) of several studies. This is because the tracer is not used on the storage rack, as well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure such as storage racks and very small storage space. There are officers who have double jobs and the level of education of officers. high school educated. Suggestions from this study are that it is advisable to carry out medical record storage using a tracer, must add medical record officers who are stored so that there is no double job officer and the hospital puts an officer with D3 medical record education in the storage room.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Lembaga kesehatan, seperti rumah sakit harus siap menghadapi bencana sebagai dasar untuk layanan perawatan kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapsiagaan struktural rumah sakit dalam menghadapi bencana berdasarkan Hospital Safety Index. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mix methods dengan jenis sequential explanatory design. Informan kunci terdiri dari empat orang yaitu Staf Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan Staf Instalasi Pemeliharaan Sarana Non-Medik (IPSNM). Informan triangulasi yaitu Komite Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Kesiapsiagaan struktural RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin berdasarkan Hospital Safety Index sebesar 0,75. Wawancara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa anggaran dana, serta fokus rumah sakit dalam tahap peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan sebagai faktor penghambat untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan struktural. Disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan tingkat keamanan dan kapasitas penanganan darurat dan manajemen bencana. Kata Kunci: Kesiapsiagaan Bencana, Rumah Sakit, Hospital Safety Index

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak usia sekolah merupakan investasi dan generasi emas penerus bangsa. Kualitas bangsa dimasa depanditentukan oleh kualitas anak-anak sejak usia dini. Masalah kurang gizi sangat merisaukan karena mengancam kwalitas sumber daya manusia dimasa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, informasi penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara, serta telaah dokumen Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 dengan sekolah yang menjadi sasaran program PMT-AS berjumlah 13 sekolah dari 6 Kecamatan di Kota Padang, jumlah siswa sebanyak 2.482 orang. keseluruhan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan sudah bisa dikatakan bagus meskipun masih ada sedikit kendala dalam menentukan dana, sekolah sasaran dan jumlah makan anak. Pemberian makanan kudapan sudah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya perlu memperhatikan cita rasa dari rasa kudapan yang akan diberikan. Makanan yang diberikan juga kurang bervariasi. Abstract

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from mild to severe. Based on the mayor's circular, all schools in the city of Padang are activated while still observing health protocols. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to school children about the importance of using masks in the community according to the recommendations for implementing health protocols as an effort to increase awareness about the importance of early prevention of the COVID-19 virus. The method of activity used in this community service activity is the dissemination of the importance of using masks during the COVID-19 pandemic as an effort to implement health protocols in order to create prevention of the Covid-19 virus in the community in dealing with the current pandemic situation. The implementation is to do presentations at school by providing socialization to students/school children and also providing brochures so that students understand the importance of using masks while carrying out learning at school. Basically, students really understand the importance of wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the school environment. But sometimes there are still many students who don't want to wear masks on the grounds that it's hard to breathe, it's hot and they are in the room for a long time. Of the 10 high schools that will be socialized, only 5 high schools are willing to do the socialization, namely: SMA SIMA, PGRI 3, SMAN 6, PGAI, and Development. This service activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of high school students/children about the importance of using masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. So that in the future the quality of people's lives will improve and the spread of COVID-19 can be reduced.

Abstract

Disasters are one of the most challenging cases for health institutions that can disrupt health services’ functioning. However, as essential and primary care providers in society, health institutions and especially hospitals must be prepared for disasters and emergencies. This study analyzes the hospital’s non-structural preparedness in facing disasters based on the Hospital Safety Index in RSUP (Central General Hospital) Dr. Mohammad Hoesin. This research is a mixed-methods study with a sequential explanatory design. The research subjects were four people. The key informants consisted of Occupational Health and Safety Staff and Non-Medical Facilities Maintenance Staff. The triangulation informant was the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. The non-structural preparedness of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin, based on the Hospital Safety Index is 0.84. The results of the in-depth interviews show that the obstacles for hospitals in implementing disaster preparedness are budgetary funds and the focus of the hospital in improving structural preparedness and health services. RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin is at a high level of non-structural preparedness. Overall, the hospital can function in emergencies and disasters. However, it is recommended to continue with steps to improve crisis and disaster management's security and capacity.  Abstrak: Bencana adalah salah satu kasus paling sulit bagi institusi kesehatan yang dapat mengganggu fungsi layanan kesehatan. Namun, sebagai dasar dan penyedia perawatan primer dalam masyarakat, institusi kesehatan dan khususnya rumah sakit harus siap menghadapi bencana dan keadaan darurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapsiagaan nonstruktural rumah sakit dalam menghadapi bencana berdasarkan Hospital Safety Index di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix methods dengan jenis sequential explanatory design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat orang. Informan kunci terdiri dari Staf Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan Staf Instalasi Pemeliharaan Sarana Non-Medik (IPSNM). Informan triangulasi yaitu Komite Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Kesiapsiagaan nonstruktural RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin berdasarkan Hospital Safety Index sebesar 0,84. Hasil wawancara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa kendala rumah sakit dalam menerapkan kesiapsiagaan bencana yaitu anggaran dana, serta fokus rumah sakit dalam tahap peningkatan kesiapsiagaan struktural dan pelayanan kesehatan. RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin berada pada level kesiapsiagaan nonstruktural tinggi. Secara keseluruhan rumah sakit dapat berfungsi dalam keadaan darurat dan bencana. Namun, direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan langkah-langkah dalam memperbaiki tingkat keamanan dan kapasitas penanganan darurat dan bencana.
