<![CDATA[The research intend to analysis and find out the application of hypnoteaching method increas of student learning activities in Hindu learning at SMAN 7 Denpasar which will be a hope in improve the quality of education. This study use qualitative research method whose research characteristic adjective in the focus of the research function to find hypotheses in certain cases or limited samples. Hypnoteacing method is part of the application of hypnotic science that can bring students to an atmosphere of relaxation in receive subject matter. The work system of hypnoteaching method is the teacher communicating to students' subconscious by change brain waves from beta to alpha. Hypnosis in learning is not a model of hypnosis that is perceived in television show hypnosis in learning is only try to build conducive and pleasant conditions in the learning process of students not made asleep. In alpha conditions, the concentration of students will be focused, when relaxed the learning process will become more meaningful. Hypnoteaching method is a learning that is suitable to be applied as the development of students' potential in modern times. It can be concluded that the implementation of hypnoteaching method at SMAN 7 Denpasar is very effective in increas student learning activity]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X MIPA 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.]]>

<![CDATA[Ethics is the basic framework of learning Hinduism. The decline in the ethics of the Hindu youth generation can be overcome from an educational aspect. The purpose of this research to determine the teacher's strategy in implementing Hindu Ethics in Hindu Religion learning. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this research are methods such as (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation. After the data is collected, the data is processed with descriptive data in the following steps: 1) argumentative inductive technique through the description process - categorization - specifications (details of classification) then go from the specific facts inductively to conclusions, (2) Classification and (3) Interpretation. Data description is done through interviews, observations, and documents in writing. This research was conducted in class XI as many as 12 classes and the number of students consisted of 450 people, but the focus of this research was in class XI IPS 3, where IPS students were known for their lack of good ethics towards teachers in the teaching and learning process which consisted of 39 students. The Hindu Ethics Learning Strategy in class XI SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar is carried out in a structured manner, starting from preliminary activities including apperception which is a stepping stone given to the teacher to motivate students in the Hindu Ethics learning process so that students have attitudes by the teachings of Ahimsa and Satya. The core activities include observing, questioning, gathering, associating, or processing information and communicating the results. The final activity, namely the teacher provides an assessment of students to determine the level of student understanding of the material given.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract           Early childhood education is a shared responsibility of various parties; not only the government, but also schools, teachers and families (parents). During online learning, learning activities at home are part of the responsibiliy of the parents. This study aims to determine the strategies used by parents in accompanying their children during online learning at home. This research uses descriptive exploration techniques with qualitative analysis. Data collection was carried out in three different early childhood education institutions (PAUD). The results of the data analysis shows that TK A carries out full online learning and uses mentoring strategies by parents including preparing learning equipments, monitoring children during learning, and explaining subjects that are not understood by the children. PAUD B applies semi-online learning using a strategy: parents take and collect children’s homework every Monday. Meanwhile, PAUD C implements offline learning with a mentoring strategy in which the teacher conducts home visits. Parents in PAUD C have a role to supervise their children in learning, where parents come home from work and take the time to accompany their children, then advise the teachers to visit their homes. In general, it can be concluded that basically parents have no reason to not provide assistance to their children while learning from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The synergyy between teachers and parents is the essence of a good early childhood education. ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKGuru pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan garda terdepan dalam pengembangan karakter dan kemampuan anak diusia keemasannya. Sehingga memerlukan guru pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkompeten terutama dibidang proses belajar mengajar. Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan yakni menambah pemahaman guru terkait pentingnya keterampilan mengajar dan pentingnya studi dijurusan yang linier. Metode pengabdian ini terdiri dari metode ceramah, diskusi, demontrasi dan metode pratik langsung. Pentingnya hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAUD terutama saat perencanaan dan proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Pentingnya kuliah yang linier untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD. Peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru paud sangat signifikan berdasarkan dari hasil pre test dan post test yang telah disebar mengalami peningkatan di setiap katagori, seperti katagori kegiatan mengalami peningkatan 24%, katagori Kegiatan inti 23% dan katagori penutup 27%. Serta dapat dilihat juga dengan pertanyaan dan jawaban yang disampaikan oleh guru. Kata kunci: keterampilan; kompetensi; pembelajaran mikro; PAUD ABSTRACTKindergarten teachers are at the forefront of developing the character and abilities of children at their golden age. So that it requires competent early childhood education teachers, especially in the field of teaching and learning processes. This service has the aim of increasing the teacher's understanding of the importance of teaching skills and the importance of linear studies. This service method consists of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and hands-on practical methods. The importance of the results of this service is to improve the skills of kindergarten teachers, especially during the planning and teaching and learning process. The importance of linear lectures to improve the competence of early childhood teachers. The increase in the understanding and ability of paud teachers is very significant based on the results of the pre-test and post-test that have been distributed, which has increased in each category, such as the activity category increased by 24%, the core activity category was 23% and the closing category was 27%.
