Abstract

  The research analyzed policies and guidelines for dealing with nuclear disaster threat in Indonesia within a collaborative approach. A case study qualitative method was used to explore and analyze the nuclear disaster threat policy and guidelines in Indonesia. The research was based on LIPI-UNESCO/ ISDR indicators on natural disaster preparedness and  IAEA parameters on nuclear emergency preparedness requirements). Results showed that  policies and guidelines on  dealing with nuclear disaster threat in Indonesia are  still deficient  (34.1%); and there is no synergy and integration of policies and guidelines on  preventing  nuclear emergency between nuclear technology users and nuclear energy regulators on one hand and disaster management policies and guidelines at the local and  national government level. Thus, enhancing  policies and guidelines on dealing with nuclear disaster threats, there is need for National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) to undertake  collaborative governance policies with related ministries/ agencies, facilitate the integration of nuclear hazard regulations into disaster management regulations, and facilitate the establishment of national nuclear disaster management organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence and significance of YouTube beauty vlogger review, self congruity and price perception to impulse buying as well as their impact on the repurchase intention of young girls using Emina cosmetics in Surabaya. This research was using a quantitative method. The research data are primary data obtained from a sample of 100 young girls of Emina cosmetics users in Surabaya as the respondents. Data collected from online questionnaires and then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) which processed by SmartPLS 3 version 3.6.8 software. The result of this research indicated that YouTube beauty vlogger review did not have a significant impact on impulse buying and repurchase intention. While the self-congruity and price perception significantly affected impulse buying and repurchase intention. Therefore, Emina should be focusing to strengthen its brand identity and maintain the affordability of their product rather than collaborating with beauty vlogger as their promotion strategy.

Abstract

Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) adalah penyerasian sumberdaya yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh sekolah dengan melibatkan semua kelompok pemangku kepentingan. MBS juga memberikan keluasaan bagi sekolah untuk menentukan arah dan kebijakan yang relevan dengan situasi dan kondisi lingkunganya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi MBS di Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang Berbasis Keislaman, dalam hal ini penulis memilih lokasi di SMP Islam Al- Azhar 37 Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kesiswaan, Wakil Humas, Tenaga Tata Usaha, dan 2 orang guru serta 5 orang siswa. Objek penelitian adalah implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini penulis menemukan beberapa kebijakan sekolah yang berhubungan dengan manajemen peserta didik, manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat, manajemen kurikulum, manajemen personal, manajemen layanan khusus, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, manajemen anggaran sekolah. Salah satu kebijakan terkait manajemen peserta didik yaitu registrasi calon siswa baru secara online dan calon siswa harus memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang sudah diberikan sekolah. Kemudian, bagi yang memenuhi syarat akan melakukan tes wawancara, matematika, bahasa inggris, mengaji dan hafalan juz 30.
